Abstract
The invention discloses a novel intelligent lithium dot structure and a control method thereof. The novel intelligent lithium point structure comprises a main control module, a wireless communication module, an information input/output module, a sensor module, an external expansion interface unit and a power module. In the novel intelligent lithium point system control method, the main control module is connected with a preset intelligent relay gateway through the wireless communication module, and performs data interaction with the intelligent relay gateway through the wireless communication module. The novel intelligent lithium point system and the control method thereof can be connected with different sensors, collect different information and upload the information to the intelligent repeater gateway, can also receive the control information of the intelligent repeater gateway and execute corresponding control output, have rich interfaces, are configured according to needs, are plug and play and are very convenient.

the peripheral expansion interface unit is electrically connected with the main control module, performs data interaction with an external terminal according to the instruction of the main control module, and is used for connecting external charging equipment.

the storage module is electrically connected with the power supply module and is powered by the power supply module;

The power module is electrically connected with the wireless communication module, the information input/output module, the sensor module, the identification module and the peripheral expansion interface unit respectively and provides electric energy.
The wireless communication module is electrically connected with the main control module and performs data interaction with external communication equipment according to the instruction of the main control module. In this embodiment, the wireless communication module may specifically include a WLAN module and an LPWAN module. The WLAN module establishes a communication network with an external preset intelligent relay gateway under the control of the main control module and realizes data interaction; or, performing data interaction with an external smart phone or a WLAN terminal. The WLAN module can be a WIFI module, can also be a Bluetooth module, or a ZigBee module. The LPWAN module is also controlled by the main control module to establish a communication network with an external preset intelligent relay gateway and realize data interaction. That is, the peripheral expansion interface unit can be connected with an external power supply, so as to obtain electric energy and perform charging management; or the peripheral interfaces applied in different industries, such as various types of USB interfaces, or RS232 interfaces, or RS485 interfaces, or CAN bus interfaces, or Ethernet interfaces; and the system can also be connected with sensors in different industries so as to exchange data with external terminals of various types through the interfaces of various types.
The novel intelligent lithium point system can be connected with different sensors, collects different information and uploads the information to the intelligent repeater gateway, can also receive control information of the intelligent repeater gateway and execute corresponding control output, and is rich in interfaces, configured as required, plug-and-play and very convenient.
The novel intelligent lithium dot structure further comprises a storage module. The storage module is electrically connected with the power supply module and is powered by the power supply module; the storage module is electrically connected with the main control module and reads or writes data according to the instruction of the main control module.
In addition, the novel intelligent lithium dot structure further comprises an identification module, and the identification module can be a bar code and an electronic tag for marking the current lithium dot system. The identification module is electrically connected with the main control module, and the main control module reads the identification information in the identification module and can send the identification information to the intelligent repeater gateway through the wireless communication module.
