Abstract

when the value index of a certain target public sentiment clue in all the public sentiment clues exceeds a set threshold value, marking the target public sentiment clue and showing the target public sentiment clue in a striking mode.

The public opinion cue processing method according to claim 1, wherein the preset public opinion capturing scheme comprises a scheme name configuration, a public welfare type configuration, an information carrier configuration, a logic keyword configuration, and a filtering keyword configuration;
the scheme name is configured to mark an execution sequence of each public opinion grabbing program;
the configuration of the commonweal type is used to determine the domain to which the commonweal litigation case relates;
the information carrier is configured to determine a network platform for public opinion information release;
the logic keywords are configured to determine a logic relationship among a plurality of keywords, and the keywords are used for matching public opinion information on a network platform;
the filtering keywords are configured to prevent the public opinion information from entering a public opinion information capture list when one or more of the filtering keywords exist in the public opinion information.
3. The public opinion cue processing method according to claim 2, wherein the step of capturing the public opinion information of the whole network according to a preset public opinion capturing scheme comprises:
defining a target network platform for searching public opinion information according to a configured information carrier;
article information on the target network platform is determined according to the configuration of the logic keywords in the public opinion capturing scheme, and the determined article information is captured into a list to be filtered;
retrieving information in the list to be filtered by using the configuration of filtering keywords in the public opinion capturing scheme, and removing the information from the list to be filtered when any keyword in the list to be filtered is matched with the filtering keyword;
and classifying the public welfare types of the list to be filtered according to the public welfare type configuration in the public welfare capturing scheme, and storing the public welfare types into a corresponding database table.
4. The public opinion cue processing method according to claim 3, wherein the logic keywords comprise a first logic word and a second logic word, the first logic word is AND, the second logic word is OR;
when the logic keyword is the first logic word, the keywords are in parallel relation, and the captured public opinion information needs to contain all keywords in the keywords;
when the logic keyword is the first ear logic word, the keywords are mutually independent, and the captured public opinion information only needs to contain or contain any one of the keywords.
5. The public opinion cue processing method according to claim 4, wherein the step of enclosing the article information on the target network platform according to the configuration of the logic keywords in the public opinion catching scheme comprises:
and when all keywords in the first logic words or any keyword in the second logic words exist in the article information, capturing the article information into the list to be filtered.
6. The public opinion cue processing method according to claim 2, wherein in the step of calculating the value index of each public opinion cue according to the value index generating rule, the value index of the public opinion cue is calculated by using the following formula:
JCI＝20％×M+{80％×[G1×ln(C1+1)+G2×ln(C2+1)+G3×ln(C3+1)+G4×ln(C4+1)......+Gn×ln(Cn+1)]}×10；
wherein JCI represents a value index, M represents the media authority of the source of the public opinion clue, G represents the keyword accuracy, and C represents the matching times of the keywords.
7. A public opinion cue processing system, the system comprising:
the grabbing module is used for grabbing the public opinion information of the whole network according to a preset public opinion grabbing scheme so as to obtain a plurality of public opinion clues;
the calculating module is used for calculating the value index of each public opinion clue according to a value index generating rule and sequencing each public opinion clue according to the value index;
and the display module is used for marking the target public sentiment clues and displaying the target public sentiment clues in a striking mode when the value index of one target public sentiment clue in all the public sentiment clues exceeds a set threshold value.
8. The public opinion cue processing system according to claim 7, wherein the preset public opinion capturing scheme comprises a scheme name configuration, a public interest type configuration, an information carrier configuration, a logic keyword configuration, and a filtering keyword configuration;
the scheme name is configured to mark an execution sequence of each public opinion grabbing program;
the configuration of the commonweal type is used to determine the domain to which the commonweal litigation case relates;
the information carrier is configured to determine a network platform for public opinion information release;
the logic keywords are configured to determine a logic relationship among a plurality of keywords, and the keywords are used for matching public opinion information on a network platform;
the filtering keywords are configured to prevent the public opinion information from entering a public opinion information capture list when one or more of the filtering keywords exist in the public opinion information.
9. A readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method according to any of claims 1 to 7 when executing the program.
