2) Sealing mechanism 12 installation
a. Firstly, two sealing doors 51 with the sizes matched with the sizes of the taking and placing openings 4 are manufactured according to the sizes of the taking and placing openings 4, the inner side and the outer side of each sealing door 51 are polished, the taking and placing openings 4 can be sealed through the sealing doors 51, and dust is prevented from entering the box body 1 when the cache device works;

c. then, a guide groove 13 is formed in the outer side surface of the box body 1, the guide groove 13 is positioned above one of the taking and placing openings 4, then a corresponding pushing block 49 and an upright rod 50 are manufactured according to the size of the guide groove 13, the pushing block 49 is inserted into the guide groove 13, the end part of the inner side of the pushing block 49 is fixedly connected with a boosting ring 48 through the upright rod 50, the pushing block 49 is limited in an annular groove, and the boosting ring 48 drives two sealing doors 51 to be synchronously opened or closed by moving the pushing block 49 along the guide groove 13, so that the structure of the sealing mechanism 12 is simplified;
the sealing mechanism 12 is convenient and quick to install, use and operate, and can play a role in sealing when the caching device works, so that dust is prevented from entering the caching device.

b. then, a positioning hole 43 is formed in the center of the top surface of the rotating column 35, a third air cylinder 45 with a third piston rod 46 is uniformly installed along the outer side surface of the rotating column 35, the processed rotating column 35 is installed on the top surface of the fixed column 34, the center of the bottom surface of the rotating column 35 is connected with the motor 39 through the gear set 40, the third piston rod 46 is driven to move through the third air cylinder 45, the lifting column 36 can be driven to move up and down, and the height of the disc 14 can be adjusted;
c. then, a positioning column 42 matched with the positioning hole 43 is arranged at the center of the bottom surface of the lifting column 36, a limiting column 37 is arranged along the top surface of the lifting column 36, a cantilever 44 is uniformly arranged along the outer side surface of the lifting column 36, the processed lifting column 36 is arranged on the top surface of the rotating column 35, the top end of a third piston rod 46 is fixedly connected with the cantilever 44, the positioning column 42 is inserted into the positioning hole 43, the connection stability and reliability between the lifting column 36 and the rotating column 35 are improved, and meanwhile, the connection strength between the lifting column 36 and the disc 14 is improved;
d. finally, the processed disc 14 is arranged on the top surface of the lifting column 36 to be fixed, and the whole driving mechanism is arranged in a concave hole of the box body 1;
6) cache device operation
a. Firstly, a buffer 20 is placed in a corresponding box body 19, the box body 19 is placed on a horizontal plate 7, the box body 19 is adsorbed on a first boosting block 10 through a sucking disc 11, the box body 19 provided with the buffer 20 is fed into the box body 1 through a taking and placing opening 4 through a first air cylinder 9, a lifting mechanism works to drive a lifting block 23 to move upwards and drive a guide block 18 on a clamping mechanism to be opened, so that the box body 19 is placed between two clamping blocks 31, the sucking disc 11 is separated from the box body 19, the box body 19 is supported through a supporting plate 32, the box body 19 provided with the buffer 20 can conveniently enter and exit the taking and placing opening 4, and automatic operation is realized;

The installation steps of the cache device are simple and convenient, the synchronous automatic installation and disassembly of the plurality of caches 20 can be met, the installation precision is improved, the service life of the cache device can be prolonged, dust is prevented from entering the cache device, and the safety is improved.
