The invention provides a rotating shaft locking mechanism which comprises a supporting sleeve, a power rod, a locking column, an elastic piece, a rotating shaft, a first locking disc and a second locking disc, wherein the supporting sleeve is fixedly connected with the power rod;
a power rod is arranged in the support sleeve and rotates along the support sleeve to enable the power rod to move relative to the support sleeve;
a blind hole is formed in one end face of the power rod, a locking hole is formed in the part, close to the outer side, in the blind hole, and the inner diameter of the locking hole gradually decreases along the direction towards the inside of the power rod;
the other end surface of the power rod is connected with a power unit, and the power unit drives the power rod to rotate;
the outer diameter of the locking column gradually decreases along the direction from one end of the locking column to the other end of the locking column;
the locking column is matched with the locking hole, the locking column is movably connected in the locking hole, an elastic piece is connected between the locking column and the bottom of the blind hole, and the elastic piece applies acting force which enables the locking column to be close to the bottom of the blind hole;

A power rod 2 is arranged in the support sleeve 1, and the power rod 2 rotates along the support sleeve 1 to enable the power rod 2 to move relative to the support sleeve 1. Support cover 1 and seted up screw hole 11, the side of power rod 2 is provided with external screw thread 21, and power rod 2 threaded connection is in screw hole 11. The power rod 2 rotates in the threaded hole 11 and moves the power rod 2 relative to the support sleeve 1.
A blind hole is formed in one end face of the power rod 2, the part, close to the outer side, in the blind hole is provided with a locking hole 22, and the part, close to the inner side, in the blind hole is provided with a tension spring assembling hole 23. The locking hole 22 has a gradually decreasing inner diameter in a direction towards the inside of the power rod 2.
The outer diameter of the locking cylinder 3 becomes gradually smaller in the direction from one end of the locking cylinder 3 to the other end.
The locking post 3 is matched with the locking hole 22, and the locking post 3 is movably connected in the locking hole 22. In this embodiment, the cavity of the locking hole 22 is frustum-shaped, and the contour of the locking column 3 is frustum-shaped. After the locking column 3 is attached to the locking hole 22, the locking column 3 and the locking hole 22 are locked. The taper of the frustum shape is set in the range of 1:15 to 1:6, which can realize the locking of the locking column 3 and the locking hole 22. Preferably, the taper of the frustum shape is set to be 1:8, the locking effect between the locking column 3 and the locking hole 22 is the best, and the locking column 3 and the locking hole 22 do not generate circumferential displacement.
An elastic part 4 is connected between the locking column 3 and the bottom of the blind hole. The elastic member 4 in this embodiment is provided as a tension spring, which is located in the tension spring fitting hole 23. The acting force which enables the locking column 3 to be close to the bottom of the blind hole is applied by the tension spring, after the locking column 3 is slightly separated from the locking hole 22, the tension spring pulls the locking column 3 towards the tension spring assembling hole 23, and the locking column 3 is completely separated from the locking hole 22.
The other end surface of the power rod 2 is connected with a power unit, and the power unit drives the power rod 2 to rotate. The power unit may be provided as a motor or the like. In this embodiment, the power unit is provided as the handle 7, which has a simple structure and a low cost. The other end surface of the power rod 2 is provided with a handle assembly hole 24, and the handle 7 is assembled on the assembly hole 24. The operator manually rotates the handle 7 to drive the power rod 2 to rotate.
One end of the locking column 3 is provided with a first locking disc 61, the rotating shaft 5 is provided with a second locking disc 62, and the first locking disc 61 and the second locking disc 62 are arranged oppositely. The end surface of the first locking disk 61 is provided with a plurality of first locking teeth 611, the plurality of first locking teeth 611 being arranged in the circumferential direction of the end surface of the first locking disk 61. The end surface of the second lock disk 62 is provided with a second lock tooth 621, the second lock tooth 621 being provided in plural, the plural second lock teeth 621 being arranged in the circumferential direction of the end surface of the second lock disk 62. After the first locking disk 61 contacts the second locking disk 62, the first locking tooth 611 engages with the second locking tooth 621.
The power rod 2 rotates along the support sleeve 1 in the forward direction, the first locking disk 61 contacts the second locking disk 62, and the first locking tooth 611 is meshed with the second locking tooth 621, so that the first locking disk 61 and the second locking disk 62 are locked. The power rod 2 is rotated in the opposite direction along the support sleeve 1 and disengaged from the second locking disc 62.
The operation process of the rotating shaft locking mechanism of the embodiment is as follows:
when the handle 7 is rotated in the forward direction, the power rod 2 rotates in the threaded hole 11 of the support sleeve 1, and the power rod 2 moves relative to the support sleeve 1 towards the rotating shaft 5. The first locking disk 61 at the tail end of the power rod 2 is contacted with the second locking disk 62 at the tail end of the rotating shaft 5, and the first locking disk 61 and the second locking disk 62 are locked. Meanwhile, the locking column 3 is attached to the locking hole 22, and the locking column 3 is locked with the locking hole 22. At this time, effective locking of the rotating shaft 5 is achieved.
When the handle 7 is rotated reversely, the power rod 2 rotates in the threaded hole 11 of the support sleeve 1, and the power rod 2 moves relative to the support sleeve 1 in a direction away from the rotating shaft 5. The first locking disk 61 at the end of the power lever 2 is disengaged from the second locking disk 62 at the end of the spindle 5. Meanwhile, after the locking post 3 is slightly separated from the locking hole 22, the tension spring pulls the locking post 3 towards the tension spring assembly hole 23, so that the locking post 3 is completely separated from the locking hole 22. At this time, unlocking of the rotating shaft 5 is achieved.
As shown in fig. 10, with reference to fig. 1 to 9, the present embodiment further provides a motor maintenance workbench, which includes an operation platform 91, a support base 8 and the rotating shaft locking mechanism of the present embodiment. The operation platform 91 is connected with the rotating shaft 5 through a connecting piece 92, and the rotating shaft 5 is rotatably connected with the supporting seat 8. After the operating platform 91 is adjusted to a set angle relative to the supporting seat 8, the rotating shaft 5 can be effectively locked by positively rotating the handle 7 through the rotating shaft locking mechanism in the embodiment, so that the operating platform 91 and the supporting seat 8 keep the set angle; if the angle between the operating platform 91 and the supporting seat 8 needs to be adjusted again, unlocking can be achieved by reversely rotating the handle 7.

the power rod rotates along the support sleeve in the reverse direction, and the first locking disc is separated from the second locking disc.
