The invention provides a flame cleaning positioning fixture, which comprises a fixture body, wherein a positioning groove for positioning a workpiece is arranged on the upper surface of the fixture body, a flame clearance groove is formed in the bottom of the positioning groove along the circumferential direction of the inner side wall of the positioning groove in a sinking manner, the flame clearance groove is used for allowing flame to overflow from the positioning groove, and a positioning support part is arranged around the flame clearance groove. The flame cleaning positioning fixture can limit the workpiece in the positioning groove and is supported on the positioning supporting part, when the front side of the workpiece is cleaned by spraying flame from the upper part of the workpiece, the flame avoiding groove is arranged in the positioning groove in a sinking way along the circumferential direction of the inner side wall of the positioning groove, so that the sprayed flame can directly penetrate into the flame avoiding groove from a gap between the workpiece and the inner side wall of the positioning groove, the flame is prevented from penetrating into the positioning supporting part, the flame is prevented from being reflected to the back side of a product, the single side of the workpiece is ensured to be heated, and the back side of the workpiece is prevented from being damaged.

Background
The flame cleaning technique is a method of cleaning the surface of a workpiece by spraying flame. When the surface of a workpiece is subjected to flame cleaning, the workpiece needs to be positioned so as to be cleaned by spraying flame to the workpiece. The existing positioning fixture for flame cleaning only has a groove with a bottom surface being a concave plane, a workpiece is positioned in the groove, when flame is sprayed from the upper part of the workpiece to clean the front surface of the workpiece, the flame can permeate into the bottom surface of the groove from a gap between the workpiece and the fixture, because the workpiece is supported on the bottom surface of the groove, the flame can be directly reflected to the back surface of the workpiece through the bottom surface of the groove, the back surface of the workpiece is damaged, and the flame type cleaning technology has certain strength to spray the flame, and the strength can blow a product to influence the quality of flame cleaning.
Therefore, there is a need for a flame cleaning positioning fixture that prevents the flame from reflecting to the reverse side of the workpiece.

