本发明公开了一种高弹力涤纶纤维,所述涤纶纤维按重量份包括90‑95份涤纶切片、3‑5份活性炭、2‑3份弹性剂,所述涤纶切片是以对苯二甲酸和乙二醇为原料,并添加催化剂后采用直接酯化法而得;所述弹性剂按重量份包括30‑40份苯乙烯‑丁二烯嵌段共聚物弹性体、20‑30份丙烯腈‑丁二烯‑苯乙烯共聚物弹性体、5‑10份三元乙丙橡胶、10‑15份填料。本发明得到的高弹力涤纶纤维,其通过对涤纶切片进行适当的改性以提高纤维的手感,同时在涤纶切片的制备上采用新型的催化剂,从而提高聚酯的稳定性。

一种高弹力涤纶纤维及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纤维,特别是高弹力涤纶纤维。
背景技术
涤纶(PET)具有强度高、弹性好、耐光、耐化学腐蚀等优良特性,是各种合成纤维中产量最高、应用面最广的一种合成纤维,大量用于衣料、窗帘、幕布、床上用品、室内装饰及各种特殊材料。社会的快速发展对传统涤纶纤维的性能提出了许多新要求,涤纶的升级换代是目前发展的重要目标。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种高弹力涤纶纤维,以及该纤维的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所设计的一种高弹力涤纶纤维,所述涤纶纤维按重量份包括90-95份涤纶切片、3-5份活性炭、2-3份弹性剂,所述涤纶切片是以对苯二甲酸和乙二醇为原料,并添加催化剂后采用直接酯化法而得;所述弹性剂按重量份包括30-40份苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物弹性体、20-30份丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物弹性体、5-10份三元乙丙橡胶、10-15份填料。
所述催化剂是负载有TiO2或Sb2O3或CeO2的壳聚糖微球。
本发明中的涤纶纤维包括涤纶切片、活性炭和弹性剂,将涤纶切片与活性炭和弹性剂组合,能够提高涤纶纤维的弹性和强度,所述弹性剂中以苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物弹性体、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物弹性体为主体弹性体,并配合三元乙丙橡胶,从而使得多种弹性体能够共同发挥作用,最终提高整体的弹性,改善了涤纶纤维的手感。
本发明还公开了一种高弹力涤纶纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:制备涤纶切片,以对苯二甲酸和乙二醇为原料,并添加催化剂后采用直接酯化法而得涤纶切片;
第二步:制备弹性剂,首先将30-40份苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物弹性体、20-30份丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物弹性体、5-10份三元乙丙橡胶、10-15份填料混合均匀,加热反应30min,待冷却后研磨成粉即得弹性剂;
第三步:制备涤纶纤维,然后将90-95份涤纶切片、3-5份活性炭、2-3份弹性剂混合均匀加入到螺杆挤压机中进行高速纺丝,喷丝板为异形喷丝孔,熔体温度为270-290℃,连续纺丝速度为2000-5000米/min,最终得到高弹力涤纶纤维。
所述涤纶切片制备时的对苯二甲酸和乙二醇的质量比是1:1.5。
本发明得到的高弹力涤纶纤维,其通过对涤纶切片进行适当的改性以提高纤维的手感,同时在涤纶切片的制备上采用新型的催化剂,从而提高聚酯的稳定性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1:
本实施例提供的高弹力涤纶纤维,一种高弹力涤纶纤维,所述涤纶纤维按重量份包括92份涤纶切片、5份活性炭、3份弹性剂,所述涤纶切片是以对苯二甲酸和乙二醇为原料,并添加催化剂后采用直接酯化法而得;所述弹性剂按重量份包括30份苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物弹性体、20份丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物弹性体、50份三元乙丙橡胶、10份填料。
所述催化剂是负载有TiO2或Sb2O3或CeO2的壳聚糖微球。
上述高弹力涤纶纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:制备涤纶切片,以对苯二甲酸和乙二醇为原料,并添加催化剂后采用直接酯化法而得涤纶切片;
第二步:制备弹性剂,首先将30份苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物弹性体、20份丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物弹性体、50份三元乙丙橡胶、10份填料混合均匀,加热反应30min,待冷却后研磨成粉即得弹性剂;
第三步:制备涤纶纤维,然后将92份涤纶切片、5份活性炭、3份弹性剂混合均匀加入到螺杆挤压机中进行高速纺丝,喷丝板为异形喷丝孔,熔体温度为270-290℃,连续纺丝速度为2000-5000米/min,最终得到高弹力涤纶纤维。
所述涤纶切片制备时的对苯二甲酸和乙二醇的质量比是1:1.5。
对本实施例所得高弹力涤纶纤维,面料舒适环保,具有较高的弹性,经测试,该涤纶纤维在伸长率10%时的弹性回复率在100%。
实施例2:
本实施例所提供的高弹力涤纶纤维,原料和制备方法大致和实施例1相同,其主要区别在于所述涤纶纤维按重量份包括95份涤纶切片、5份活性炭、2份弹性剂,所述弹性剂按重量份包括40份苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物弹性体、30份丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物弹性体、10份三元乙丙橡胶、15份填料。
对本实施例所得高弹力涤纶纤维,面料舒适环保,具有较高的弹性,经测试,该涤纶纤维在伸长率10%时的弹性回复率在100% 。
实施例3:
本实施例所提供的高弹力涤纶纤维,原料和制备方法大致和实施例1相同,其主要区别在于所述涤纶纤维按重量份包括93份涤纶切片、5份活性炭、2份弹性剂;所述弹性剂按重量份包括35份苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物弹性体、25份丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物弹性体、8份三元乙丙橡胶、12份填料。
对本实施例所得高弹力涤纶纤维,面料舒适环保,具有较高的弹性,经测试,该涤纶纤维在伸长率10%时的弹性回复率在100%。

1.一种高弹力涤纶纤维,其特征在于:所述涤纶纤维按重量份包括90-95份涤纶切片、3-5份活性炭、2-3份弹性剂,所述涤纶切片是以对苯二甲酸和乙二醇为原料,并添加催化剂后采用直接酯化法而得;所述弹性剂按重量份包括30-40份苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物弹性体、20-30份丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物弹性体、5-10份三元乙丙橡胶、10-15份填料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高弹力涤纶纤维,其特征在于:所述催化剂是负载有TiO2或Sb2O3或CeO2的壳聚糖微球。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高弹力涤纶纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
第一步:制备涤纶切片,以对苯二甲酸和乙二醇为原料,并添加催化剂后采用直接酯化法而得涤纶切片;
第二步:制备弹性剂,首先将30-40份苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物弹性体、20-30份丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物弹性体、5-10份三元乙丙橡胶、10-15份填料混合均匀,加热反应30min,待冷却后研磨成粉即得弹性剂;
