For the convenience of understanding the embodiments of the present invention, the following description will be further explained by taking several specific embodiments as examples in conjunction with the drawings, and the embodiments are not to be construed as limiting the embodiments of the present invention.
The electric grinding wheel rail turnout grinding machine provided by the embodiment of the disclosure is mainly used for grinding a steel rail so as to eliminate or at least reduce damage on the steel rail, particularly fat edge. Viewed in its entirety (fig. 1), the electric grinding wheel rail turnout sander of the present disclosure extends in a direction (lateral or horizontal) perpendicular to the direction in which the rail 100 extends. For example, as described in detail below, the frame 3 extends in the lateral direction to rest on two rails 100, and a grinding wheel grinding device or the like is provided in the extension thereof. The electric grinding wheel steel rail turnout grinding machine can be used for grinding one of two parallel steel rails on a railway. In order to achieve a compact electric grinding wheel rail turnout grinding machine, the dimension of the frame 3 in the transverse direction is greater than the dimension in the longitudinal direction parallel to the rail extension direction.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, an electric grinding wheel rail turnout grinding machine of the present disclosure includes: a frame; a power supply device; and a grinding wheel polishing device. Wherein the frame is used to arrange, carry, connect, support or mount the power supply and the wheel sharpening unit directly or indirectly ("indirectly" means via other means as an intermediary, not in direct contact). The electric grinding wheel steel rail turnout grinding machine further comprises a lifting device. The electric grinding wheel steel rail turnout grinding machine disclosed by the invention further comprises a deflection device. The electric grinding wheel steel rail turnout grinding machine further comprises a transverse moving device. Wherein the deflection means, the lifting means and the traversing means are also arranged, carried, connected, supported or mounted directly or indirectly by the frame and are preferably arranged in the space enclosed by the frame. In the case of a traverse device, the wheel sharpening device, the deflecting device and the lifting device are connected to or supported by the traverse device, and are in turn connected to or supported by the frame via the traverse device. Therefore, the electric grinding wheel rail turnout grinder disclosed by the invention can deflect and transversely move around the rail or feed in the vertical direction (up-down direction), the profile of the rail head is corrected, the fat edge is reduced or eliminated, and the grinding maintenance requirement is met.
Hereinafter, each of the above-described devices, mechanisms, elements, components, and the like will be described in detail.
< frame >
The frame (or called frame, walking frame) 3 is used for directly or indirectly arranging, supporting, connecting, mounting or carrying various devices, mechanisms, elements, components and the like of the electric grinding wheel rail turnout grinder and guiding the electric grinding wheel rail turnout grinder to walk along a rail. The above "indirect" means connection, support, and the like by other means, mechanisms, and the like. For example, in the illustrated embodiment, the wheel sharpening unit is indirectly connected to the frame by a lifting device, which is connected to the frame by a traversing device. Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the connection of the wheel sharpening unit, the lifting unit, the shifting unit and the traversing unit to the frame may be in any combination and is not intended to be limiting. That is, at least one or all of the wheel sharpening device, the lifting device, the shifting device, and the traverse device may be directly connected to the frame, or may be indirectly connected to the frame through any one of them.
As best shown in fig. 2, the chassis 3 is configured in a substantially rectangular shape. For example, four beams constitute the substantially rectangular shape. Further, in order to facilitate miniaturization of the electric grindstone rail turnout grinder, the length of the beam extending parallel to the rail direction (longitudinal direction) is smaller than the length of the beam extending perpendicular to the rail direction (lateral or horizontal direction). Therefore, hereinafter, the laterally extending beams are referred to as "primary beams", and the longitudinally extending beams are referred to as "secondary beams". The main beam may include a telescoping structure, such as a telescoping rod (not shown), to enable the length of the main beam to be adjustable, thereby enabling the electric wheel rail turnout sander of the present disclosure to accommodate rails laid at different spacing specifications.
