The applicant finds that by adding a certain proportion of compounded oil and plant essential oil for mutual cooperation, the scrub facial soap which is mild, non-irritant, high in safety and strong in cleaning capacity is obtained. Wherein said olive oil has the effect of smoothing and tenderizing the skin and increasing its elasticity; but also can accelerate the metabolism of epidermal cells and keep the skin young for a longer time; flattening the skin micro-folds; the avocado oil supplements abundant protein and vitamins for skin, plays a role in nourishing and tendering skin, can accelerate the regeneration and metabolism of skin cells, can improve the activity of the skin cells, delays skin aging and reduces the generation of wrinkles.
Moreover, the applicant has found that the skin is damaged by using too much coconut oil, and the skin is not easy to foam and has poor cleaning capability by using too much palm oil. The weight ratio of the camellia oil, the olive oil, the avocado oil and the palm oil is (3-6): 1: 1: 1: (0-2), the synergistic effect can be well played, the better play function of each other is promoted, and the effect that 1+1 is greater than 2 is achieved. This is probably because: the active ingredients in the facial soap can increase the hydration of skin tissues and the fluidity of stratum corneum lipid ingredients, and meanwhile, the acting force between the substance tissues is weaker due to a certain proportion, so that the substance tissues are easier to absorb by the skin; moreover, the avocado oil can form a protective layer on the surface layer of the skin, so that the water loss is prevented, and the moisturizing function of the skin is effectively improved. The fatty acids with various carbon chain lengths cooperate to achieve good cleaning capability after saponification.
Alkali metal hydroxides
As a preferred embodiment, the alkali metal hydroxide is sodium hydroxide.
Mountain tea seed shell micro powder
The camellia seed hulls are also called camellia seeds, and contain tea saponin, camellia seed polysaccharide, camellia seed protein, lignin, cellulose and the like.
The cleaning and skin-care effects of the facial soap are further improved by adding the camellia seed shell micro powder. The reason may be that the camellia seed shells contain tea saponin, which is a natural nonionic surfactant and is a glycoside compound with good functions of emulsification, dispersion, foaming, wetting and the like; in addition, the tea saponin also has the functions of scavenging free radicals, inhibiting bacteria and calming; cellulose and lignin contained in the camellia seed shell micro powder are insoluble in water, and can form microsphere particles with smooth surfaces after being ground by a planetary ball mill, the surfaces of the microsphere particles are smooth, sharp edges and corners do not exist, mechanical damage to skin can not be caused, and skin aging cutin can be removed mildly through physical friction. Meanwhile, the cellulose in the camellia oil seed shell micro powder can absorb redundant oil in the skin, so that the effects of removing aged horny layer of the skin and cleaning the skin are achieved.
The preparation method of the camellia seed shell micro powder comprises the following steps: ball milling the camellia seed shells by using a ball mill for 2-8 hours at the rotation speed of 500-1200r/min to obtain the camellia seed shells.
Preferably, the preparation method of the camellia seed husk micropowder comprises the following steps: ball milling the camellia seed shells for 5-8 hours by using a ball mill at the rotating speed of 900r/min to obtain the camellia seed shells.