Detailed Description
In order to explain technical contents and structural features of the present invention in detail, the following description is made with reference to the embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the flame cleaning positioning fixture 100 of the present invention includes a fixture body 1, a positioning groove 11 for positioning a workpiece 200 is disposed on an upper surface of the fixture body 1, a flame clearance groove 12 is disposed at a bottom of the positioning groove 11 along a circumferential direction of an inner sidewall thereof in a downward sinking manner, the flame clearance groove 12 is used for allowing flame to overflow from the positioning groove 11, and a positioning support portion 13 is disposed around the flame clearance groove 12. Specifically, the flame clearance groove 12 is of an annular structure, the flame clearance groove 12 is located below the positioning groove 11, and the flame clearance groove 12 is communicated with the positioning groove 11; as shown in fig. 4, the positioning groove 11, the flame clearance groove 12 and the positioning support portion 13 form a positioning unit, and the fixture body 1 is provided with a plurality of positioning units arranged at intervals, so that a plurality of workpieces 200 can be positioned and cleaned. The workpiece 200 is placed in the positioning groove 11, the inner side wall of the positioning groove 11 is used for limiting the workpiece 200, the positioning supporting part 13 supports the workpiece 200, when the front of the workpiece 200 is cleaned by spraying flame from the upper part of the workpiece 200, because the positioning groove 11 is provided with a flame clearance groove 12 along the circumferential direction of the inner side wall of the positioning groove 11 in a sinking manner, the sprayed flame can directly permeate into the flame clearance groove 12 from the gap between the workpiece 200 and the inner side wall of the positioning groove 11, the flame is prevented from permeating into the positioning supporting part 13, the flame is prevented from being reflected to the back of a product, and the single side of the workpiece 200 is ensured to be on fire.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the side wall of the clamp body 1 is provided with a flame overflow port 14 communicated with the flame clearance groove 12. By arranging the flame overflow port 14, the flame permeating into the flame clearance groove 12 can overflow from the flame overflow port 14, so that the reverse side of the workpiece 200 is further protected, and the reverse side of the workpiece 200 is prevented from being damaged. In this embodiment, the flame overflow port 14 is a notch formed in the side wall of the fixture body 1, the notch is located at the upper portion of the fixture body 1, and the flame overflow port 14 is directly communicated with the positioning groove 11, so that the flame overflow port 14 not only allows the flame of the positioning groove 11 and the flame clearance groove 12 to overflow, but also facilitates a worker to take and place the workpiece 200 in the positioning groove 11. But not limited to this, for example, the flame overflow port 14 may be a through hole of the sidewall of the fixture body 1, and the flame overflow port 14 is directly communicated with the flame clearance groove 12 only.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the flame cleaning positioning fixture 100 of the present invention further includes a vacuum generating device 2, the positioning support portion 13 is provided with an air suction hole 131, the lower surface of the fixture body 1 is provided with a socket 15, the socket 15 and the air suction hole 131 are communicated with the interior of the fixture body 1, and the vacuum generating device 2 is communicated with the socket 15 and is used for vacuumizing the socket 15. The vacuum generating device 2 may communicate with the socket 15 through an air tube. The vacuum generating device 2 vacuumizes the air suction holes 131 through the socket 15, so as to adsorb the workpiece 200 positioned in the positioning groove 11 and stably position the workpiece 200 in the positioning groove 11, thereby preventing the pneumatic force of the jet flame from blowing the workpiece 200 and ensuring the quality of flame cleaning. In this embodiment, the number of the air suction holes 131 is at least two, and each air suction hole 131 is respectively communicated with the socket 15; specifically, three air suction holes 131 are provided for each positioning support portion 13, but not limited thereto, two or four air suction holes are provided for each positioning support portion 13, and so on. Of course, in other embodiments, one suction hole 131 is provided for each positioning support 13.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the flame cleaning positioning fixture 100 of the present invention further includes a base 3, an opening is formed above the base 3, the fixture body 1 is disposed above the base 3 and closes the opening, an accommodating space 31 is defined by the fixture body 1 and the base 3, and the vacuum generator 2 is disposed in the accommodating space 31. The side wall of the base 3 is provided with an air pipe joint 4, and the air pipe joint 4 is connected with the vacuum generating device 2 and used for supplying air to the vacuum generating device 2; specifically, the air pipe joint 4 may be connected to the vacuum generating device 2 through an air pipe, and the air pipe joint 4 is connected to an external air source, thereby supplying air to the vacuum generating device 2. The side wall of the base 3 is provided with a control switch 5, the control switch 5 is electrically connected with the vacuum generating device 2, and the vacuum generating device 2 is started or stopped by turning on or off the control switch 5. The work of the vacuum generating device 2 is controlled by the control switch 5, a flame cleaning device (not shown) can be electrically connected with the control switch 5, and the flame cleaning device sprays flame from the upper part of the workpiece 200, so that the front surface of the workpiece 200 is cleaned; by turning on the control switch 5, the vacuum generating device 2 and the flame cleaning device (not shown) are simultaneously started, i.e. the vacuum pumping function and the instrument function are simultaneously started, so as to prevent the vacuum generating device 2 from being started in a leakage way.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the flame cleaning positioning fixture 100 of the present invention has the following working principle:
the workpiece 200 is placed in the positioning groove 11, the inner side wall of the positioning groove 11 is used for limiting the workpiece 200, and the positioning support part 13 supports the workpiece 200; the control switch 5 is turned on, the vacuum generating device 2 vacuumizes the air suction holes 131 through the socket 15, so that the workpiece 200 positioned in the positioning groove 11 can be firmly adsorbed to position the workpiece 200; the flame cleaning device sprays flame to the front surface of the workpiece 200 from above the positioning jig to clean the workpiece 200.
In summary, the flame cleaning positioning fixture 100 of the present invention can position the workpiece 200 in the positioning groove 11 and support the workpiece 200 on the positioning support 13, when the flame is sprayed from above the workpiece 200 to clean the front surface of the workpiece 200, since the positioning groove 11 is provided with a flame clearance groove 12 along the inner sidewall of the positioning groove 11 in a circumferential direction in a sinking manner, the sprayed flame can directly penetrate into the flame clearance groove 12 from the gap between the workpiece 200 and the inner sidewall of the positioning groove 11, so as to prevent the flame from penetrating into the positioning support 13, thereby preventing the flame from reflecting to the back surface of the product, ensuring that the single surface of the workpiece 200 is burned, and preventing the back surface of the workpiece 200 from being damaged.

2. The flame cleaning positioning fixture of claim 1, wherein the sidewall of the fixture body is provided with a flame overflow outlet communicated with the flame clearance groove.

10. The flame cleaning positioning fixture of claim 9, wherein the control switch is further electrically connected to the flame cleaning device, and the vacuum generating device and the flame cleaning device are simultaneously activated by turning on the control switch.
