The two adjacent paint spray chambers 2 are provided with a short drying chamber 8 in a clamping way, and the difference between the short drying chamber 8 and the drying chamber 4 is that: the latter adopts the hot steam generated by the boiler system to be introduced into the pipeline to heat the indoor air, thereby achieving the purpose of heating and drying the spray paint coating on the surface of the workpiece, and the former adopts the mode of heating the indoor air by heating the resistance wire to heat and dry the spray paint coating on the surface of the workpiece. Heating pipelines 81 are respectively arranged on the side wall and the bottom wall in the short drying chamber 8, and the heating pipelines 81 are heated by adopting the same principle as an electric heating warmer, so that the aim of primarily heating and drying after each paint spraying link is fulfilled.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of the paint spraying and drying operation, the transition drying chamber 3 is disposed at the middle position of the circulating line body between the feeding line body 1-1 and the return line body 1-2, the transition drying chamber 3 is disposed opposite to the loading and unloading station 5, and two arc segments 12 of the feeding line body 1 are respectively disposed corresponding to the loading and unloading station 5 and the drying chamber 4, that is, the two arc segments 12 of the feeding line body 1 respectively pass through the loading and unloading station 5 and the drying chamber 4. Drying chamber 4 and transition drying chamber 3 heating power intercommunication, the hot-air after drying chamber 4 heats can get into to transition drying chamber 3 and heat promptly, on make full use of thermal basis, has realized preheating and has dried and finally heat stoving matched with multistage stoving mode, is favorable to improving the stoving operating efficiency after the work piece sprays paint. The transition drying chamber 3 is also connected with an air filtering system 9, and the air filtering system 9 comprises a centrifugal fan, a plasma waste gas purification device, a photo-oxygen catalysis waste gas treatment device and a clean gas discharge pipe which are connected by pipelines so as to filter and remove coating particles, other impurities and even polluted gas doped in hot air, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing air pollution.
The invention is further illustrated below with reference to specific principles:
an operator or a robot finishes the feeding operation of the workpieces at the upper and lower feeding stations 5, the power driving assembly 16 drives the conveying chain 15 to move along the conveying track 14, and drives the workpieces to sequentially pass through the paint spraying chamber 2, the short drying chamber 8, the transition drying chamber 3 and the drying chamber 4, and finally the workpieces are re-operated to the upper and lower feeding stations 5, and the operator or the robot finishes the feeding operation of the workpieces at the upper and lower feeding stations 5, so that the circulating operation of paint spraying and drying of the workpieces is finished.
The embodiments of the present invention are preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited by these embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the invention are covered by the protection scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A paint spraying circulation line is characterized in that: comprises a paint spraying chamber (2), a drying chamber (4) and a conveying line body (1) for conveying workpieces; the conveying line body (1) is arranged as a circulating line body, the conveying line body (1) conveys workpieces to sequentially pass through the spray booth (2) and the drying chamber (4), the circulating line body comprises a feeding line body (1-1) and a material returning line body (1-2) which are continuous and opposite in conveying direction, and the feeding line body (1-1) and the material returning line body (1-2) respectively convey the workpieces to pass through the spray booth (2) and the drying chamber (4); and a feeding and discharging station (5) is arranged at the middle position of the circulating line body between the feeding line body (1-1) and the returning line body (1-2).

A paint circulating line according to claim 1, wherein: absorption equipment for absorbing dissipated paint spraying coatings is arranged in the paint spraying chamber (2), and the absorption equipment comprises a water circulation absorption device (6) and an air circulation auxiliary device (7) matched with the water circulation absorption device; the water circulation absorption device (6) comprises a retaining wall (61) arranged opposite to the paint spraying direction, a water curtain is formed on one side of the retaining wall (61) opposite to the paint spraying direction, a water tank (62) is arranged at the bottom of the retaining wall (61), a water outlet seam (63) is arranged at the top of the retaining wall (61), and a circulating pump (64) is connected between the water tank (62) and the water outlet seam (63); the air circulation auxiliary device (7) is including air supply fan (71) and negative pressure positive blower (72), air supply fan (71) is towards negative pressure positive blower (72) air supply, negative pressure positive blower (72) extraction air supply of air supply fan (71), and the direction of spraying paint by air supply fan (71) is towards negative pressure positive blower (72).

A paint circulating line according to claim 2, wherein: set up in spray booth (2) and be formed with induced draft hole (73), negative pressure air fan (72) are via induced draft hole (73) extraction air supply, just induced draft hole (73) department is provided with sponge and shelters from cloth (74).

A paint circulating line according to claim 2, wherein: paint spray booth (2) are provided with paint spraying platform (21), paint spraying platform (21) are used for bearing the operating personnel of spraying paint or the robot that sprays paint, paint spraying platform (21) are connected with its first drive assembly (22) of direction motion along being close to or keeping away from the work piece of drive, just paint spraying platform (21) and first drive assembly (22) are connected with second drive assembly (23) of its whole motion along the direction of height of drive.
5. A paint circulating line according to claim 4, wherein: the paint spraying platform (21) is provided with a stepped paint spraying step platform (25).

A paint circulating line according to claim 1, wherein: paint spray booth (2) interval sets up, and is adjacent press from both sides between paint spray booth (2) and be equipped with short drying chamber (8), the lateral wall and the diapire of short drying chamber (8) all are provided with heating line (81).

A paint circulating line according to claim 1 or 6, wherein: the circulating line body is provided with a transition drying chamber (3) at the middle position between the feeding line body (1-1) and the return line body (1-2), the transition drying chamber (3) is arranged opposite to the feeding and discharging station (5), the transition drying chamber (3) is in thermal communication with the drying chamber (4), and the transition drying chamber (3) is connected with an air filtering system (9).

A paint circulating line according to claim 1, wherein: the conveying line body (1) is including conveying support (13), conveying track (14) are erected on conveying support (13), the relative both sides face of conveying track (14) is all seted up and is formed with mounting groove (141), rolling installation has conveying roller (18) in mounting groove (141), conveying roller (18) are connected with conveying chain (15), and the work piece is hung and is located on conveying chain (15), just conveying chain (15) are connected with its drive assembly (16) along conveying track (14) motion of drive.

A paint circulating line according to claim 8, wherein: it has coupling assembling (17) to hang between transport chain (15) and the work piece, coupling assembling (17) are including transport couple (171) that are connected with transport chain (15), it has connection chain (174) to hang on transport couple (171), and the work piece is hung and is located on connection chain (174).
10. A paint circulating line according to claim 9, wherein: the conveying hook (171) is hung with a first hook (172) and a second hook (173), the connecting chain (174) is hung between the first hook (172) and the second hook (173), and the workpiece is hung on the second hook (173).
