Abstract
The invention discloses a pneumatic field planting seedling-erecting system and method for an ordered seedling-throwing machine. The system comprises a fan, a distributor and a field planting seedling-erecting pipe. A plurality of air inlet pipes are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of each field planting seedling tube, and each air inlet pipe and the axis of each field planting seedling tube form an included angle of 40-45 degrees and are eccentrically arranged so as to form spiral air flow. When the seedlings fall into the seedling inlet of the seedling planting and erecting pipe, the seedlings are orderly planted and erected in the paddy field under the action of gravity and spiral air flow. The invention has simple mechanism, low cost, good seedling standing effect, stable planting depth, convenient control of seedling throwing row spacing, realization of ordered seedling throwing and suitability for field planting and seedling standing of ordered seedling throwing.
