Description

Method for testing resistance of steel bar of railway ballastless track bed
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for measuring resistance, in particular to a method for testing the resistance of a steel bar of a railway ballastless track bed.
Background
Along with the improvement of the life quality of people, the number of people and the quantity of goods and materials to be transported are increased continuously when people go out by taking the train, and the same railway line can only adopt a method of increasing the speed of the train and increasing the number of trains in order to meet the increased transportation requirements. The problem thus posed is that the service life of the railway line is reduced, the number of times the line needs to be repaired is increasing, but the time available for repair is becoming shorter and shorter.
With the continuous development of railway technology and the advent of new building materials, ballastless tracks are beginning to be applied to railway lines.
The ballastless track bed is a track structure which adopts integral foundations such as concrete, asphalt mixture and the like to replace a loose gravel track bed, and is an advanced track technology in the world today. Compared with a ballast track bed, the ballastless track bed avoids splashing of ballast when a train runs at a high speed, the smoothness and the stability of a track are good, the track is not easy to expand, the service life is long (the durability is good), the maintenance work is less, the maintenance cost is low, the speed of the train can reach more than 350 kilometers, and therefore more and more ballastless tracks are used in a newly-built railway line.
Because the reinforcing mesh in the ballastless track bed plate is close to the steel rail, an electromagnetic field generated by the signal current of the track circuit in the steel rail around the steel rail generates an induced current in a closed loop of the reinforcing mesh of the track bed plate, so that the resistance R of the steel rail of the primary parameter of the track circuit is increased, the inductance L of the steel rail is reduced, and the transmission distance of the track circuit is shortened. In order to improve the transmission performance of a track circuit, reduce a closed loop below the track, reduce the influence degree of a ballastless track on the transmission of the track circuit to the maximum extent, and prolong the transmission distance of the track circuit, insulation treatment of a longitudinal and transverse steel bar intersection point is required to be carried out, namely, insulation card connection is adopted between steel bars in a ballastless track bed plate. During track construction, before pouring the concrete of the track bed plate, whether the resistance between the reinforcing steel bars of the track bed plate meets the design requirement needs to be detected in order to ensure the effectiveness of insulation treatment. When the device is used for measuring, every two reinforcing steel bars are connected into a group for detection, because more reinforcing steel bars are arranged on each plate, the frequency of detecting the connected reinforcing steel bars is increased, the manpower and material resources required by detection are increased, the time is long, and the construction efficiency of the ballastless track is seriously influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for testing the resistance of the reinforcing steel bar of the ballastless track bed of the railway, which is simple and efficient and is beneficial to field construction.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention can adopt the following technical scheme:
the method for testing the resistance of the reinforcing steel bar of the railway ballastless track bed comprises the following specific steps:
firstly, according to design requirements, after an upper layer steel bar frame, a lower layer steel bar frame and frame steel bars connecting the upper layer steel bar frame and the lower layer steel bar frame in a ballastless track bed plate are connected well by insulation cards, measuring iron wires are horizontally arranged in the upper layer steel bar frame and the lower layer steel bar frame in a penetrating mode respectively, the measuring iron wires are enabled to be attached to all longitudinal steel bars in the layer in a close fit mode respectively, and measuring ends are reserved;
secondly, connecting copper wires to two measuring end buttons of the direct current 500V megger respectively, connecting one copper wire with a probe with an insulating handle, and connecting the other copper wire with a measuring end of a measuring iron wire;
and thirdly, a tester shakes the handle of the megger to a rated rotating speed slowly and gradually, another tester holds the insulated handle by hand, the probe is respectively touched to each transverse steel bar and each erection steel bar of the upper-layer steel bar frame or the lower-layer steel bar frame to be tested, and the resistance value of the probe is recorded.
And re-binding or replacing the detected insulation cards on the steel bars with the resistance values smaller than the designed value, and then testing again to ensure that the connection of all the steel bars meets the design requirements.
When the measuring iron wire is penetrated, the measuring iron wire sequentially passes through and is tensioned from the upper part and the lower part of the adjacent longitudinal steel bar in a staggered manner.
The method has the advantages of being simple, beneficial to field construction, saving time for the construction of the ballastless track bed plate and improving the construction efficiency of the ballastless track. When the method is adopted for detection, all longitudinal steel bars of each layer of the steel bar frame are connected in parallel by using one measuring iron wire, and the resistance condition between each transverse steel bar and each vertical steel bar and the longitudinal steel bars can be detected by one-time connection, so that the original one-time detection of each longitudinal steel bar and each transverse steel bar and each vertical steel bar respectively in a grading way is avoided, the time for detecting the resistance between the steel bars is saved, the method and the steps for on-site detection are standardized, the construction quality of the railway ballastless track bed is greatly improved, the construction period is shortened, and the waste of manpower and material resources is reduced.
