Abstract
The invention discloses a steam cooking device with a detachable built-in evaporator, which comprises an inner container, an inner heating tube and an evaporator, wherein the inner container is provided with a heating tube; the inner heating tube is arranged at the top of the inner container, the evaporator is of a box body structure with an open top, a plurality of steam nozzles are evenly arranged around the evaporator, and the opening of the evaporator is arranged at the top of the inner container around the inner heating tube in a detachable mode. According to the invention, the top opening of the detachable evaporator is arranged on the inner container around the inner heating pipe, so that the inner heating pipe is positioned in the evaporator, and the inner heating pipe of the steam cooking device is utilized to heat water in the evaporator to generate steam; simultaneously, a plurality of steam nozzles are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the evaporator, so that steam can be uniformly dispersed into the inner container of the steam cooking device, the uniformity of a temperature field during cooking is ensured, the cooking time is shortened, and the food taste is improved.

Technical Field

As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in order to shorten the cooking time, the cooking device further includes an outer heat-generating tube 4, the outer heat-generating tube 4 is disposed at the inner top of the inner container 1 and is located at the front side of the inner heat-generating tube 2, that is, the outer heat-generating tube 4 and the inner heat-generating tube 2 are both located at the inner top of the inner container 1, and the outer heat-generating tube 4 is closer to an opening door of the steam cooking device, and is used for reheating the steam sprayed from the steam nozzle 31 to increase the steam temperature.
