Abstract
本申请实施例公开了一种通信方法、网络设备和终端设备,该方法包括:第一网络节点接收处于非激活态的终端设备发送的无线资源控制RRC连接恢复请求,所述RRC连接恢复请求包括指示信息,所述指示信息用于指示是否更改所述终端设备的锚网络节点;其中,所述第一网络节点是当前为所述终端设备服务的网络节点,第二网络节点为所述终端设备的锚网络节点,所述第一网络节点上不保存所述终端设备的上下文信息,所述第二网络节点上保存所述终端设备的上下文信息;所述第一网络节点根据所述指示信息,确定是否更改所述终端设备的锚网络节点。
