Abstract
The invention discloses a gap adjusting device of a banknote magnetic image sensor of financial equipment, which comprises a detection substrate, wherein two ends of the detection substrate form a groove body along the height direction, a powerful magnet is vertically arranged in the groove body, and a positioning groove matched with a channel wheel top plate is formed on the lower surface of the detection substrate; the detection substrate is used for being tightly attached to the upper surface of the magnetic image sensor, so that the two powerful magnets are just placed on the top plate of the channel wheel, and the top plate of the channel wheel can be sucked into the positioning groove to be locked and fixed through the screws. The invention can realize the installation and adjustment of the magnetic image sensor in the non-closed state, and realize the adjustment of the gap of the magnetic image sensor to meet the gap requirement.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of financial equipment, in particular to a gap adjusting device of a paper money magnetic image sensor of financial equipment.
Background
The magnetic image sensor is a part in a paper money identification module in financial equipment, wherein the gap of the magnetic image sensor is generated by an upper part and a lower part, the gap is required to be 0.25mm when the upper part and the lower part are closed in place, the gap is used as a paper money flow passage, and the gap is arranged in the middle of the module when the closed state is produced and cannot be measured. Thus, in the non-closed state, i.e. the unfolded or open state, a suitable reference is found for adjustment, which meets the gap requirement of 0.25 mm. If the gap is not within the interval of 0.25 plus or minus 0.02mm, the machine equipment will feed back the failure of the magnetic image sensor. There is a need for a device that adjusts to meet the clearance requirements in the non-closed state.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at overcoming the technical defects in the prior art and provides a gap adjusting device of a banknote magnetic image sensor of financial equipment.
The technical scheme adopted for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows:
the gap adjusting device of the banknote magnetic image sensor of the financial equipment comprises a detection substrate, wherein two ends of the detection substrate form a groove body along the height direction, a powerful magnet is vertically arranged in the groove body, and a positioning groove matched with a top plate of a channel wheel is formed on the lower surface of the detection substrate; the detection substrate is used for being tightly attached to the upper surface of the magnetic image sensor, so that the two powerful magnets are just placed on the top plate of the channel wheel, and the top plate of the channel wheel can be sucked into the positioning groove to be locked and fixed through the screws.
Wherein, powerful magnet is cylinder magnet.
The lower surface of the detection substrate is provided with a concave structural surface which is matched with the appearance of the magnetic image sensor, and the positioning grooves are positioned at two ends of the concave structural surface.
The invention can realize the installation and adjustment of the magnetic image sensor in the non-closed state, and realize the adjustment of the gap of the magnetic image sensor to meet the gap requirement.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and the specific examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1-5, the gap adjusting device 1 of the banknote magnetic image sensor of the financial equipment comprises a detection substrate, wherein two ends of the detection substrate form a groove body 10 along the height direction, a powerful magnet 2 is vertically arranged in the groove body, and a positioning groove 13 matched with a top plate of a channel wheel is formed on the lower surface of the detection substrate; the detection substrate is used for being tightly attached to the upper surface of the magnetic image sensor 3, so that two powerful magnets are just placed on the channel wheel top plate 5, and the channel wheel top plate 5 can be sucked into the positioning groove 13 to be locked and fixed on the installation sheet metal part through the screw 6.
Wherein the strong magnet 2 is a cylindrical magnet.
The lower surface of the detection substrate is formed with a concave structure surface 11 corresponding to the shape of the magnetic image sensor 2, and the positioning grooves are positioned at two ends of the concave structure surface.
Under the normal operation of the paper money recognition module, the magnetic image sensor 3 and the channel wheel 4 are in a closed state, and the gap between the magnetic image sensor 3 and the channel wheel 4 after being closed is required to be 0.25mm, and due to the fact that the detection cannot be carried out under the closed state, a proper reference object is searched to replace the channel wheel 4 under the closed state, according to the product assembly relation and the association characteristics, the fact that the channel wheel top plate 5 is used as the reference object is finally determined, the height difference between the channel wheel top plate 5 and the magnetic image sensor 3 is indirectly converted, the height difference is calculated to be 2.25+/-0.02 mm, and the channel wheel top plate 5 of the selected reference object is correct through verification and mass production results.
In the state of opening the channel wheel, the magnetic image sensor gap adjusting device 1 is put on the upper surface of the magnetic image sensor 3 in a flat way and is tightly attached to the upper surface of the magnetic image sensor 3 (fig. 4), and the left side and the right side of the device are put on the channel wheel top plate 5, so that the channel wheel top plate 5 is just in the grooves on the left side and the right side of the device and is right below the phi 6x8mm powerful magnet 2. When the two screws 6 of the fixed channel wheel top plate are not screwed down, the channel wheel top plate 5 is sucked up and is not put under the action of the magnetic force of the powerful magnet 2 with the diameter of phi 6x8mm (figure 5), at the moment, the two screws 6 of the left fixed channel wheel top plate are screwed down, the two screws 6 of the right fixed channel wheel top plate are screwed down, the magnetic image sensor gap adjusting device is taken out, and the adjustment is completed.
