Technical Field

Background
The suspension bridge main cable oil filling unbonded prestressed steel strand anchorage anchoring system consists of a front anchorage surface anchoring system, an anchor body intermediate system (steel strands, embedded steel pipes, special anticorrosive grease and the like) and a rear anchorage surface anchoring system.
The traditional rear anchor face anchoring system is composed of a sealing cover and an oil leakage prevention gasket, wherein the sealing cover is fixedly installed on the rear end face of an anchor backing plate through fastening bolts arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction, a working anchor plate is packaged in the sealing cover, the oil leakage prevention gasket is arranged between the rear end face of the anchor backing plate and a port of the sealing cover, and the oil leakage prevention gasket is weak in oil leakage resistance and causes troubles for later maintenance and repair. Moreover, the sealing cover is usually of an equal-thickness cylindrical structure and has poor pressure bearing capacity.

the invention discloses a rear anchor surface anchoring system for anchoring a main cable of a suspension bridge, which comprises a sealing cover and an oil leakage prevention gasket, wherein the sealing cover is fixedly arranged on the rear end surface of an anchor backing plate by fastening bolts arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction, a working anchor plate is arranged in the sealing cover, and the oil leakage prevention gasket is arranged between the rear end surface of the anchor backing plate and a port of the sealing cover, and is characterized in that: the oil leakage preventing gasket comprises a main gasket and an auxiliary gasket which are concentrically arranged and have different elastic moduli, and the rear end surface of the anchor gasket is provided with a corresponding annular notch groove of the main gasket and an annular notch groove of the auxiliary gasket, and the port part of the sealing cover presses against the contact surfaces of the main gasket and the auxiliary gasket to form labyrinth seal under the action of the fastening bolt; a reserved grease injection structure communicated with the outside of the sealing cover is arranged in the sealing cover, and a polyurethane filler is injected into a cavity in the sealing cover through the reserved grease injection structure; the sealing cover is of a variable-thickness structure.
The sealing cover is provided with a ball shell part and an annular base, a thickening transition section is arranged between the ball shell part and the annular base, and an annular flange corresponding to the annular notch of the main gasket is arranged on the bottom surface of the annular base.
The reserved grease injection structure comprises a first grease injection hole and a second grease injection hole, the first grease injection hole penetrates through the front plate surface and the rear plate surface of the working anchor plate, the second grease injection hole is arranged in the anchor backing plate, the rear port of the second grease injection hole is in butt joint with the inner port of the first grease injection hole, and the front port of the second grease injection hole is located outside the sealing cover and is sealed by a sealing bolt arranged on the sealing cover.
The invention has the advantages that the main gasket and the auxiliary gasket which form labyrinth seal are arranged between the rear end surface of the anchor backing plate and the port of the seal cover, and a polyurethane filler is injected into the cavity in the seal cover to reserve a grease injection structure, so that the oil leakage prevention of the anchor surface anchoring system after the suspension bridge is anchored is reliably guaranteed; the sealing cover is of a variable-thickness structure, so that the pressure bearing capacity of the sealing cover is effectively improved; the main cable anchorage system has the advantages of reasonable structure and reliable sealing performance, and is convenient for maintenance and repair of the main cable anchorage system.

Detailed Description

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an anchor surface anchoring system after anchoring a main cable of an existing suspension bridge, the traditional anchor surface anchoring system comprises a sealing cover 3 and an oil leakage prevention gasket, the sealing cover 3 is fixedly installed on the rear end face of an anchor backing plate 1 through fastening bolts 7 arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction, a working anchor plate 2 is packaged in the sealing cover 3, the oil leakage prevention gasket is arranged between the rear end face of the anchor backing plate 1 and a port of the sealing cover 3, and the oil leakage prevention gasket has the defects of poor oil and grease leakage resistance and is troublesome for later maintenance. Moreover, the sealing cover 3 is generally in a cylindrical structure with the same thickness, and the pressure bearing capacity is poor.
Referring to fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5, the rear anchor surface anchoring system for the main cable anchorage of the suspension bridge comprises a sealing cover 3 and an oil leakage prevention gasket, wherein the sealing cover 3 is fixedly arranged on the rear end surface of an anchor backing plate 1 by fastening bolts 7 arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction, a working anchor plate 2 is arranged in the sealing cover 3, and the oil leakage prevention gasket is arranged between the rear end surface of the anchor backing plate 1 and a port of the sealing cover 3. The oil leakage preventing gasket comprises a main gasket 5 and an auxiliary gasket 6 which are concentrically arranged and have different elastic moduli, and the rear end surface of the anchor gasket 1 is provided with a corresponding main gasket annular notch 5a and an auxiliary gasket annular notch 6b, and the port part of the seal cover 3 presses the contact surfaces of the main gasket 5 and the auxiliary gasket 6 to form labyrinth seal under the action of a fastening bolt 7; a reserved grease injection structure communicated with the outside of the sealing cover 3 is arranged in the sealing cover 3, and a polyurethane filler 4 is injected into a cavity in the sealing cover 3 through the reserved filling structure.
According to the invention, the main gasket 5 and the auxiliary gasket 6 which form labyrinth seal are arranged between the rear end face of the anchor backing plate 1 and the port of the seal cover 3, and the reserved grease injection structure for injecting the polyurethane filler 4 into the cavity in the seal cover 3 is arranged, so that reliable guarantee is provided for oil leakage prevention of the anchor face anchoring system after the suspension bridge is anchored. The sealing cover 3 adopts a variable-thickness structure, and the pressure bearing capacity of the sealing cover is effectively improved. The rear anchor surface anchoring system is reasonable in structure and reliable in sealing performance, and maintenance and repair of the main cable anchorage anchoring system are facilitated.
Referring to fig. 6, the sealing cap 3 has a ball shell portion 3a and an annular base 3b, a thickened transition section 3c is arranged between the ball shell portion 3a and the annular base 3b, an annular flange 3d corresponding to the annular notch 5a of the main gasket is arranged on the bottom surface of the annular base 3b, and the annular flange bottom surface 3d is pressed against the main gasket 5, so that the main gasket is elastically deformed sufficiently, and the sealing effect is ensured.
Referring to fig. 4, the reserved grease injection structure includes a first grease injection hole 12a and a second grease injection hole 12b, the first grease injection hole 12a penetrates through the front and rear plate surfaces of the working anchor plate 2, the second grease injection hole 12b is arranged in the anchor backing plate 1, the rear port of the second grease injection hole 12b is in butt joint with the inner end of the first grease injection hole 12a, and the front port of the second grease injection hole 12b is located outside the sealing cover 3 and is sealed by a sealing bolt 10 mounted thereon.
The foregoing is illustrative of the principles of the suspension bridge main cable post anchor surface anchoring system of the present invention and is not intended to limit the invention to the exact construction and application shown and described, and accordingly, all modifications and equivalents thereof which may be resorted to are intended to fall within the scope of the invention.
Claims (3)
1.
