Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of toothpaste, in particular to halitosis-improving toothpaste and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Halitosis can be divided into non-pathological and pathological. The pathological halitosis can be classified into halitosis of mouth origin and halitosis of non-mouth origin according to their origins. According to statistics, 80-90% of the halitosis belongs to halitosis of oral origin. Most bad breath is associated with oral diseases and the ecological environment of the oral cavity. The accumulation of unclean mouth, plaque, tartar, and tartar is the most direct cause of halitosis. Patients with chronic gingivitis and periodontitis suffer from swelling and bleeding of gums, pus discharge from periodontal pockets, and poor oral hygiene, and plaque, tartar and tartar accumulated on teeth are decomposed and fermented by bacteria and microorganisms to generate unpleasant odor. Patients with necrotic gingivitis, malignant tumors, and infection after tooth extraction may have bad breath due to decomposition and suppuration of necrotic tissue, which produces earthworm noise, sulfhydryl, and limbs. In addition, untreated caries, stumps, crowns, defective restorations, and the like in the oral cavity are prone to deposit food residues and dirt, resulting in an unpleasant halitosis. At present, a plurality of toothpaste for removing halitosis are available on the market, but the curative effect is not obvious.
Disclosure of Invention

The raw materials all conform to GB 22115-2008 specification of raw materials for toothpaste.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the halitosis-improving toothpaste, which comprises the following steps: mixing humectant and thickener, adding water solution of vitamin C sodium phosphate, standing for swelling, adding water solution of pH regulator, mixing, adding abrasive, surfactant, antiseptic, essence, porous chitosan and lysozyme, grinding for two times (30-50 min each time), vacuum degassing to-0.095 MPa, standing, and sterilizing to obtain halitosis improving toothpaste.
Has the advantages that:
on one hand, the invention selects chitosan and lysozyme to be matched with each other in a proper proportion, can inhibit and sterilize bacteria, kill harmful bacteria and odor causing bacteria in the oral cavity, improve the flora environment of the oral cavity, fundamentally improve the problem of halitosis, and adjust proper pH value to ensure that the lysozyme has good activity; on the other hand, the chitosan has a good odor adsorption effect, has a porous structure and is tiny in particles, and the adsorption performance is stronger, so that the odor can be well adsorbed, and the purpose of treating the symptoms is achieved; in addition, the chitosan and the vitamin C sodium phosphate are matched with each other, so that the gingival bleeding problem and the oral cavity problem can be improved, and the halitosis problem can be further relieved; the abrasive precipitated silica and the monocalcium phosphate can brush tartar on the surface of teeth without damaging the teeth, and the porous chitosan can adsorb tartar; the invention can remove halitosis and improve oral environment by matching the substances in a proper proportion.

wherein, the weight ratio of the chitosan, the lysozyme and the vitamin C sodium phosphate is 3: 0.02: 0.7;
the chitosan is porous chitosan, and the particle size of the chitosan is 10-15 μm; the pH value of the halitosis-improving toothpaste is 6-6.5;
the friction agent is precipitated silicon dioxide and monocalcium phosphate, wherein the weight ratio of the precipitated silicon dioxide to the monocalcium phosphate is 4: 1;
the humectant is sorbitol and glycerin, wherein the weight ratio of the sorbitol to the glycerin is 1: 2;
the thickening agent is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and xanthan gum, wherein the weight ratio of the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose to the xanthan gum is 1: 4.
the preparation method of the halitosis-improving toothpaste comprises the following steps: mixing humectant and thickener, adding water solution of vitamin C sodium phosphate, standing for swelling, adding water solution of pH regulator, mixing, adding abrasive, surfactant, antiseptic, essence, porous chitosan and lysozyme, grinding twice, vacuum degassing to-0.095 MPa, standing, and sterilizing to obtain halitosis-improving toothpaste.
Test examples
60 persons (30 male and 30 female) with halitosis of oral origin were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups, 10 persons in each group were recorded as test groups 1-5 by brushing teeth with examples 1-5, and one group was recorded as a control group by brushing teeth with a commercial halitosis-removing toothpaste, wherein the weights and brushing times of the 6 groups of toothbrushing toothpastes were the same, and the breath values before and after brushing were measured, and the following results were obtained:
remarking: removal rate (oral breath before tooth brushing-oral breath after tooth brushing)/oral breath before tooth brushing 100%.
As can be seen from the above table, the present invention has a good halitosis-removing effect and a long lasting time.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.