Returning to fig. 1, most of the devices, elements, and the like constituting the electric grinding wheel rail turnout grinder of the present disclosure are confined in a space surrounded by the frame 3.
In order to facilitate the operation of the electric grinding wheel rail turnout grinding machine, a push rod handrail 14 (figure 5) is arranged on the frame 3. The push bar handle 14 may be a member detachably attached to the frame 3, for example, by riveting, fastening, or the like, or may be a member extending from a main beam of the frame 3 and integrated with the frame 3. In one embodiment, the pusher handrail 14 extends upward from the 2 main beams and meets at a top end to assume a generally inverted U-shape. When the electric grinding wheel rail turnout grinder operates, a worker can hold hands on the push rod handrail 14 to operate the electric grinding wheel rail turnout grinder to move forward and backward. Where a traversing device is provided, the pusher handrail 14 may be attached (e.g., removably mounted by riveting, fastening, etc.) to the traversing device, rather than to the main beam.
In addition to the push bar handle 14, at least one of the two sides of the frame 3 (perpendicular to the direction in which the rails extend) may be provided with a handle 7 for gripping by an operator to assist in the handling and/or movement of the electric grinding wheel rail turnout sander. Fig. 1 shows four handles 7.
In order to facilitate the electric grinding wheel rail turnout grinding machine to travel along the rail, a moving device, such as a guide wheel 11, is arranged below the frame 3. The guide wheel 11 may be connected to the frame 3, preferably to a guide wheel post 2a extending from the frame 3 in the direction of the rail, by riveting, welding or the like.
The number of runners 11 is not limited and preferably four runners 11 are provided so that 2 runners contact one rail.
To ensure that the runner 11 can travel on the rail without leaving the rail, a stopper 1a is provided on the runner 1. Fig. 2 shows an embodiment of the stop 1 a. The stopper 1a is configured as a circular disk having a diameter larger than that of the guide wheel 11, and is coaxially mounted on the side surface of the guide wheel 11. The diameter of the stop 1a ensures that a portion of the stop 1a covers a portion of the rail after it is mounted on the guide wheel 1. A stop 1a may be provided on one side of the guide wheel 11 (as shown). Alternatively, the stoppers 1a may be provided on both sides of the guide pulley 11. When the stop 1a is provided on only one side of the guide wheel 11, the stop 1a is mounted so that the stops 1a on different guide wheels cooperate to prevent a wide range of movement of the sander in the transverse direction. For example, the guide wheels may be mounted as follows: the sides of the guide wheels having the stoppers 1a are all located inside the rail or all located outside the rail.
Preferably, an insulating member (not shown) is provided between the guide wheel 11 and the frame 3 to prevent static electricity or the like caused by friction between the guide wheel 11 and the rail from interfering with other devices or components of the electric grinding wheel rail turnout grinding machine.
Preferably, a reinforcing beam 10 is provided between the main beams. The reinforcing beam 10 can increase the strength of the frame 3, and can also be used as a stopper for the traverse device.
< Power supply device >
The power supply device is used for supplying power to one or more of each device, mechanism, element and part in the electric grinding wheel rail turnout grinding machine. Preferably, the power supply device supplies power only to a motor 26 (described later) in the wheel grinding device.
The power supply device is supported by the frame 3. The power supply means may be mounted directly on the frame 3. Alternatively, the power supply device is mounted to the frame 3 by a support member fixed to the frame 3. The support may be, for example, a support plate 8 as shown in fig. 2. The support plate 8 is fixed between the main beams of the frame 3 by means of, for example, welding.
The power supply device is preferably located on the side of the frame 3 opposite to a grinding wheel dressing device described later, for example, as shown in fig. 1. The power supply device is located on the left side (first side) of the frame 3, and the wheel grinding device and the like are located on the right side (second side) of the frame 3. This is advantageous in maintaining the balance of the wheel sander itself.
