weighing semen cassiae, mulberry leaves, mulberries, chrysanthemum and momordica grosvenori according to parts by weight, mixing, crushing, adding purified water with the volume being 3-4 times that of the mixture, boiling with strong fire, extracting for 3-4 hours with slow fire, separating residues and liquids, collecting filtrate, and clarifying to obtain modified liquid;
selecting, removing pedicels, cleaning, deactivating enzymes and steaming fresh aronia melanocarpa to obtain steamed aronia melanocarpa;
step three, starting a motor (13) of the mixing and blending device, putting the steamed fresh aronia melanocarpa into a second square cylinder (17), starting a valve connected with a spray pipe (31), spraying the modified liquid from spray holes of the spray pipe (31), driving a shearing plate (23) by a driving shaft lever (1602) to shear the steamed fresh aronia melanocarpa, and mixing the cut fresh aronia melanocarpa with the sprayed modified liquid in the shearing process to obtain a mixture;
