Abstract
The invention provides a fluoroprotein foam fire extinguishing agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the fluoroprotein foam fire extinguishing agent comprises 95-98% of a protein hydrolysate concentrated solution, 0.5-1.5% of an environment-friendly fluorocarbon surfactant, 0.6-1.2% of a foam stabilizer and 0.5-1% of a preservative in percentage by weight. The product has good degradability and does not cause pollution to the environment. In a fire extinguishing test of the water-insoluble liquid fuel, the foam of the fluoroprotein foam extinguishing agent provided by the invention has extremely strong stability and covering performance.

Technical Field

Background
The protein type foam fire-extinguishing agent is prepared by using hydrolyzed concentrated solution of animal protein or plant protein as base material and adding proper amount of stabilizing, antiseptic and antifreezing agent and other additives. The protein type foam extinguishing agent belongs to a mainstream foam product in the market of foam extinguishing agents in China due to the excellent performances of high reliability, low price, good biodegradability and the like. The protein type foam extinguishing agent is mainly divided into two categories of protein foam extinguishing agent and fluorine protein foam extinguishing agent.
The fluorine protein foam fire extinguishing agent is prepared by adding fluorocarbon and other types of surfactants into protein foam stock solution serving as a main component. The invention provides a fluoroprotein foam fire extinguishing agent which comprises 95-98% of a protein hydrolysate concentrated solution, 0.5-1.5% of an environment-friendly fluorocarbon surfactant, 0.6-1.2% of a foam stabilizer and 0.5-1% of a preservative in percentage by weight.
In a preferred embodiment, the hydrolyzed protein concentrate comprises an animal protein; the environment-friendly fluorocarbon surfactant comprises fluorine-containing polymers; the foam stabilizer comprises ferrous sulfate; the preservative comprises phenol.
The environment-friendly fluorocarbon surfactant in the fluoroprotein foam extinguishing agent provided by the invention is an anionic or nonionic fluorocarbon surfactant. The environment-friendly fluorocarbon surfactant is fluorine-containing polymer without PFOA and PFOS. The environment-friendly fluorocarbon surfactant is prepared by an oligomerization method.

the fire extinguishing agent comprises 96.8 percent of hydrolyzed protein concentrated solution (95 percent of hydrolyzed animal protein concentrated solution), 0.9 percent of environment-friendly fluorocarbon surfactant, 0.8 percent of foam stabilizer and 0.6 percent of preservative by weight percentage; firstly, adding a proper amount of water into an environment-friendly fluorocarbon surfactant, a foam stabilizer and a preservative to mix to form a component A; mixing the component A and the hydrolyzed protein concentrated solution, transferring the mixture into a stirring tank, fully stirring to form reaction liquid, adjusting the pH value of the reaction liquid to 6.9-7.2, controlling the temperature to be about 40 +/-3 ℃, standing and defoaming to obtain the fluorine protein foam extinguishing agent.
Example three:
the fire extinguishing agent comprises 98 percent of hydrolyzed protein concentrated solution, 1.5 percent of environment-friendly fluorocarbon surfactant, 1.2 percent of foam stabilizer and 1 percent of preservative by weight percentage; firstly, mixing an environment-friendly fluorocarbon surfactant, a foam stabilizer and a preservative with a proper amount of water to form a component A, then mixing the component A with a protein hydrolysate concentrated solution, transferring the mixture into a stirring tank, fully stirring to form a reaction solution, adjusting the pH value of the reaction solution to be 6.9-7.3, controlling the temperature to be about 40 +/-3 ℃, standing and defoaming to prepare the fluorine protein foam extinguishing agent.
FIG. 1 shows the results of testing SFE-FP3% products prepared according to the compositions and preparation methods of the present invention.
As shown in figure 1, all indexes of the fluoroprotein foam extinguishing agent disclosed by the invention meet the requirements of reference standards (BS EN1568-3:2008 foam extinguishing agent-third chapter: water-insoluble low-multiple foam extinguishing agent rule). The performance of the fluorine protein foam extinguishing agent provided by the invention is more advantageous than that of a commercially available fluorine protein foam extinguishing agent executing the GB15308-2006 foam extinguishing agent standard, and the phenomenon of foam oil is greatly improved in a strong discharge fire extinguishing test, so that deflagration of fire behavior can not be caused when a burning resistance test is carried out.
Specifically, the fluoroprotein foam extinguishing agent provided by the invention has the advantages that:
firstly, the main component of the fluoroprotein foam extinguishing agent provided by the invention is the hydrolyzed protein concentrated solution, so that the product has good degradability and can be automatically biodegraded in a short time. Experiments prove that the fluoroprotein foam extinguishing agent disclosed by the invention is particularly suitable for preventing and extinguishing water-insoluble solvent fire.
In addition, the invention also discloses a method for preparing the fluoroprotein foam extinguishing agent, which comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing the environment-friendly fluorocarbon surfactant with the hydrolyzed protein concentrated solution to form a component A;

3. The fluoroprotein foam fire extinguishing agent as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the fire extinguishing agent comprises 95% of hydrolyzed protein concentrate, 0.5% of environmentally friendly fluorocarbon surfactant, 0.6% of foam stabilizer and 0.5% of preservative.
4. The fluoroprotein foam fire extinguishing agent as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the fire extinguishing agent comprises 96.8% of hydrolyzed protein concentrate, 0.9% of environmentally friendly fluorocarbon surfactant, 0.8% of foam stabilizer and 0.6% of preservative.
5. The fluoroprotein foam fire extinguishing agent as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the fire extinguishing agent comprises 98% of hydrolyzed protein concentrate, 1.5% of environmentally friendly fluorocarbon surfactant, 1.2% of foam stabilizer and 1% of preservative.
6. The fluoroprotein foam fire extinguishing agent of claim 1, wherein the environmentally friendly fluorocarbon surfactant is an anionic or non-ionic fluorocarbon surfactant.
7. The fluoroprotein foam fire extinguishing agent of claim 1 wherein the environmentally friendly fluorocarbon surfactant is produced by an oligomerization process.
8. The fluoroprotein foam fire extinguishing agent as claimed in any of claims 1 to 7, wherein the fluoroprotein foam fire extinguishing agent is suitable for prevention and suppression of water-insoluble solvent fire.
