In this embodiment, the left pillar air duct device 2002 and the right pillar air duct device 2003 are respectively disposed at two sides of the cabinet frame 2001, an opening of the left pillar air duct device 2002 faces the accommodating portion, and an opening of the right pillar air duct device 2003 faces the accommodating portion, so that an air flow channel for cold air to flow in and hot air to flow out is formed, an interlayer channel is divided between the cold air and the hot air, and the cold air and the hot air flow channels are distinct in area, thereby avoiding a phenomenon of disordered and concurrent air flows inside the cabinet. And the cabinet upright post air duct system has the advantages of low cost, low power consumption, low noise and simple application.
Further, the cabinet upright duct system includes a first duct state and a second duct state.
The first air duct state refers to a state in which the air flows in from the first air duct hole of the right pillar air duct device 2003 and flows out from the second air duct hole of the left pillar air duct device. The second air duct state refers to a state in which the air flow flows in from the first air duct hole of the left upright air duct device and flows out from the second air duct hole of the right upright air duct device.
In the first air duct state, the air baffle of the left upright air duct device is mounted on a first air duct hole of the left upright air duct device, and the air baffle of the right upright air duct device is mounted on a second air duct hole of the right upright air duct device; the first air duct hole of the right upright air duct device, the opening of the right upright air duct device, the accommodating part, the opening of the left upright air duct device and the second air duct hole of the left upright air duct device form a first airflow air duct.
In the first air duct state, the air flow flows into the right upright air duct device from the first air duct hole of the right upright air duct device, then enters the accommodating portion through the opening of the right upright air duct device, passes through the accommodating portion, then enters the left upright air duct device through the opening of the left upright air duct device, and finally flows out from the second air duct hole of the left upright air duct device, so as to form a complete air flow duct.
In the second air duct state, the air baffle of the left upright air duct device is mounted on a second air duct hole of the left upright air duct device, and the air baffle of the right upright air duct device is mounted on the first air duct hole of the right upright air duct device; the first air duct hole of the left upright air duct device, the opening of the left upright air duct device, the accommodating part, the opening of the right upright air duct device and the second air duct hole of the right upright air duct device form a second air flow duct.
In the second air duct state, the air flow flows into the left upright air duct device from the first air duct hole of the left upright air duct device, then enters the accommodating portion through the opening of the left upright air duct device, passes through the accommodating portion, then enters the right upright air duct device through the opening of the right upright air duct device, and finally flows out from the second air duct hole of the right upright air duct device, so as to form a complete air flow duct.
The invention further provides a cabinet, referring to fig. 5, including a cabinet device 2004 and the cabinet upright duct system 200, where the cabinet device 2004 is disposed in the accommodating portion of the cabinet upright duct system 200.
In this embodiment, the cabinet device 2004 is installed in the accommodating portion of the cabinet upright duct system 200, the cabinet upright duct system 200 is used to realize a convection duct for forward cold air and backward hot air, and the side suction function of the cabinet device 2004 is used to realize the effects of cold air suction and hot air output, thereby achieving the function of autonomous heat exchange.
Further, the cabinet device 2004 includes a first connection port and a second connection port, the opening of the left upright air duct device 2002 is connected with the first connection port of the cabinet device 2004, and the opening of the right upright air duct device 2003 is connected with the second connection port of the cabinet device 2004; alternatively, the opening of the left pillar air duct device 2002 is connected to the second connection port of the cabinet device 2004, and the opening of the right pillar air duct device 2003 is connected to the first connection port of the cabinet device 2004.
In this embodiment, the opening of the left upright air duct device is connected to the first connection port of the cabinet device 2004, and the opening of the right upright air duct device 2003 is connected to the second connection port of the cabinet device 2004; alternatively, the opening of the left pillar air duct device 2002 is connected to the second connection port of the cabinet device 2004, and the opening of the right pillar air duct device 2003 is connected to the first connection port of the cabinet device 2004. The air inlet and outlet directions are adjusted by changing the positions of the wind baffles on the cabinet upright post air duct system and the installation position of the cabinet equipment, so that the trend of cold air and hot air is changed; and the input and the output of cold and hot air are realized through a heat dissipation module of the equipment cabinet, so that a convection air duct is formed.
Further, the cabinet also has the application advantages of high heat dissipation efficiency, low cost, low power consumption, simple application, low noise and the like, makes full use of the internal space of the cabinet upright post air duct system, can realize the functions of 'equipment centralized setting, network remote coverage' and the like when in network deployment, and can also greatly reduce energy consumption.

