The invention relates to a neodymium iron boron pre-electroplating cleaning and activating integrated machine which comprises a feeding platform, a cleaning tank, a conveyor belt, a spraying and washing device, an ultrasonic cleaning device, a spraying and rinsing device, an ultrasonic rinsing device, a liquid blowing device, a drying device, a cooling device, a discharging platform and a protective cover, wherein the feeding platform is arranged on the feeding platform; the conveying belt transversely penetrates through the cleaning tank, the drying device and the cooling device; a spray rinsing device, an ultrasonic cleaning device, a primary spray rinsing device, an ultrasonic rinsing device and a secondary spray rinsing device are sequentially arranged in the cleaning tank along the conveying direction of the conveying belt; the primary spray rinsing device and the secondary spray rinsing device are respectively provided with a liquid blowing device; a feeding platform is arranged at the feeding end of the cleaning tank, and a drying device, a cooling device and a discharging platform are sequentially arranged at the discharging end; the working area of the cleaning tank is provided with a protective cover, and the protective cover is provided with a glass observation window.

The ultrasonic cleaning device comprises an ultrasonic cleaning tank, an ultrasonic vibration generating plate, an ultrasonic generator and an ultrasonic cleaning liquid storage tank, wherein the ultrasonic vibration generating plate is arranged in the ultrasonic cleaning tank and is connected with the ultrasonic generator; the ultrasonic cleaning liquid storage tank is arranged below the ultrasonic cleaning tank.
The spray rinsing device comprises a spray rinsing pool, a spray header, a spray pump and a filter; the spray header is arranged on the side wall of the spray rinsing pool and is connected with a spray pump through a pipeline; the spray rinsing pool is connected with the ultrasonic cleaning liquid storage tank and shares a circulating system with the ultrasonic cleaning device.
The liquid blowing device is arranged on one side of the spray rinsing device, shares the spray rinsing pool with the spray rinsing device, and is used for blowing liquid and air-drying by a liquid blowing fan.
The ultrasonic rinsing device comprises an ultrasonic rinsing tank, an ultrasonic rinsing vibration plate, an ultrasonic generator and an ultrasonic rinsing liquid storage tank, wherein the ultrasonic rinsing vibration plate is arranged in the ultrasonic rinsing tank and is connected with the ultrasonic generator; the ultrasonic rinsing liquid storage tank is arranged below the ultrasonic rinsing tank.

The spray rinsing device and the liquid blowing device are respectively identical in structure with the spray rinsing device and the liquid blowing device.

The drying device comprises a circulating air heater, an oven shell, an oven liner and an oven cover; an oven inner container and a blowing port are arranged in the oven shell, and the blowing port is provided with hot air by a circulating hot air blower; the top of the oven shell is provided with an oven housing, the feeding end of the oven housing is provided with a moisture discharging port, and the discharging end is provided with a discharging fan.
The cooling device is provided with cooling air by a cooling fan.
The invention is also provided with an electric control cabinet which is used for providing electric energy for each working component.
The process flow of the invention is as follows: feeding, spray rinsing, ultrasonic cleaning, spray rinsing, liquid blowing, an ultrasonic rinsing tank, spray rinsing, liquid blowing, drying, cooling and discharging.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: through two-stage ultrasonic cleaning and two-stage rinsing, the cleaning effect is improved, the treatment is properly carried out before the Fe-B-contending electroplating, and the electroplating effect is improved.

