The invention relates to a drop-fixing device of an automatic glue dispenser, wherein the automatic glue dispenser comprises a glue inlet pipeline and a needle head, and the drop-fixing device comprises: the electromagnetic valve is arranged to control the rubber inlet channel to feed and discharge rubber; the time relay is set to control the dispensing time and the dispensing delay time of the needle head, and the dispensing delay time is less than the curing time of the glue; and the control unit sends signals to the electromagnetic valve and the time relay to control the electromagnetic valve and the time relay to work. In view of the above, there is a need to develop a drop-fixing device of an automatic dispenser to solve the problem that the residual glue on the needle head is solidified to block the needle head.

During dispensing, the needle head is used for dispensing along the track of the product needing dispensing, after dispensing is finished, dispensing is stopped, and the needle head returns to the original position. The control unit 300 controls the time relay 200 to time the dispensing stopping time of the needle head until the dispensing delay time is reached, and the control unit 300 controls the electromagnetic valve 100 to control the needle head to drip glue downwards, so that the glue on the needle head is automatically discharged before being solidified, and the needle head is prevented from being blocked.
