the configuration of the logic keywords is used for determining the logic relationship among a plurality of keywords, and the keywords are used for matching public opinion information on a network platform;
the configuration of the filtering keywords is used for preventing the public opinion information from entering the public opinion information grabbing list when one or more filtering keywords exist in the public opinion information;
in the step of calculating the value index of each public opinion cue according to the value index generation rule, the value index of the public opinion cue is calculated by adopting the following formula:
JCI＝20％×M+{80％×[G1×ln(C1+1)+G2×ln(C2+1)+G3×ln(C3+1)+G4×ln(C4+1)......+Gn×ln(Cn+1)]}×10；
wherein JCI represents a value index, M represents media authority of the source of the public opinion clues, G represents keyword accuracy, and C represents matching times of keywords.
2. The public opinion thread processing method of claim 1, wherein the step of capturing the public opinion information of the whole network according to the preset public opinion capturing scheme comprises:
target network platform for searching public opinion information is defined according to the configured information carrier;
article information on the target network platform is mapped according to the configuration of the logic keywords in the public opinion capture scheme, and the mapped article information is captured into a list to be filtered;
searching information in the list to be filtered by utilizing the configuration of the filtering keywords in the public opinion grabbing scheme, and removing the information from the list to be filtered when any keyword in the list to be filtered is matched with the filtering keywords;
and classifying the public opinion types of the list to be filtered according to the public opinion grabbing scheme, and storing the public opinion types into corresponding database tables.
3. The public opinion cue processing method of claim 2, wherein the logical keywords include a first logical word and a second logical word, the first logical word being an and, the second logical word being an or;
when the logic keywords are the first logic words, a plurality of keywords are in parallel relation, and the captured public opinion information needs to contain all keywords in the keywords;
when the logic keyword is the second logic word, the plurality of keywords are independent from each other, and only any one of the keywords is contained or needed for the captured public opinion information.
4. The public opinion cue processing method of claim 3, wherein the step of capturing article information on the target network platform according to the configuration of the logical keywords in the public opinion capture scheme comprises:
and when the article information contains all the keywords in the first logical word or any one of the keywords in the second logical word, capturing the article information into the list to be filtered.
5. A public opinion cue processing system, the system comprising:
the capturing module is used for capturing public opinion information of the whole network according to a preset public opinion capturing scheme so as to obtain a plurality of public opinion cues;
the calculation module is used for calculating the value index of each public opinion cue according to the value index generation rule and sequencing each public opinion cue according to the value index;
the display module is used for marking the target public opinion clues and displaying the target public opinion clues in a striking mode when the value index of a certain target public opinion clue in all the public opinion clues exceeds a set threshold value;
the preset public opinion grabbing scheme comprises scheme name configuration, public opinion type configuration, information carrier configuration, logic keyword configuration and filtering keyword configuration;
the scheme names are configured to mark the execution sequence of each public opinion grabbing program;
the configuration of the public welfare type is used for determining the field related to the public welfare litigation case;
the information carrier is configured to determine a network platform for public opinion information release;
the configuration of the logic keywords is used for determining the logic relationship among a plurality of keywords, and the keywords are used for matching public opinion information on a network platform;
the configuration of the filtering keywords is used for preventing the public opinion information from entering the public opinion information grabbing list when one or more filtering keywords exist in the public opinion information;
the calculation module is used for calculating the value index of the public opinion clues by adopting the following formula:

6. A readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, which when executed by a processor, implements a method according to any of claims 1-4.
7. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of any of claims 1-4 when the program is executed by the processor.
