本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示面板及显示终端。
背景技术
有机电致发光二极管(organic light emitting diode,OLED)是一种自发光的显示技术,具有视角宽、对比度高、功耗低和色彩鲜艳等优点。由于这些优势,有源有机电致发光二极管(active matrix organic light emitting diode, AMOLED)在显示行业所占的比重正在逐渐增加。
随着显示面板使用时间延长,显示面板内薄膜晶体管的电性会发生漂移,因此通常会在像素驱动电路设计中引入各种补偿方案。在驱动薄膜晶体管阈值电压外部补偿过程中,通常需要侦测驱动薄膜晶体管源极的电压,为了保证该行像素不会影响面板的显示,会对每个子像素的电源低压信号设计独立的信号走线,从而在侦测过程中,会将当前行子像素对应的电源低压信号的电压抬高,使得有机发光二极管阴极电位比阳极电位高,从而不发光,作为暗线处理。虽然这种设计可以做到对驱动薄膜晶体管阈值电压的补偿,但为每个子像素配置独立的电源低压信号走线不仅会增加像素驱动电路的复杂程度,也会增加制程的难度,同时,该行子像素作为暗线处理还会影响显示面板的显示效果。
综上所述,现有显示面板存在子像素驱动电路进行阈值电压侦测时该行子像素作为暗线处理影响显示面板显示效果的问题。故,有必要提供一种显示面板及显示终端来改善这一缺陷。
发明内容

本揭示实施例提供一种显示面板,包括衬底基板、设置于所述衬底基板上并且阵列排布的多个子像素和连接所述子像素的数据信号线,所述子像素包括子像素驱动电路和发光器件,所述子像素驱动电路包括数据信号输入单元、存储单元、驱动单元、侦测单元、第一发光控制单元和第二发光控制单元;
所述数据信号输入单元接入数据信号和第一控制信号,并与所述驱动单元耦接于第一节点;
所述驱动单元接入电源高压信号,并与所述第一发光控制单元和所述侦测单元耦接于第二节点;
所述第一发光控制单元接入第一发光控制信号,并与所述发光器件和所述第二发光控制单元耦接于第三节点;以及
所述第二发光控制单元接入第二发光控制信号,并与连接于同一数据信号线上的相邻一行子像素的子像素驱动电路的节点电性连接。

根据本揭示一实施例,所述侦测单元包括第三薄膜晶体管,所述显示面板还包括外部侦测单元,所述第三薄膜晶体管的栅极接入所述第二控制信号,所述第三薄膜晶体管的第一端与所述第二节点电性连接,所述第三薄膜晶体管的第二端与所述外部侦测单元连接。
根据本揭示一实施例,所述外部侦测单元包括侦测信号线、初始化电路和侦测电路,侦测信号线与所述初始化电路和侦测电路耦接于第四节点,所述初始化电路接入初始化控制信号,所述侦测电路接入扫描信号。
根据本揭示一实施例,在所述复位阶段,所述初始化控制 信号为高电位,所述扫描信号为低电位;
在所述阈值电压存储阶段,所述初始化控制 信号为高电位,直至进入插黑区域后转变为低电位,所述扫描信号为低电位;以及
在所述探测阶段,所述初始化控制 信号为低电位,所述扫描信号由低电位转变为高电位。
本揭示实施例还提供一种显示终端,包括如上述的显示面板。
本揭示实施例的有益效果:本揭示实施例在显示面板子像素驱动电路中的发光器件与第二节点之间增设第一发光控制单元,在对第二节点的电位进行侦测时,通过第一发光控制信号控制第一发光控制单元关闭,使得发光器件不会因为第二节点电位抬升而异常发光,因此无需为每个子像素驱动电路设置单独的电源低压信号走线,同时又在第三节点与连接于同一数据信号线上的相邻一行子像素的子像素驱动电路的节点之间增设第二发光控制单元,使当前行的发光器件与相邻一行子像素的发光器件并联,在对第二节点的电位进行侦测时,当前行的发光器件发出与相邻行发光器件相同亮度的光,无需将当前行子像素做暗线处理,消除暗线的影响,并提升显示面板的显示效果。

具体实施方式
