Abstract

本发明提供一种托盘,包括本体。本体具有外缘面、中心孔、多个内切槽以及多个外切槽。中心孔穿设于本体的中央处,以构成间隔于外缘面的内缘面。多个内切槽成形于本体,且多个内切槽分别自内缘面朝外缘面延伸。多个外切槽成形于本体,且分别设置在多个内切槽之间,多个外切槽分别自外缘面朝中心孔延伸。其中,本体能够沿着多个内切槽与多个外切槽被拉伸,以使中心孔与内切槽所形成的空间变大并改变本体的面积。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种托盘,且尤其涉及一种可改变面积的托盘。
背景技术
现有的托盘通常安装或设置在产品上,而作为产品的缓冲与固定组件。托盘可采用塑料、金属或其它混合材料所制成,托盘通常是配合产品的特定外观而采用冲压成型。因此托盘只能适用在相对应的产品上,然而,现有的托盘是根据产品的尺寸与外型而订作,此造成材料的浪费。此外,不同规格的产品需订制对应的托盘,且不同的托盘的共用性并不佳,此造成产品成本的增加。
发明内容
本发明提供一种托盘,适用于产品的缓冲与固定,且具有改变面积的特性,可适用在不同规格的产品上。
本发明的一种托盘,包括本体。本体具有外缘面、中心孔、多个内切槽以及多个外切槽。中心孔穿设于本体的中央处,以构成间隔于外缘面的内缘面。多个内切槽成形于本体,且多个内切槽分别自内缘面朝外缘面延伸。多个外切槽成形于本体,且分别设置在多个内切槽之间,多个外切槽分别自外缘面朝中心孔延伸。其中,本体能够沿着多个内切槽与多个外切槽被拉伸,以使中心孔与内切槽所形成的空间变大并改变本体的面积。
基于上述,本发明的托盘适用于产品的缓冲保护与固定,由于托盘本体上成形有多个内切槽与多个外切槽,使用者可通过外力相对展开内切槽与外切槽,进而改变本体的面积以适用在不同规格的产品上。

具体实施方式
图1A为本发明一实施例的托盘标示径向施力的密合状态示意图。图1B为图1A的托盘的展开状态示意图。图1C为图1B的托盘适用在产品上的示意图。
参考图1A至图1C,本实施例的托盘100包括本体110,且所述本体110例如为柔性材料(如硅胶、塑料或其它类似的材料),以利于变形。当本体110配置在产品上时,可通过柔软特性以达到缓冲保护及固定的目的。本体110包括外缘面OS、中心孔CH、多个内切槽IG以及多个外切槽OG。
中心孔CH,穿设于本体110的中央处C且贯穿本体110的上下两侧面、且中心孔CH的内侧构成间隔于外缘面OS的内缘面IS。此外,中心孔CH例如是通过冲压或钻孔加工而形成。
多个内切槽IG成形于本体110,多个内切槽IG分别自内缘面IS朝外缘面OS延伸。详细而言,多个内切槽IG在本体110上形成多条呈直线延伸的缝隙且贯穿内缘面IS以连通中心孔CH,即多个内切槽IG是沿着本体110的径向R朝外缘面OS辐射延伸。
多个外切槽OG成形于本体110,且分别设置在多个内切槽IG之间,多个外切槽OG分别自外缘面OS朝中心孔CH延伸。详细而言,多个外切槽OG在本体110上形成多条呈直线延伸的缝隙且贯穿外缘面OS,即多个外切槽OG是沿着本体110的径向R朝内缘面IS辐射延伸。
本实施例的本体110采用柔性材料,使得本体110能够沿着多个内切槽IG与多个外切槽OG被拉伸,以改变本体110的面积。
进一步而言,多个内切槽IG与多个外切槽OG皆为等角设置,且各内切槽IG与各外切槽OG呈现为交错间隔设置,而利于通过外力使内切槽IG与外切槽OG同时展开或同时密合。
于本实施例中,本体110还包括多个第一变形孔O1及多个第二变形孔O2。各第一变形孔O1贯穿设置在各内切槽IG远离中心孔CH的端部。各第二变形孔O2贯穿设置在各外切槽OG靠近中心孔CH的端部。进一步而言,通过各第一变形孔O1与各第二变形孔O2设置,使本体110的各内切槽IG与各外切槽OG可任意变形而不会造成本体110的损坏,简言之,第一变形孔O1与第二变形孔O2可提升本体110的变形承受度。
请参考图1A至图1C,以下说明托盘100如何应用于产品200A,其中产品200A具有圆盘210A及设置在圆盘上的圆柱体220A。
本体110在密合状态(见图1A)下呈现为圆形外观,使各内切槽IG与各外切槽OG的缝隙微小。施加沿径向R朝外辐射分布的多个外力F1在本体110,当本体110沿着各外切槽OG被拉伸时,本体110的外缘面OS的外径D1增加。当本体110沿着各内切槽IG被拉伸时,本体110的内缘面IS的内径D2增加,即中心孔CH与内切槽IG所形成的空间变大并扩大本体110的圆面积。因此,本体110增加内径D2后的内缘面IS可用以套设在产品200A的圆柱体220A外围。另外本体110的外缘面OS的外径D1大于或等于圆盘210A的直径,而完全覆盖于圆盘210A上,以达到缓冲保护的功效。
图2A为图1A的托盘标示水平施力的密合状态示意图。图2B为图2A的托盘的展开状态示意图。图2C为图2B的托盘适用在产品上的示意图。