Claims (10)

1. The cabinet upright post air duct device is characterized by comprising an upright post supporting body and an air baffle, wherein a first end of the upright post supporting body is provided with a first air duct hole, a second end of the upright post supporting body is provided with a second air duct hole, and the first end is opposite to the second end;
an opening is arranged on a first surface between the first end and the second end of the upright support body, and the opening is arranged corresponding to equipment of the cabinet;
the wind shield is detachably mounted on the first air channel hole or the second air channel hole, so that the first air channel hole and the opening form a first air channel, or the second air channel hole and the opening form a second air channel.

The cabinet upright duct apparatus of claim 1, wherein the upright support includes a support body, a first duct plate disposed at a first end of the support body, and a second duct plate disposed at a second end of the support body, the first duct plate and the second duct plate collectively defining the opening on a first surface of the upright support, the first duct plate having the first duct hole disposed thereon, the second duct plate having the second duct hole disposed thereon.

The cabinet column duct apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first duct aperture is located on a first surface and/or a second surface of the column support, the second duct aperture is located on a first surface and/or a third surface of the column support, the first surface and the second surface are perpendicular to each other, the first surface and the third surface are perpendicular to each other, and the second surface and the third surface are opposite.
4. The cabinet column duct apparatus of claim 2, wherein the column support further comprises an upper cross member mounted above the support body and a lower cross member mounted below the support body such that the column support is in a closed up and down position.
5. The cabinet column duct apparatus of claim 2, wherein the column support further comprises a side baffle mounted to a fourth surface of the support body, the fourth surface being opposite the first surface.
6. The cabinet upright duct apparatus of claim 1, wherein the number of the first duct holes is at least two, and each of the first duct holes is spaced apart at the first end of the upright support; the number of the second air duct holes is at least two, and each second air duct hole is distributed at the second end of the upright post supporting body at intervals.
7. A cabinet upright post air duct system is characterized by comprising a cabinet frame, a left upright post air duct device and a right upright post air duct device; the cabinet upright air duct device comprises a cabinet frame, a left upright air duct device, a right upright air duct device and a left upright air duct device, wherein the cabinet frame is internally provided with a containing part;
the left stand column air duct device and the right stand column air duct device are arranged on two sides of the cabinet frame respectively, the opening of the left stand column air duct device faces the containing part, and the opening of the right stand column air duct device faces the containing part.
8. The cabinet rack duct system of claim 7, wherein the cabinet rack duct system includes a first duct state and a second duct state;
in the first air duct state, the air baffle of the left upright air duct device is mounted on the first air duct hole of the left upright air duct device, the air baffle of the right upright air duct device is mounted on the second air duct hole of the right upright air duct device, and the first air duct hole of the right upright air duct device, the opening of the right upright air duct device, the accommodating portion, the opening of the left upright air duct device and the second air duct hole of the left upright air duct device form a first airflow air duct;
in the second air duct state, the air baffle of the left upright air duct device is mounted on the second air duct hole of the left upright air duct device, the air baffle of the right upright air duct device is mounted on the first air duct hole of the right upright air duct device, and the first air duct hole of the left upright air duct device, the opening of the left upright air duct device, the accommodating portion, the opening of the right upright air duct device, and the second air duct hole of the right upright air duct device form a second air duct.
9. A cabinet comprising cabinet equipment and the cabinet pillar duct system of any one of claims 7-8, the cabinet equipment being disposed in a receptacle of the cabinet pillar duct system.
10. The cabinet of claim 9, wherein the cabinet equipment includes a first connection port and a second connection port, the opening of the left upright duct apparatus is connected to the first connection port of the cabinet equipment, and the opening of the right upright duct apparatus is connected to the second connection port of the cabinet equipment; or the opening of the left upright air duct device is connected with the second connector of the cabinet equipment, and the opening of the right upright air duct device is connected with the first connector of the cabinet equipment.
