Background
Due to the structural size and the technological requirements of the product, the product is often required to be turned over and a mechanism is required to compress and position the product during production.
In order to prevent the product from slipping off during overturning, the product needs to be compressed and positioned, and the product is firstly compressed and fixed on an overturning table top by a compressing device (such as bench clamp) of the conventional overturning mechanism and then overturned. However, in some cases, the product cannot be compressed before being turned over, and thus the conventional turning mechanism is not suitable, so that a mechanism that the product is not compressed before being turned over and is simultaneously compressed when being turned over needs to be designed. Although some existing turnover mechanisms adopt air cylinders to realize compression during turnover of products, the method has the defects of high cost, large volume, occupation of mechanism space of other production parts and the like.

The rotating assembly 2 comprises a turnover slide rail 20 and a turnover cylinder 21, the turnover slide rail 20 is located between the front slide rail 12 and the rear slide rail 13, and the front end and the rear end of the turnover slide rail 20 are both pivoted on the front slide rail 12 and the rear slide rail 13 through a rotating shaft, so that the turnover slide rail 20 can rotate relative to the rotating shaft. The pressing slide rail 31 is fixedly installed on the right side edge of the turnover slide rail 20, the slider 32 is slidably connected to the pressing slide rail 31, and the slider 32 can slide on the pressing slide rail 31 along the direction of the vertical slide rail 40. The workpiece pressing member 30 comprises a fixing part 300 fixedly connected with the slide block 32, a pressing part 301 which is positioned above the slide way 40 and is opposite to the workpiece 4, and an extending part 302 which connects the fixing part 300 and the pressing part 301, wherein the fixing part 300 of the workpiece pressing member 30 is fixed on the slide block 32, so that the workpiece pressing member 30 can slide on the pressing slide rail 31 along with the slide block 32.
The right supporting seat 11 is provided with a second limiting member 111, and when the reversible slide rail 20 is not turned over and kept horizontal, the bottom of the workpiece pressing member fixing portion 300 abuts against the second limiting member 111, so that the slider 32 is in a stationary state on the pressing slide rail 31, that is, the second limiting member 111 limits the slider 32 from sliding on the pressing slide rail 31. At this time, the pressing portion 301 of the workpiece pressing member 30 is located above the workpiece 4 with a certain distance from the top of the workpiece 4, that is, in a state where the inverting slide rail 20 is not inverted, the workpiece pressing member 30 does not contact the workpiece 4, and the workpiece pressing member 30 does not press the workpiece 4.
Referring to fig. 7-10, the turning slide rail 20 is turned counterclockwise by a certain angle under the action of the turning cylinder 21, and is abutted by the first limiting member 101, so as to complete the turning of the turning slide rail 20. When the turnover slide rail 20 is turned over, the pressing slide rail 31 is turned over counterclockwise along with the turnover slide rail 20, the turning of the pressing slide rail 31 drives the slider 32 on the turnover slide rail 20 to turn over together, so that the fixing portion 300 of the workpiece pressing member 30 is lifted along with the turning, and is separated from the second limiting member 111, but under the action of gravity of the workpiece pressing member 30 and the slider 32, the slider 32 slides down on the pressing slide rail 31, so that the pressing portion 301 of the workpiece pressing member 30 moves down to abut against the top of the workpiece 4, and the workpiece 4 is pressed.
When the turnover slide rail 20 is turned over, the workpiece pressing piece 30 on the turnover slide rail 20 presses the workpiece 4 on the turnover slide rail 20 under the action of the gravity of the workpiece pressing piece 30 and the slide block, so that the pressing assembly can be designed to be smaller, does not occupy the space of other production part mechanisms, and is suitable for a miniaturized turnover mechanism. And the compressing assembly has the advantages of simple structure, easy implementation and cost.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 10, the pressing assembly 3 further includes a first pressing limiting member 33 and a second pressing limiting member 34, wherein the first pressing limiting member 33 is fixedly installed on the right side edge of the slide track 20, and the second pressing limiting member 34 is elastically connected to the bottom of the first pressing limiting member 33 through an elastic member 35. In the present embodiment, the elastic member 35 is taken as an example of a spring.
In the state that the turning slide rail 20 is not turned, the second pressing limiting part 34 abuts against the second limiting part 111, and the bottom of the workpiece pressing part fixing part 300 abuts against the second pressing limiting part 34, so that the slider 32 is in a static state on the pressing slide rail 31. Since the second pressing and limiting member 34 is elastically connected to the bottom of the first pressing and limiting member 33, the elastic member 35 can play a role of damping.
Specifically, when the slide rail 20 is in the turning state, the second pressing limiting member 34 slides downward due to the gravity of itself, but the distance of the downward sliding displacement is limited due to the elastic member 35. And under the action of gravity, the workpiece pressing piece 30 and the slider 32 can continuously slide downwards on the pressing slide rail 31 when the turnover slide rail 20 is turned over, so that the bottom of the workpiece pressing piece fixing part 300 can be in multiple contact with the second pressing limiting part 34, and the elastic piece 35 can absorb the impact of the workpiece pressing piece 30 in contact with the second pressing limiting part 34, so that the workpiece pressing piece 30 can be pressed against a product when the turnover slide rail 20 is turned over, the shaking of the product is reduced, and the position of the product after turning over is stable.
Preferably, the first pressing limiting part 33 and the second pressing limiting part 34 have coaxially arranged blind holes on opposite surfaces thereof, the axial directions of the two blind holes are parallel to the sliding direction of the sliding block on the pressing sliding rail 31, and two ends of the elastic part 35 are respectively installed in the blind holes of the first pressing limiting part 33 and the second pressing limiting part 34, so that the elastic part 35 is stressed along the axial direction, and the damping device has a better damping effect, can better reduce the shaking of a product, and can make the position of the product more stable after being turned.
