Abstract
本发明实施例涉及一种高密闭性线路导输设备,包括密封圈和绝缘板,所述绝缘板安装于真空箱上,所述绝缘板的一侧套接有密封圈,所述绝缘板的侧面开设有安装孔,所述安装孔的数量为六个,所述绝缘板的另一侧面固定装配有与通孔配合使用的接线柱密封圈,相邻所述安装孔和接线柱密封圈的内壁贯穿有接线柱,所述绝缘板的四角均螺接有组合螺丝。将绝缘板安装在真空箱上,通过密封圈和接线柱密封圈的配合,密封圈对绝缘板与真空箱之间进行密封,接线柱密封圈对接线柱与绝缘板之间进行密封,根据使用真空箱时的使用需求,可以通过接线柱实现箱体内外导线导输,增强真空箱在使用的过程时的密闭性,结构简单,实用性能强。

技术领域
本发明实施例涉及线路导输设备,尤其涉及一种高密闭性线路导输设备。
背景技术
真空箱,用于粉体、胶体等含气量较高物体的脱气,具有脱气速率快、自动化程度高等特点的机器设备。该设备由带式输送机、真空罩、真空泵、气动升降系统、自动检测及控制系统等部分构成,适用于电子、电气产品,如半导体,电子、电气元器件、晶片、化工原料、冶金粉末等的真空储藏,具有防潮、防氧化变色等功能,现有的真空箱在使用的过程中在线路接入导出时会影响到真空箱的密闭性,导致实用性能差。
发明内容
鉴于此,为解决上述技术问题或部分技术问题,本发明实施例提供一种高密闭性线路导输设备
本发明实施例提供一种高密闭性线路导输设备,包括密封圈和绝缘板,所述绝缘板安装于真空箱上,所述绝缘板的一侧套接有密封圈,所述绝缘板的侧面开设有安装孔,所述安装孔的数量为六个,所述绝缘板的另一侧面固定装配有与通孔配合使用的接线柱密封圈,相邻所述安装孔和接线柱密封圈的内壁贯穿有接线柱,所述绝缘板的四角均螺接有组合螺丝。
可选的,所述绝缘板为两个尺寸不同的圆柱结构组成,其中,尺寸最大的所述圆柱朝外。
可选的,所述安装孔分为两组且每组安装孔的数量为三个,位于内侧三个所述安装孔的孔径小于位于外侧三个所述安装孔的孔径。
可选的,所述接线柱为两个直径不同的杆组成。
可选的,所述绝缘板的厚度与真空箱箱壁厚度相同。
本发明实施例提供的一种高密闭性线路导输设备,通过组合螺丝对绝缘板的固定,将绝缘板安装在真空箱上,通过密封圈和接线柱密封圈的配合,密封圈对绝缘板与真空箱之间进行密封,接线柱密封圈对接线柱与绝缘板之间进行密封,根据使用真空箱时的使用需求,可以通过接线柱实现箱体内外导线导输,增强真空箱在使用的过程时的密闭性,结构简单,实用性能强。

请参阅图1和图2,本发明提供的技术方案:一种高密闭性线路导输设备,包括密封圈1和绝缘板2,绝缘板2安装于真空箱上,绝缘板2的一侧套接有密封圈1,绝缘板2的侧面开设有安装孔,安装孔的数量为六个,绝缘板2的另一侧面固定装配有与通孔配合使用的接线柱密封圈3,相邻安装孔和接线柱密封圈3的内壁贯穿有接线柱4,绝缘板2的四角均螺接有组合螺丝5。
在本发明实施例的可选实施方式中,绝缘板2为两个尺寸不同的圆柱结构组成,其中,尺寸最大的所述圆柱朝外。
在本发明实施例的可选实施方式中,安装孔分为两组且每组安装孔的数量为三个,位于内侧三个安装孔的孔径小于位于外侧三个安装孔的孔径。
在本发明实施例的可选实施方式中,接线柱4为两个直径不同的杆组成。
在本发明实施例的可选实施方式中,绝缘板2的厚度与真空箱箱壁厚度相同。
绝缘板2为尺寸不同的双圆柱结构,总厚度与真空箱箱体壁同厚,大圆柱面朝箱体外,四周分布四个螺孔小圆柱面朝箱体里,真空箱上与绝缘板2配合使用的贯穿孔,靠近箱体内侧的孔径小于靠近外侧的孔径,此时密封圈1贴合到箱体上,进行密封,使用时,箱体形状与绝缘板2一致的贯穿孔,采用组合螺丝5将绝缘板2安装在箱体上,并通过密封圈1密封,接线柱4及绝缘板2上的安装孔布置螺纹,并用接线柱密封圈3密封,根据使用需要,可通过接线柱4实现箱体内外导线导输。

1.一种高密闭性线路导输设备,其特征在于,包括:密封圈(1)和绝缘板(2),所述绝缘板(2)安装于真空箱上,所述绝缘板(2)的一侧套接有密封圈(1),所述绝缘板(2)的侧面开设有安装孔,所述安装孔的数量为六个,所述绝缘板(2)的另一侧面固定装配有与通孔配合使用的接线柱密封圈(3),相邻所述安装孔和接线柱密封圈(3)的内壁贯穿有接线柱(4),所述绝缘板(2)的四角均螺接有组合螺丝(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高密闭性线路导输设备,其特征在于,所述绝缘板(2)为两个尺寸不同的圆柱结构组成,其中,尺寸最大的所述圆柱朝外。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高密闭性线路导输设备,其特征在于,所述安装孔分为两组且每组安装孔的数量为三个,位于内侧三个所述安装孔的孔径小于位于外侧三个所述安装孔的孔径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高密闭性线路导输设备,其特征在于,所述接线柱(4)为两个直径不同的杆组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高密闭性线路导输设备,其特征在于,所述绝缘板(2)的厚度与真空箱箱壁厚度相同。