As shown in fig. 1, the power supply device includes a battery box 1 and an electric box 2 that are separately arranged. Alternatively, the power supply device adopts an integrated mode, i.e., the battery box 1 and the electrical box 2 are integrated in one housing.
The installation of the battery box 1 and the electrical box 2 is not limited. In the case of including the battery box 1 and the electrical box 2 which are separately arranged, the battery box 1 may be mounted on a battery box platform, while the electrical box 2 is mounted on an electrical box platform. The battery box platform and the electric box platform are respectively fixed with the frame 3. Alternatively, both are mounted on the support plate 8.
The power supply means may take the form of a removably rechargeable battery, or other form. The rechargeable battery is removably arranged in the battery case 1. Alternatively, the battery box 1 may not be provided, and the battery may be placed directly on the rack or the battery box platform.
An electrical matching system is arranged in the electrical box 2, and modules for motor operation control, safety protection, light and the like are arranged in the electrical box. Preferably, the electrical box is further provided with a display to display the remaining capacity of the battery.
< grinding wheel dressing apparatus >
The details of the grinding wheel dressing apparatus will be described below with reference to fig. 3A and 3B.
Fig. 3A and 3B are structural views (including forward and reverse directions) of a grinding wheel dressing apparatus of an electric grinding wheel rail turnout grinding machine. The grinding wheel grinding device comprises a housing, a motor 26, a grinding wheel 29 and a belt 28. A motor 26 and a grinding wheel 29 are mounted to the housing, respectively, and a belt 28 connects the grinding wheel 29 to the motor. The motor 26 is connected to an electrical power supply and can be powered from it to bring the grinding wheel 29 by means of a belt 28 for grinding.
The wheel sharpening apparatus further includes a motor mount 25 and a wheel mount 30 fixed to upper and lower portions of the housing or a portion of the housing, respectively. The motor 26 is mounted on the motor mount 25 by means of, for example, a flange, and the grinding wheel 29 is mounted on the grinding wheel mount 30 by means of, for example, a bearing.
The grinding wheel sharpening unit further comprises a protective cover 27. The guard 27 serves as a wheel chipping protector, is located on the other side of the grinding wheel 29 (i.e., the side of the wheel face) opposite to the wheel mounting bracket 30, and covers at least a part of the grinding wheel 29. The guard 27 is removed and the grinding wheel 29 can be replaced.
Based on the structure, the motor 26 rotates to drive the belt 28 to drive the grinding wheel 29 to rotate, thereby realizing the grinding operation.
As previously mentioned, the wheel sharpening unit may be directly connected to and supported by the frame 3. Alternatively, the grinding wheel sharpening unit may be mounted to the frame 3 by, for example, a bracket attached to the frame 3. In the case of a traverse device as described below, the wheel sharpening device may be connected to and supported by the traverse device instead of being connected to the frame 3, while the traverse device is connected to the frame 3, i.e. the wheel sharpening device is indirectly connected to the frame 3. In the case of a lifting device, which will be described later, the sanding device may be connected to and supported by the lifting device instead of being connected to the frame 3, while the lifting device is connected to the frame 3 or to the traverse device, i.e. the sanding device is indirectly connected to the frame 3.
< lifting device and deflecting device >
The lifting device and the deflecting device will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 4.
The lifting device comprises a lifting platform 21 (which can be served by a shell of the grinding wheel grinding device), a lead screw 19, a guide rail 20, a lifting hand wheel 18 and a bracket 17. The lifting handwheel 18 is connected to a lifting platform 21 by a lead screw 19, the lifting platform 21 being connected to the support 17 by a guide rail 20. The bracket 17 may be connected to the chassis 3. Alternatively, in the case of having a traverse device described later, the bracket 17 is attached to the traverse device.
In use, the lifting handwheel 18 is operated to drive the screw rod 19 to rotate, so as to drive the lifting platform 21 to move up and down along the guide rail 20. In the case where the lifting platform 21 is served by the housing of the grinding wheel grinding device, the movement of the lifting platform 21 synchronously drives the movement of the grinding wheel grinding device.
