The glass silk floss soundproof cotton has light weight, good sound absorption effect, certain heat preservation performance and multiple functions; the hot-dip galvanized steel wire mesh has good support property, corrosion resistance and light weight; the PE film moisture-proof layer has excellent waterproof effect; the waterproof breathable film is adopted to ensure the air permeability of the house and simultaneously ensure the waterproof performance; adopt these materials for whole sandwich layer's quality is light, can not cause too big burden for the purlin, guarantees sandwich layer's multifunctionality simultaneously.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the decorative plate 16 includes a decorative bottom plate 30, a honeycomb plate 31 and a decorative panel 32 disposed from bottom to top, the decorative bottom plate 30 is made of ti-zn plate, the honeycomb plate 31 is made of a class a fire-retardant PE plate, and the decorative panel 32 is made of an aluminum plate. The cooperation of the hooping 35 of the first clasping member 33 and the second clasping member 34 which are arranged in this way is fixed on the left vertical rib 18 or the right vertical rib 19, the clamping groove 37 of the first clasping member 33 is matched with the clamping strip 38 of the second clasping member 34, and then the connecting groove 36 at the upper end of the first clasping member 33 is fixedly connected with the keel 14, the connection mode is not required to be punched on the panel 17, the water leakage phenomenon in the hole is avoided, the service life of the metal roof is further prolonged, the connection structure is simple, and the installation is convenient.
A building built by any one of the metal roofs comprises a building body, wherein the metal roof is arranged at the top of the building body. Such metal covering is functional strong, waterproof noise insulation, and life is longer.
In summary, the embodiments of the present invention provide a metal roof and a building, which have at least the following beneficial effects:
when the metal roof is used, the sandwich layer comprises a dustproof layer 4, a sound absorption layer 5, a supporting layer 6, a steam insulation layer 7, a first heat preservation layer and a waterproof layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, so that dust generated by friction deformation and the like of the metal roof falls into the bottom plate layer 2 and leaks into a house in the using process of the metal roof, and meanwhile, the dust in the house is prevented from entering the sandwich layer to influence the performance of the whole metal roof and prolong the service life of the metal roof; the sound absorption layer 5 can enhance the sound insulation effect of the house, so that the comfortable feeling of people is stronger; the supporting layer 6 can ensure the stability of the whole roof panel 1 structure, so that the roof panel 1 can keep the structure when in use, the service life of the whole house is prolonged, and the appearance structure is kept; the steam insulation layer 7 can insulate steam to ensure that the steam outside the house cannot enter the house through the roof panel 1 and keep the house dry; the first heat preservation layer can guarantee the indoor temperature, and the indoor temperature is prevented from being low due to the fact that the outdoor temperature is too low in winter; the waterproof layer plays a role in waterproofing, and prevents outdoor water vapor from entering the sandwich layer through the panel layer 3, so that the service life of the sandwich layer is prolonged, and the service life of the whole metal roof is further prolonged; a main purline is arranged below the bottom plate layer 2, and a secondary purline 12 is arranged above the main purline, so that the multi-layer purline design ensures the stability of the metal roof, the use is safer, and the service life of the metal roof is longer; the upper side wall of the secondary purline 12 is provided with a fixed seat 13 for installing the floor layer 3, and the fixed seat 13 is arranged above the sandwich layer, so that the fixed seat 13 is convenient to detach and replace, the sandwich layer cannot be damaged during house maintenance, and the use is more convenient; a keel 14 is arranged above the roof panel 1, the keel 14 is fixed on the upper side wall of the panel layer 3 through a fixture 11, and a decorative plate 16 is arranged above the keel 14, so that the decorative plate 16 is arranged above the roof panel 1, the roof panel 1 can be protected, the roof panel 1 reduces abrasion caused by wind, wind and sunlight, the service life of the roof panel 1 is further prolonged, and the appearance of the whole building is more attractive; the decorative plate 16 is arranged on the keel 14, so that a certain distance is kept between the decorative plate and the roof panel 1, good drainage is guaranteed, stress of purlines is reduced, use safety is guaranteed, and the service life of a house is prolonged.

A metal roofing characterized in that: the heat insulation roof comprises a roof panel, wherein the roof panel comprises a bottom plate layer, a sandwich layer and a panel layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and the sandwich layer comprises a dust-proof layer, a sound absorption layer, a supporting layer, a steam-insulating layer, a first heat insulation layer and a first waterproof layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; a main purline is arranged below the bottom plate layer, a secondary purline is arranged above the main purline, the secondary purline is embedded in the sandwich layer, a fixed seat for installing the panel layer is arranged on the upper side wall of the secondary purline, and the fixed seat is arranged above the sandwich layer; the roof boarding top is equipped with fossil fragments, fossil fragments pass through fixture to be fixed at the upper wall of panel layer, fossil fragments top is equipped with the decorative board.

The metal roofing of claim 1 wherein: the panel layer comprises a plurality of panels which are spliced, a plurality of fixing seats are arranged on the secondary purline, a left vertical rib is arranged on the left side of any one of the panels, a right vertical rib is arranged on the right side of any one of the panels, the left vertical rib of any one of the panels is sleeved on the fixing seat, and the right vertical rib of the adjacent panel of the panel is sleeved on the left vertical rib of the panel; the panel layer is provided with an expansion joint, the left side and the right side of the upper part of the expansion joint are both provided with a fixed seat, the right side of the fixed seat on the left side of the expansion joint is not provided with a panel, the left side of the fixed seat on the right side of the expansion joint is not provided with a panel, a second heat insulation layer is arranged between the fixed seats on the left side and the right side of the expansion joint, an upper edge folding plate is covered above the second heat insulation layer, and the edge folding plate is; the expansion joint lower part does not be equipped with the floor layer, the expansion joint lower part is equipped with down and receives the sideboard, it all is equipped with flexible section with receiving the sideboard down to go up to receive the sideboard.

The metal roofing of claim 2 wherein: the expansion joint comprises a fixing seat, and is characterized in that a gable structure is arranged on the left side and the right side of the expansion joint and comprises a bar-shaped groove buckling piece and a fastener, the bar-shaped groove buckling piece is buckled on a left vertical rib or a right vertical rib outside the fixing seat, the fastener comprises a buckling end and a fixing end, the buckling end of the fastener is buckled on the outside of the bar-shaped groove buckling piece, and the fixing end of the fastener is fixedly connected with the fixing seat.