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图示,用以例示本揭示可用以实施的特定实施例。本揭示所提到的方向用语,例如[上]、[下]、[前]、[后]、[左]、[右]、 [内]、[外]、[侧面]等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本揭示,而非用以限制本揭示。在图中,结构相似的单元是用以相同标号表示。
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本揭示做进一步的说明:
本揭示实施例提供一种显示面板,下面结合图1至图3进行详细说明。如图1所示,图1为本揭示实施例提供的显示面板100的平面结构示意图,所述显示面板包括衬底基板11、设置于所述衬底基板11上并且阵列排布的多个子像素12、设置于所述阵列排布的多个子像素12外围的GOA电路单元14,所述GOA电路单元包括级联设置的多级GOA电路,每一级GOA电路通过扫描信号线14与对应的一行子像素12连接,用于提供扫描信号,同时所述GOA电路单元一端又通过走线与位于显示面板100一侧的覆晶薄膜16连接。所述显示面板100还包括多条数据信号线13,每一条所述数据信号线13与对应的一列所述子像素12连接,用于提供数据信号Data,数据信号线13的另一端同样与覆晶薄膜16连接。
所述子像素12包括子像素驱动电路和发光器件,如图2所示,图2为本揭示实施例提供的子像素驱动电路的架构示意图。所述子像素驱动电路包括数据信号输入单元121、存储单元122、驱动单元123、侦测单元124、第一发光控制单元125和第二发光控制单元126。所述数据信号输入单元接入数据信号 Data,并与所述驱动单元123和所述存储单元耦接于第一节点G,所述驱动单元123接入电源高压信号VDD,并与所述存储单元122、侦测单元124和第一发光控制单元125耦接于第二节点S,每一列所述子像素驱动电路的所述侦测单元124均连接同一个所述显示面板100的外部侦测单元17,所述第一发光控制单元125接入第一发光控制信号EM,并与所述发光器件127和所述第二发光控制单元126耦接于第三节点A,所述第二发光控制单元126接入第二发光控制信号XEM,并与连接于同一数据信号线13上的相邻一行子像素12的子像素驱动电路的节点A1电性连接。
本揭示实施例以所述显示面板100上第一行和第二行排布的子像素为例,进行举例说明。如图3所示,图3为本揭示实施例提供的子像素驱动电路的结构示意图,位于第一行的子像素驱动电路中,第一发光控制单元125包括第一薄膜晶体管T11,所述第一薄膜晶体管T11的栅极接入第一行的第一发光控制信号EM,所述第一薄膜晶体管T11的第一端与所述第二节点S电性连接,第二端与所述第三节点A电性连接。所述第二发光控制单元126包括第二薄膜晶体管T12,所述第二薄膜晶体管T12的栅极接入第二发光控制信号XEM,所述第二薄膜晶体管T12的第一端与所述第三节点A电性接,第二端与连接于同一数据信号线13上的相邻一行子像素的子像素驱动电路的节点A1电性连接,使得相邻两行子像素12的发光器件127并联。
如图3所示,所述数据信号输入单元121包括第五薄膜晶体管T15,所述第五薄膜晶体管T15的栅极接入第一控制信号WR,所述第五薄膜晶体管T15 的第一端接入数据信号Data,第二端与第一节点G电性连接。所述驱动单元 123包括第四薄膜晶体管T14,所述第四薄膜晶体管T14为驱动薄膜晶体管,所述第四薄膜晶体管T14的栅极与第一节点G电性连接,所述第四薄膜晶体管 T14的第一端接入电源高压信号VDD,第二端与第二节点S电性连接。所述存储单元122包括存储电容C,所述存储电容C的两端分别与第一节点G和第二节点S电性连接。所述侦测单元123包括第三薄膜晶体管T13,所述第三薄膜晶体管T13的栅极接入第二控制信号RD,所述第三薄膜晶体管的第一端与第二节点S电性连接,第二端与外部侦测单元17连接。