As shown in fig. 1-3, an integrated machine for cleaning and activating before neodymium iron boron electroplating comprises a feeding table 1, a cleaning tank 2, a conveyor belt 3, a spraying and washing device 4, an ultrasonic cleaning device 5, a spraying and rinsing device 6-1, an ultrasonic rinsing device 7, liquid blowing devices 8-1 and 8-2, a drying device 9, a cooling device 10, a discharging table 11 and a protective cover 12; the cleaning tank 2 is a rectangular tank body, and the conveyor belt 3 transversely penetrates through the cleaning tank 2, the drying device 9 and the cooling device 10; a spray rinsing device 4, an ultrasonic cleaning device 5, a primary spray rinsing device 6-1, an ultrasonic rinsing device 7 and a secondary spray rinsing device 6-2 are sequentially arranged in the cleaning tank 2 along the conveying direction of the conveyor belt 3; the first-stage spray rinsing device 6 and the second-stage spray rinsing device 6-2 are respectively provided with a liquid blowing device; a feeding platform 1 is arranged at the feeding end of the cleaning tank 2, and a drying device 9, a cooling device 10 and a discharging platform 11 are sequentially arranged at the discharging end; the working area of the cleaning tank 2 is provided with a protective cover 12, and the protective cover 12 is provided with a glass observation window.
Further, a rotating shaft 3-2 is rotatably arranged on the feeding table 1 and the discharging table 11 through a bearing seat 3-1, and a conveying roller 3-3 is arranged on the rotating shaft 3-2; one of the rotating shafts 3-2 is connected with a hydraulic motor 3-5; a plurality of groups of transition rollers are rotatably arranged on the side wall of the cleaning tank 2 along the length of the cleaning tank through bearing seats; the positions of the transition rollers are correspondingly arranged according to the state of each working area.
The spraying and washing device 4 comprises a spraying and washing tank 4-1, a spraying and liquid storage tank 4-2, a spraying head 4-3 and a spraying pump 4-4; the spraying head 4-3 is arranged on the side wall of the spraying flushing tank 4-2 and is connected with the spraying pump 4-4 through a pipeline, the spraying liquid storage tank 4-2 is arranged at the bottom end of the spraying flushing tank 4-2, the magnetic separator 4-5 and the filter 4-6 are arranged in the spraying liquid storage tank 4-2, and the liquid inlet end of the spraying pump 4-4 is arranged in the spraying liquid storage tank 4-2.
The ultrasonic cleaning device 5 comprises an ultrasonic cleaning tank 5-1, an ultrasonic vibration generating plate 5-2, an ultrasonic generator 5-3 and an ultrasonic cleaning liquid storage tank 5-4, wherein the ultrasonic vibration generating plate 5-2 is arranged in the ultrasonic cleaning tank 5-1 and is connected with the ultrasonic generator 5-3; the ultrasonic cleaning liquid storage tank 5-4 is arranged below the ultrasonic cleaning tank 5-1.
The spray rinsing device 6-1 comprises a spray rinsing pool 6-11, a spray header 6-12, a spray pump 6-13 and a filter 6-14; the spray header 6-12 is arranged on the side wall of the spray rinsing pool 6-11 and is connected with a spray pump 6-13 through a pipeline; the spray rinsing pool 6-11 is connected with the ultrasonic cleaning liquid storage tank 5-4 and shares a circulating system with the ultrasonic cleaning device 5.
The liquid blowing device 8-1 is arranged on one side of the spray rinsing device 6-1, shares the spray rinsing pool 6-11 with the spray rinsing device, and is used for blowing liquid and air-drying by a liquid blowing fan 8-11.
The ultrasonic rinsing device 7 comprises an ultrasonic rinsing tank 7-1, an ultrasonic rinsing vibration plate 7-2, an ultrasonic generator 5-3 and an ultrasonic rinsing liquid storage tank 7-4, wherein the ultrasonic rinsing vibration plate 7-2 is arranged in the ultrasonic rinsing tank 7-1 and is connected with the ultrasonic generator 5-3; the ultrasonic rinsing liquid storage tank 7-4 is arranged below the ultrasonic rinsing tank 7-1.
Heating devices 5-5 and 7-5 are arranged in the ultrasonic cleaning liquid storage tank 5-4 and the ultrasonic rinsing liquid storage tank 7-4.
The spray rinsing device 6-2 and the liquid blowing device 8-2 are respectively identical in structure with the spray rinsing device 6-1 and the liquid blowing device 8-1.
The protection cover 12 is mounted with an exhaust fan 13.
The drying device 9 comprises a circulating hot air blower 9-1, an oven shell 9-2, an oven liner 9-3 and an oven cover 9-4; an oven liner 9-3 and a blowing port are arranged in the oven shell 9-2, and the blowing port is provided with hot air by a circulating hot air blower 9-1; the top of the oven shell 9-2 is provided with an oven shell 9-4, the feeding end of the oven shell 9-4 is provided with a moisture discharging port 9-5, and the discharging end is provided with a discharging fan 9-6.
The cooling device 10 is supplied with cooling air by a cooling fan 10-1.
The invention is also provided with an electric control cabinet 14 for supplying electric energy to each working component.
The process flow of the invention is as follows: feeding, spray rinsing, ultrasonic cleaning, spray rinsing, liquid blowing, an ultrasonic rinsing tank, spray rinsing, liquid blowing, drying, cooling and discharging.
The invention adopts two-stage ultrasonic cleaning and two-stage rinsing processes, and can be set to be one stage or multiple stages according to the processing requirements.

An neodymium iron boron pre-electroplating cleaning and activating integrated machine is characterized by comprising a feeding table, a cleaning tank, a conveyor belt, a spraying and washing device, an ultrasonic cleaning device, a spraying and rinsing device, an ultrasonic rinsing device, a liquid blowing device, a drying device, a cooling device, a discharging table and a protective cover; the cleaning tank is a rectangular tank body, and the conveying belt transversely penetrates through the cleaning tank, the drying device and the cooling device; a spray rinsing device, an ultrasonic cleaning device, a primary spray rinsing device, an ultrasonic rinsing device and a secondary spray rinsing device are sequentially arranged in the cleaning tank along the conveying direction of the conveying belt; the primary spray rinsing device and the secondary spray rinsing device are respectively provided with a liquid blowing device; a feeding platform is arranged at the feeding end of the cleaning tank, and a drying device, a cooling device and a discharging platform are sequentially arranged at the discharging end; the working area of the cleaning tank is provided with a protective cover, and the protective cover is provided with a glass observation window.