请参考图2A至图2C,以下说明托盘100如何应用于产品200B,其中产品200B为四边形的块状结构。本体110在密合状态(见图2A)下呈现为圆形外观,使各内切槽IG与各外切槽OG的缝隙微小。当施加沿径向R朝外分布的两水平外力F2在本体110时,本体110沿着对向设置的其中两外切槽OG被拉伸以形成两平行短边L1,且本体110沿着其它的外切槽OG未被拉伸而形成两平行长边L2,使本体110呈现为矩形外观,并带动本体110沿着各个内切槽IG被拉伸,而构成多个呈四边形的容纳空间AS。如此可将产品200B对应放置在各容纳空间AS中,以达到缓冲保护的功效。
以下将列举其他实施例以作说明。在此必须说明的是,下述实施例沿用前述实施例的组件标号与部分内容,其中采用相同的标号来表示相同或近似的组件,并且省略了相同技术内容的说明。关于省略部分的说明可参考前述实施例,下述实施例不再重复赘述。
图3A及图3B为本发明另一实施例的托盘于密合状态及展开状态下,适用在不同尺寸产品的示意图。
本实施例的托盘100A与前述实施例的托盘100大致相同,差异在于:本实施例的本体110A上具有多个卡合孔FH,贯穿于本体110A的上下两侧面,且分别配置在各内切槽IG与各外切槽OG之间。
进一步而言,本实施例的托盘100A适用于不同尺寸的产品200C,其中产品200C具有一圆盘210C及多个圆柱体220C。
参考图3A,本体110A在密合状态(见图3A)下呈现为圆形外观且适用于尺寸较小的产品200C,使各内切槽IG与各外切槽OG的缝隙微小。将本体110A的多个卡合孔FH分别对应容纳多个圆柱体220C,并以本体110A覆盖圆盘210C。
参考图3B,本体110A在展开状态(见图3B)下呈现为放大圆形外观且适用于尺寸较大的产品200C。使本体110A沿着各外切槽OG被拉伸,以增加外缘面OS的外径,且本体110A沿着各内切槽IG被拉伸,以增加内缘面IS的内径,进而扩大本体110A的圆面积,使多个卡合孔FH改变位置以对应容纳产品200C的多个圆柱体220C,同时以本体110A覆盖圆盘210C。
基于上述,本发明的托盘适用于产品的缓冲保护与固定,由于托盘本体上成形有多个内切槽与多个外切槽,使用者可通过外力相对展开内切槽与外切槽,进而改变本体的面积大小与外形(圆形、矩形)以适用在不同形状、尺寸的产品上。进一步而言,本发明可变形的托盘可依据产品的规格而改变外形与面积,具有共用性佳的特性,可达到节省制作成本的目的。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种托盘,其特征在于,包括:
本体,具有:
外缘面;
中心孔,穿设于所述本体的中央处,以构成间隔于所述外缘面的内缘面;
多个内切槽,成形于所述本体,且所述多个内切槽分别自所述内缘面朝外缘面延伸;以及
多个外切槽,成形于所述本体且分别设置在所述多个内切槽之间,所述多个外切槽分别自所述外缘面朝所述中心孔延伸,
其中,所述本体能够沿着所述多个内切槽与所述多个外切槽被拉伸,以使所述中心孔与所述多个内切槽所形成的空间变大并改变所述本体的面积,
其中,所述本体沿着对向设置的其中两所述外切槽被拉伸以形成两平行短边,且所述本体沿着其它的所述外切槽未被拉伸而形成两平行长边,使所述本体呈现为矩形,并带动所述本体沿着所述多个内切槽被拉伸而构成多个容纳空间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于,当所述本体沿着各所述外切槽被拉伸时,所述本体的外径增加,当所述本体沿着各所述内切槽被拉伸时,所述本体的内径增加。
3.根据权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述多个内切槽与所述多个外切槽呈现为交错间隔设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述本体还具有多个第一变形孔,各所述第一变形孔贯穿设置在各所述内切槽远离所述中心孔的端部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述本体还具有多个第二变形孔,各所述第二变形孔贯穿设置在各所述外切槽靠近所述中心孔的端部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述多个内切槽沿着所述本体的径向朝所述外缘面辐射延伸。
7.根据权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述多个外切槽沿着所述本体的径向朝所述中心孔辐射延伸。
8.根据权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述本体还具有多个卡合孔,分别配置在各所述内切槽与各所述外切槽之间。
9.根据权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述本体为柔性材料。
