Claims (10)

1. An automatic seed sorting apparatus, comprising: the device comprises a material box with a through hole at the bottom, a circular conveying turntable arranged at the lower part of the through hole, a driving device connected with the conveying turntable, a spectrum detection device, a sorting device and a control device connected with the spectrum detection device and the sorting device, wherein the spectrum detection device and the sorting device are sequentially arranged along the rotating direction of the conveying turntable; the material box is used for containing seeds to be selected, the seeds to be selected fall to the conveying rotary table from the through holes during sorting, the conveying rotary table is driven by the driving device to rotate and conveys the seeds to be selected to the spectrum detection device for spectrum analysis and detection, then the seeds to be selected are conveyed to the sorting device, and the control device controls the sorting device to sort the seeds to be selected according to the detection result of the spectrum detection device.
2. The automatic seed sorting apparatus of claim 1, wherein one end of the magazine is connected to the up-down adjusting mechanism and the lateral vibrating mechanism.

The automatic seed sorting device according to claim 2, wherein the distance between the bottom wall of the magazine and the top wall of the conveying turntable is not more than 0.1mm, the conveying turntable is provided with concave material holes, the material holes are arranged along the radial direction of the conveying turntable, and each material hole can only accommodate one seed to be sorted.
4. The automatic seed sorting apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the through hole is elongated in shape, and edges of the through hole are inclined downward along the bottom wall of the magazine to form a smooth slope.

The automatic seed sorting apparatus of claim 2, wherein the driving device comprises: with carry the carousel can dismantle the rotation motor of connection, and with the normally closed zero-bit that rotation motor connects, rotation motor with controlling means connects, rotation motor is in drive under controlling means's control the transport carousel rotates.
6. The automatic seed sorting apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the conveying turntable is provided with a plurality of types according to the shape and size of the seed to be sorted.

The automatic seed sorting apparatus of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the spectral detection device comprises: the light source is arranged at the bottom of the conveying turntable and aims at the material hole to irradiate light, and the bottom of the material hole is light-permeable; the spectrum analyzer is arranged above the material hole and used for receiving and analyzing the light transmitted by the light source, and the light source and a probe of the spectrum analyzer are arranged concentrically.
8. The automatic seed sorting apparatus of claim 7, wherein the probe of the light source is further provided with an adjustable aperture.

The automatic seed sorting apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the sorting device comprises a plurality of sorting mechanisms arranged in sequence along the rotation direction of the conveying turntable, each sorting mechanism being adapted to collect a different kind of seed.

The automated seed sorting apparatus of claim 9, wherein the sorting mechanism comprises: negative pressure absorption pipe, setting are in negative pressure absorption pipe port control the solenoid valve of negative pressure absorption pipe, with the air feeder of negative pressure absorption pipe intercommunication and establishing the collector of negative pressure absorption pipe tail end, solenoid valve and air feeder with controlling means connects.
