本发明提供了同轴双输入的变速箱结构,使得两个动力源和变速器的连接方便可靠,使得变速箱的体积小、且确保动力输出不会中断。其包括同轴布置的双输入轴、动力输出轴,所述双输入轴包括第二空心输入轴以及第一输入轴,所述第一输入轴贯穿所述第二空心输入轴的空心内腔、同轴布置,所述第二空心输入轴的输入端连接外部第二动力源,所述第一输入轴的输入端连接外部第一动力源,所述第二空心输入轴的输出端固套有第二传动齿轮,第一输入轴的输出端相对于第二传动齿轮后置、并顺次套装有耦合同步器、输出六挡齿,第一输入轴的输出端和动力输出轴的输入端之间间隔设置,动力输出轴的输入端设置有6/7挡同步器。

本发明涉及变速箱结构的技术领域,具体为同轴双输入的变速箱结构。
背景技术
现有变速箱结构,当连接两个动力源时,需要在变速箱内设置两根输入轴,进而使得变速箱的体积大,进而使得车体的布置相对复杂,在实际过程中,会增加车体的设计和制造成本,且两个动力在进行挡位切换时,会产生动力中断。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了同轴双输入的变速箱结构,使得两个动力源和变速器的连接方便可靠,使得变速箱的体积小、且确保动力输出不会中断。
同轴双输入的变速箱结构,其特征在于:其包括同轴布置的双输入轴、动力输出轴,所述双输入轴包括第二空心输入轴以及第一输入轴,所述第一输入轴贯穿所述第二空心输入轴的空心内腔、同轴布置,所述第二空心输入轴的输入端连接外部第二动力源,所述第一输入轴的输入端连接外部第一动力源,所述第二空心输入轴的输出端固套有第二传动齿轮,第一输入轴的输出端相对于第二传动齿轮后置、并顺次套装有耦合同步器、输出六挡齿,输出六挡齿即为第一传动齿轮,第一输入轴的输出端和动力输出轴的输入端之间间隔设置,动力输出轴的输入端设置有6/7挡同步器,所述6/7挡同步器的远离所述输出六挡齿的一侧布置有输出七挡齿,所述输出七挡齿套设于所述动力输出轴的对应位置,所述动力输出轴上还顺次套装有输出二挡齿、输出四挡齿、输出一挡齿、输出倒挡齿、输出三挡齿、输出五挡齿,所述输出二挡齿、输出四挡齿之间布置有2/4挡同步器,输出一挡齿、输出倒挡齿之间布置有1/倒挡同步器,所述输出三挡齿、输出五挡齿之间布置有3/5挡同步器,其还包括有第二中间轴,所述第二中间轴对应于第二传动齿轮的位置处设置有第二中间轴传动齿,所述第二中间轴上还套装有第一空心中间轴,所述第一空心中间轴对应于所述输出六挡齿的位置套设有第一中间轴传动齿,所述第一空心中间轴的轴向对应于所述输出轴的输出七挡齿、输出二挡齿、输出四挡齿位置处分别固套有对应的挡位传动齿轮,所述第二中间轴的外凸于第一空心中间轴轴向区域的对应于输出一挡齿、输出倒挡齿、输出三挡齿、输出五挡齿的位置处分别套设有对应的挡位传动齿轮,所述中倒齿通过惰轮齿连接所述输出倒挡齿。
其进一步特征在于:套装于所述输出轴上的所有挡位输出齿轮均通过连接轴套套装于所述输出轴,确保输出时动力的耦合输出;
所有的挡位传动齿轮均固套于所述第二中间轴或第一空心中间轴的对应位置。
采用上述技术方案后,第二动力源、第一动力源通过同轴进行动力输入,在第一输入轴的第一传动齿轮以及第二空心输入轴的第二传动齿轮之间设置耦合同步器,耦合同步器在第一传动齿轮(输出六挡齿)、第二传动齿轮同步啮合状态下,第二动力源、第一动力源的动力同步耦合后输出至对应的中间传动齿轮、再传递至输出轴,通过选择对应的挡位进行挡位输出;耦合同步器脱离状态下,第二动力源通过第二传动齿轮传输至对应的中间传动齿轮、再传递至输出轴、通过选择对应的挡位进行挡位输出,第一动力源通过第一传动齿轮传输至对应的中间传动齿轮、再传递至输出轴、通过选择对应的挡位进行挡位输出,第一动力、第二动力在输出轴上耦合后输出;使得两个动力源和变速器的连接方便可靠,且可以选择动力耦合输出或分别输出后再在输出轴上进行耦合输出,其确保动力输出不会中断,实现无动力中断换挡;得两个动力源和变速器的连接方便可靠,使得变速箱的体积小、且确保动力输出不会中断。

