背景技术
在长长度的导管用于各种电力、通信、监测等任务的情况下,所述导管通常被卷起以管理所述导管并且按有序的方式将其展开。在一些情况中,其他装置在所述导管上成直线地设置以与所述导管一起卷绕。这些装置包括例如插头,所述插头间隔开以便可用于已安排好的导体的任何最终效用。在资源回收产业中,还可能存在滑轮,卷起的导管必须要延伸通过所述滑轮。这样提出了更多的困难,因为滑轮的半径通常要远小于卷轴并且因此要求导管更大程度地弯曲以从中移动通过。
可以阐述卷绕装置的概念,但卷轴并且在一些情况下是滑轮的半径相对于对装置的卷绕的不耐受除外,而装置的卷绕原本可能是重要的。本领域将乐意看到允许其他装置卷绕的进展。
发明内容
一种柔性装置,所述柔性装置包括:多个子组件;连接器,所述连接器从所述子组件中的每一者垂下;链路,所述链路连接到所述连接器,在所述子组件之间提供信号连接。

具体实施方式
在本文中参看诸图以举例而非限制的方式来呈现对所公开的设备和方法的一个或多个实施方案的详细描述。
参看图1,示出多件式装置10。虽然在图1中示出两个子组件12和14,但是还设想到更多子组件。多件式装置10具有现有技术的较长装置(例如,测量仪器)具有的功能,但由于其子组件构造,所述多件式装置避免了刚性并且因此避免了较长的测量仪器所具有的问题。更具体地说,较长的测量仪器在被卷起或延伸通过某半径时将会承受通过测量仪器自身的弯矩并且可能会变成无法操作的,其中所述半径会使所述测量仪器要走比由所述半径指定的路径长的路径。另外,连到测量仪器的接线会与测量仪器成很弯曲的角度。由于本发明的实施方案的独特构造,装置10能够弯曲,由此去除了所述装置的由弯矩引发的无法操作性的风险并且减小了在装置10的每个末端处与连接器的连接角度。产生子组件12和14需要确定哪些部件可以封装在每个子组件中并且随后在连接器18和20处通过链路16(见图2)操作性地连接到另一个子组件。连接器16实现了装置10的可操作性以及由此构造提供的柔韧性。链路16可以是电导体、光纤、液压管线、包括前述各者或其他者中的至少一者的组合。每个子组件还提供导体终端18和20。将了解,如果特定装置10被配置有两个以上子组件,那么放置于子组件12和14之间的额外子组件将不具有导体终端22或24,而是将在所述子组件的两端上具有连接器18和20。在连接了链路16之后,子组件12和14作为单个单元操作,实现所需要的任何功能。所述子组件与长且刚性的现有技术的装置(诸如测量仪器)同样地操作,但装置10是柔性的。
在一些实施方案(见图3)中,希望在子组件12与14之间添加加强构件26,诸如链条、钢索、芳纶纤维等,以确保装置10被配置成耐受例如在拉动操作期间遇到的拉伸负荷、爆炸减压力以及在安装操作期间遇到的磨蚀环境。加强构件26在不需要信号时可以替代链路16,或者在需要时还可以用作信号载体。
虽然采用如图1到图3中所示的装置10可能是足够的,但是还设想到提供对链路16的外部保护并且在适当时提供呈防护罩30的形式的加强构件26。这示意性地示出于图4和图5中。用于提供此保护的一种方法是包覆成型操作,所述包覆成型操作将成型的橡胶防护罩30设置在子组件12和14的至少相邻末端上面或在除了导体终端22和24之外的整个(30a)子组件上面。预期用于防护罩30的材料包括但不限于橡胶,诸如NBR、HNBR、AFLAS等。防护罩30自身可能便足够,或者在其他实施方案中,在防护罩30中还可能含有加强构件26。无论是否使用加强构件(诸如金属丝和钢链),都将具有子组件12和14的装置10放置于管状模子内部,所述管状模子可以包括上半部和下半部。在一个实施方案中,每个子组件12和14的至少三分之一将容纳在所述模子内部。将所述模子加热到150C至250C,其后将未固化的橡胶化合物与如所述的子组件一起放到模子内部。通过将模子的上半部放到模子的下半部的顶部上或通过将模子的各部分放到一起以形成完整的模子的其他等效操作来闭合所述模子。在重复过程中,模子将保持于温度下约20分钟到约40分钟并允许其冷却。随后将获得具有防护罩30的完成的装置10。
图5示出带防护罩的装置10的柔韧性。图5还示出了端接到导体段32和34的导体终端22和24,所述导体段一起覆盖在用于形成细长的可卷绕的导体40的多个装置10上面。导体40在图6中示出为在卷轴42上。另外,所述导体在图6中被示出为延伸通过滑轮44。相对于位于卷轴42与滑轮44之间的装置10并且随后相对于位于滑轮44中的装置10来概述卷轴上的装置10的条件揭露了装置10的柔韧性以及其在各种条件下对导体段和导体终端的影响。因为装置10挠曲,所以导体终端22和24以及导体段32和34总是沿着比装置10非挠曲时所走的路径相对较直的路径。
在下文陈述了前述公开的一些实施方案:

Claims (9)

1.一种柔性装置(10),所述柔性装置包括:
多个子组件(12、14);
连接器(18、20),所述连接器从所述子组件(12、14)中的每一者垂下;
链路(16),所述链路连接到所述连接器(18、20),在所述子组件(12、14)之间提供信号连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置(10),所述装置还包括在所述子组件(12、14)之间延伸的加强构件(26)。