The deflection device comprises a deflection handwheel 24, a deflection machine base 23 and a deflection shaft 22. The deflector frame 23 is connected to the frame 3 or a support on the frame 3. Or in the case of a traversing device, described later, the deflector stand 23 is connected to the traversing device. The deflection shaft 22 is connected to the deflection frame 23 and the support 17, respectively. In the illustrated construction, rotation of the deflection handwheel 24, driven by the deflection housing 23, rotates the deflection shaft 22 and thus the support 17. And because the support 17 is connected with the lifting platform 21 through the guide rail 20, and the lifting platform 21 is served by the shell of the grinding wheel polishing device, the rotation of the support 17 synchronously drives the grinding wheel polishing device to rotate.
In the above described embodiment the deflection unit is connected to the carriage 17 of the lifting device and thus indirectly to the grinding wheel sharpening unit. In an alternative embodiment, the deflection device may be connected directly to the grinding wheel sharpening device.
< traversing device >
The traversing device is described in detail below with reference to fig. 5.
In order to realize that the electric grinding wheel rail turnout grinding machine can move along the direction (transverse direction, left and right) vertical to the rail, a transverse moving device is arranged on the frame 3. Specifically, the traverse frame 7 of the traverse device is provided to be slidably connected to the frame 3. The traversing device is directly or indirectly connected with the grinding wheel polishing device. In the case of an indirect connection, the grinding wheel dressing device is connected to the traverse frame 16 of the traverse device by means of a bracket 17 connected therebetween.
The traverse device comprises a traverse frame 16, a pressure lever 12, a connecting rod 13 and a guide rail 15.
The traverse frame 16 is configured in a substantially rectangular shape, for example, composed of 4 beams, and has substantially the same size in the longitudinal direction as the frame 3. The pressing rod 12 is connected (e.g., hinged) to the frame 3, and the pressing rod 12 has a certain height and may have a handle at its end. The two ends of the connecting rod 13 are respectively connected (e.g., hinged) to the pressing rod 12 and the traverse frame 16. Preferably, the height of the link 13 at the position connected to the pressing bar 12 is higher than the height of the link 13 at the position connected to the traverse frame 16. The guide rail 15 is provided between the chassis 3 and the traverse frame 16.
The connection between the traverse frame 16 and the chassis 3 is not limited. For example, a wheel-rail system may be used. U-shaped wheels are disposed on the traverse frame 16, for example, 4 wheels at 4 corners of the traverse frame 16, or 3 wheels may be provided to constitute a substantially triangular shape. The rolling contact portions (central recessed portions) of these U-shaped wheels contact the main beams of the frame 3 to guide the traverse frame 16 to move along the main beams.
When the device is used, the pressure rod 12 is pressed, the connecting rod 13 is used for transmission, and the transverse moving frame 16 can move on the guide rail 15. In the case of a traverse device, the pusher handrail 14 is fixed to the traverse frame 16. The horizontal traversing of the traversing device is made more smooth by the operator holding the previously described pusher handrail 14.
The transverse moving device controls horizontal feeding of the grinding wheel, the lifting mechanism and the deflection mechanism control the grinding height and the grinding angle of the grinding wheel grinding head, the motor serves as a power output device, the battery serves as a power source, and the grinding wheel serves as a grinding tool to grind the fat edge of the steel rail. The grinding wheel is used as a grinding tool, and the end face of the grinding wheel is used for grinding, so that the grinding area is large, the grinding force is large, and the grinding efficiency is high; the motor is used as a power device, the battery is used as a power source, and the whole machine is light in weight, convenient to use and environment-friendly.
The electric grinding wheel steel rail turnout grinding machine provided by the embodiment of the invention can realize operations of horizontal transverse movement, lifting and deflection angle of the grinding head.