同轴双输入的变速箱结构,见图1:其包括同轴布置的双输入轴、动力输出轴1,双输入轴包括第二空心输入轴2以及第一输入轴3,第一输入轴3贯穿第二空心输入轴2的空心内腔、同轴布置,第二空心输入轴2的输入端连接外部第二动力源,第一输入轴3的输入端连接外部第一动力源,第二空心输入轴2的输出端固套有第二传动齿轮4,第一输入轴3的输出端相对于第二传动齿轮4后置、并顺次套装有耦合同步器5、输出六挡齿6,输出六挡齿6即为第一传动齿轮,第一输入轴3的输出端和动力输出轴1的输入端之间间隔设置,动力输出轴1的输入端设置有6/7挡同步器7,6/7挡同步器7的远离输出六挡齿6的一侧布置有输出七挡齿8,输出七挡齿8套设于动力输出轴1的对应位置,动力输出轴1上还顺次套装有输出二挡齿9、输出四挡齿10、输出一挡齿11、输出倒挡齿12、输出三挡齿13、输出五挡齿14,输出二挡齿9、输出四挡齿10之间布置有2/4挡同步器15,输出一挡齿11、输出倒挡齿12之间布置有1/倒挡同步器16,输出三挡齿13、输出五挡齿14之间布置有3/5挡同步器17,其还包括有第二中间轴18,第二中间轴18平行于第一输入轴3布置,第二中间轴18对应于第二传动齿轮4的位置处设置有第二中间轴传动齿19,第二中间轴18上还套装有第一空心中间轴20,第一空心中间轴20对应于输出六挡齿6的位置套设有第一中间轴传动齿21,第一空心中间轴20的轴向对应于输出轴1的输出七挡齿8、输出二挡齿9、输出四挡齿10位置处分别固套有对应的挡位传动齿轮,第二中间轴18的外凸于第一空心中间轴20轴向区域的对应于输出一挡齿11、输出倒挡齿12、输出三挡齿13、输出五挡齿14的位置处分别套设有对应的挡位传动齿轮,中倒齿22通过惰轮齿23连接输出倒挡齿13。
所有的挡位传动齿轮均固套于第二中间轴18或第一空心中间轴20的对应位置。图中的惰轮齿21所对应的传动轴和输出轴1、第二中间轴17成三角关系布置,便于传输,图中的示意仅为表达传动关系用。
套装于输出轴1上的所有挡位输出齿轮均通过连接轴套24套装于输出轴1,确保输出时动力的耦合输出。
具体实施时,同步器可对应全部替换为啮合套。
具体工作中,耦合同步器向左闭合时,使第二动力源与第一动力源耦合在一起,使得第一动力源可以实现所有的挡位传递;耦合同步器不闭合时,第二动力源和第一动力源的动力输出可以进行耦合,使得变速器在换挡过程中没有动力中断,举例子说明,第一动力源经过输出六挡齿,2/4挡同步器向左挂入二挡,第一动力源以二挡传递扭矩;第二动力源通过常啮合齿轮,3/5挡同步器向左挂入三挡,第二动力源以三挡运行,两个动力在输出轴上耦合;换挡时,第一动力源先脱出2/4挡同步器,挂入四挡,过程中第二动力源始终输出动力,然后,第二动力源再从三挡脱出,挂入五挡,这个过程中第一动力源始终输出动力,从而实现无动力中断换挡。
具体实施例的挡位排布不限于具体实施的排列次序组合,在实际过程中挡位的排列次序根据实际情况进行排布。

1.同轴双输入的变速箱结构,其特征在于:其包括同轴布置的双输入轴、动力输出轴,所述双输入轴包括第二空心输入轴以及第一输入轴,所述第一输入轴贯穿所述第二空心输入轴的空心内腔、同轴布置,所述第二空心输入轴的输入端连接外部第二动力源,所述第一输入轴的输入端连接外部第一动力源,所述第二空心输入轴的输出端固套有第二传动齿轮,第一输入轴的输出端相对于第二传动齿轮后置、并顺次套装有耦合同步器、输出六挡齿,第一输入轴的输出端和动力输出轴的输入端之间间隔设置,动力输出轴的输入端设置有6/7挡同步器,所述6/7挡同步器的远离所述输出六挡齿的一侧布置有输出七挡齿,所述输出七挡齿套设于所述动力输出轴的对应位置,所述动力输出轴上还顺次套装有输出二挡齿、输出四挡齿、输出一挡齿、输出倒挡齿、输出三挡齿、输出五挡齿,所述输出二挡齿、输出四挡齿之间布置有2/4挡同步器,输出一挡齿、输出倒挡齿之间布置有1/倒挡同步器,所述输出三挡齿、输出五挡齿之间布置有3/5挡同步器,其还包括有第二中间轴,所述第二中间轴对应于第二传动齿轮的位置处设置有第二中间轴传动齿,所述第二中间轴上还套装有第一空心中间轴,所述第一空心中间轴对应于所述输出六挡齿的位置套设有第一中间轴传动齿,所述第一空心中间轴的轴向对应于所述输出轴的输出七挡齿、输出二挡齿、输出四挡齿位置处分别固套有对应的挡位传动齿轮,所述第二中间轴的外凸于第一空心中间轴轴向区域的对应于输出一挡齿、输出倒挡齿、输出三挡齿、输出五挡齿的位置处分别套设有对应的挡位传动齿轮,所述中倒齿通过惰轮齿连接所述输出倒挡齿。
2.如权利要求1所述的同轴双输入的变速箱结构,其特征在于:套装于所述输出轴上的所有挡位输出齿轮均通过连接轴套套装于所述输出轴。
3.如权利要求1所述的同轴双输入的变速箱结构,其特征在于:所有的挡位传动齿轮均固套于所述第二中间轴或第一空心中间轴的对应位置。
