Abstract

一种金属密封三偏心蝶阀。其特征在于:所述金属密封环的内径大于安装凸台直径,使金属密封环与安装凸台之间形成浮动空间,且金属密封环的两端端面与蝶板、限位件之间滑动密封配合;所述限位件上设有若干通孔,所述通孔与浮动空间相连通。其优点在于,浮动空间使得金属密封环能够沿径向微量移动与弹性变形,使得其能够更好地适应阀座密封面,当与阀座密封面密封配合时,达到更好的密封效果,同时介质能够通过通孔进入到浮动空间内,为金属密封环提供一个介质压力,达到一个自密封的效果,不仅进一步保证其与阀座密封面的密封效果,而且实现双向密封无泄漏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种蝶阀,具体涉及一种金属密封三偏心蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀又叫翻板阀,其启闭件为蝶板,并围绕阀杆旋转来达到开启与关闭的目的,三偏心蝶阀是指阀杆轴心同时偏离蝶板中心及本体中心,且阀座回转轴线与阀体通道轴线有一定角度的蝶阀。
目前,采用金属密封的三偏心蝶阀,通常是在蝶板上安装有金属密封圈,通过金属密封圈与阀座密封面实现密封,但是现有金属密封圈通常直接固定压紧在蝶板上,密封效果并不理想。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术的不足,本发明提供一种金属密封三偏心蝶阀,解决现有金属密封三偏心蝶阀密封效果差的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案:一种金属密封三偏心蝶阀,包括阀体、蝶板组件、阀杆,所述蝶板组件设置在阀体内,并与阀杆连接,阀体内设有能与蝶板组件密封的阀座密封面;所述蝶板组件包括蝶板、金属密封环、限位件,所述蝶板一端端面上形成有安装凸台,所述金属密封环套设在安装凸台外,所述限位件安装在蝶板上,将金属密封环限制在蝶板与限位件之间;所述金属密封环的内径大于安装凸台直径,使金属密封环与安装凸台之间形成浮动空间,且金属密封环的两端端面与蝶板、限位件之间滑动密封配合;所述限位件上设有若干通孔,所述通孔与浮动空间相连通。
所述通孔的截面呈“凸”字形。
所述金属密封环与蝶板、限位件之间存在安装间隙,且所述金属密封环与蝶板、限位件之间通过唇形密封圈密封配合。
所述唇形密封圈为金属唇形密封圈。
所述唇形密封圈分别固定在蝶板与限位件上,并与金属密封环的端面形成密封配合。
两个唇形密封圈相对金属密封环对称设置。
所述安装凸台端面上设有限位凸台,所述限位件为限位环,所述限位件套设在限位凸台上,并通过螺栓与蝶板固定连接。
本发明的有益效果是:采用以上方案,浮动空间使得金属密封环能够沿径向微量移动与弹性变形,使得其能够更好地适应阀座密封面,当与阀座密封面密封配合时,达到更好的弹性接触密封效果,同时介质能够通过通孔进入到浮动空间内,为金属密封环提供一个介质压力,达到一个自密封的效果,不仅进一步保证其与阀座密封面的密封效果,而且实现双向密封无泄漏。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步说明:
如图所示,一种金属密封三偏心蝶阀,包括阀体1、蝶板组件2、阀杆3,所述阀体1靠近出口端的位置设有阀座密封面11,所述蝶板组件2设置在阀体1内,其包括蝶板4、金属密封环5、限位件6,所述蝶板4与阀杆3连接,能随阀杆3旋转动作,所述蝶板4一端端面上形成有安装凸台41,所述金属密封环5套设在安装凸台41外,所述安装凸台41端面上设有限位凸台42,所述限位件6为限位环,所述限位件6套设在限位凸台42上,并通过螺栓与蝶板4固定连接,所述限位件6能将金属密封环5限制在蝶板4与限位件6之间,当阀门关闭时,金属密封环5能与阀座密封面11接触实现密封。
其中,所述金属密封环5的内径大于安装凸台41直径,使金属密封环5与安装凸台41之间形成浮动空间7,且金属密封环5的两端端面与蝶板4、限位件6之间滑动密封配合;所述限位件6上设有若干通孔61,所述通孔61与浮动空间7相连通。
金属密封环5采用金属材质,其本身具有一定的弹性变形能力,且能够适应高温工况,金属密封环5与安装凸台41之间形成浮动空间7,使得金属密封环5能够沿径向微量移动与弹性变形,使得其能够更好地适应阀座密封面,当与阀座密封面密封配合时,达到更好的弹性接触密封效果,同时介质能够通过通孔61进入到浮动空间内,为金属密封环5提供一个介质压力,从而达到自密封效果,压力越大,不仅使得金属密封环5与阀座密封面11之间的密封效果更好,而且实现双向密封无泄漏。
进一步的,所述通孔61的截面呈“凸”字形,其朝向浮动空间7的一端口径小,另一端的口径大,使得介质能够快速进入到浮动空间7中,实现压力自密封。
如图2所示,所述金属密封环5与蝶板4、限位件6之间存在安装间隙,所述蝶板4与限位件6对应金属密封环5的一端固定安装有唇形密封圈8,且两个唇形密封圈8相对金属密封环5对称设置,所述金属密封环5与蝶板4、限位件6之间通过唇形密封圈8密封配合,密封时,介质会通过安装间隙进入到唇形密封圈,唇形密封圈的唇口在介质压力的作用下变形,从而使唇边紧贴密封,且唇边磨损后具有一定自动补偿能力,因此保证金属密封环5与蝶板4、限位件6之间的可靠密封,同时其能实现金属密封环5可靠的微量滑动动作。
其中,所述唇形密封圈8为金属唇形密封圈,与金属密封环5采用同样的材质,满足高温工况。

1.一种金属密封三偏心蝶阀,包括阀体(1)、蝶板组件(2)、阀杆(3),所述蝶板组件(2)设置在阀体(1)内,并与阀杆(3)连接,阀体(1)内设有能与蝶板组件(2)密封的阀座密封面(11);所述蝶板组件(2)包括蝶板(4)、金属密封环(5)、限位件(6),所述蝶板(4)一端端面上形成有安装凸台(41),所述金属密封环(5)套设在安装凸台(41)外,所述限位件(6)安装在蝶板(4)上,将金属密封环(5)限制在蝶板(4)与限位件(6)之间;其特征在于:所述金属密封环(5)的内径大于安装凸台(41)直径,使金属密封环(5)与安装凸台(41)之间形成浮动空间(7),且金属密封环(5)的两端端面与蝶板(4)、限位件(6)之间滑动密封配合;所述限位件(6)上设有若干通孔(61),所述通孔(61)与浮动空间(7)相连通;
所述金属密封环(5)与蝶板(4)、限位件(6)之间存在安装间隙,且所述金属密封环(5)与蝶板(4)、限位件(6)之间通过唇形密封圈(8)密封配合;
所述唇形密封圈(8)为金属唇形密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属密封三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于:所述通孔(61)的截面呈“凸”字形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的金属密封三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于:所述唇形密封圈(8)分别固定在蝶板(4)与限位件(6)上,并与金属密封环(5)的端面形成密封配合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的金属密封三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于:两个唇形密封圈(8)相对金属密封环(5)对称设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的金属密封三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于:所述安装凸台(41)端面上设有限位凸台(42),所述限位件(6)为限位环,所述限位件(6)套设在限位凸台(42)上,并通过螺栓与蝶板(4)固定连接。