所述外部侦测单元17包括侦测信号线Sensing、初始化电路171和侦测电路172,所述侦测信号线Sensing与初始化电路171和侦测电路172耦接于第四节点B,所述初始化电路171接入一参考电压信号Vref,包括第一开关管SW1,所述侦测电路172包括一模数转换器ADC和第二开光管SW2,所述第一开关管SW1接入初始化控制信号Spre,所述第二开关管SW2接入扫描信号Scan。
如图3所示,第二行子像素驱动电路的结构与第一行子像素驱动电路的结构相同,第二行子像素驱动电路的第五薄膜晶体管T25的栅极接入当前行的第一控制信号WR1,第一端接入数据信号Data1,第二端与第四薄膜晶体管T24 的栅极以及存储电容C1的第一端耦接于第一节点G1,第四薄膜晶体管T24的第一端接入电源高压信号VDD,第二端与第三薄膜晶体管T23的第一端、存储电容C1的第二端以及第一薄膜晶体管T21的第一端耦接于第二节点S1,第三薄膜晶体管T23的栅极接入第二控制信号RD1,第二端与侦测信号线Sensing 连接,第一薄膜晶体管T21的栅极接入第一发光控制信号EM1,第二端与发光器件127以及第二薄膜晶体管T22的第一端耦接于第三节点A1,第二薄膜晶体管T22的栅极接入第二发光控制信号XEM1,第二端与位于下一行子像素驱动电路的节点(图中未示出)电性连接。
在本揭示实施例中,所述第一发光控制信号EM和所述第二发光控制信号 XEM的电位相反。
具体地,如图4所示,图4位本揭示实施例提供的子像素驱动电路的时序图,所述子像素驱动电路的时序包括复位阶段t1、阈值电压存储阶段t2和探测阶段t3,所述子像素驱动电路的时序还包括插黑区域Blanking,所述插黑区域 Blanking位于子像素驱动电路的时序的相邻两帧之间,并且,所述插黑区域 Blanking与所述阈值电压存储阶段t2部分重叠,所述探测阶段t3位于所述插黑区域Blanking内。
以图3所示第一行和第二行子像素驱动电路为例,在当前1帧(1Frame) 第一行子像素结束发光,进入所述复位阶段t1,第一行子像素的第一发光控制信号EM由高电位转变为低电位,第二发光控制信号XEM由低电位转变为高电位,第一控制信号WR、第二控制信号RD和初始化控制信号Spre均由低电位转变为高电位,对应的第一薄膜晶体管T11关断,第二薄膜晶体管T12、第三薄膜晶体管T13、第五薄膜晶体管T15和第一开关管SW1均导通,数据信号 Data通过第五薄膜晶体管T15向第一节点G输入一初始电位,所述初始化电路向所述第二节点S输入一参考电压信号Vref,从而将所述第一节点G和所述第二节点S的电位进行复位。
在所述阈值电压存储阶段t2,第一控制信号WR保持高电位,第二控制信号RD由高电位转变为低电位,对应的第五薄膜晶体管T15保持导通状态,第三薄膜晶体管T13关断,数据信号Data通过所述第五薄膜晶体管T15对第一节点进行充电,电源高压信号VDD通过第四薄膜晶体管T14对第二节点S进行充电,使第二节点S的电位不断上升,直到第一节点G的电位VG与第二节点的电位VS的电位之差为第四薄膜晶体管T14的阈值电压Vth,此时像素驱动电路的时序进入插黑区域Blanking,第四薄膜晶体管T14的阈值电压Vth被存储至存储电容C内。在此阶段内,所述显示面板100内其余行子像素12的子像素驱动电路内,数据信号Data可以保持正常写入。
在所述阈值电压存储阶段t2内,由于第一发光控制信号EM为低电位,第二发光控制信号XEM保持高电位,使得第一薄膜晶体管T11关断,第二薄膜晶体管T12导通,发光器件127不会因为第二节点S电位的抬升而异常发光。位于第二行的子像素驱动电路中,第一发光控制信号EM1此时为高电位,第二行子像素驱动电路的第一薄膜晶体管T21导通,发光器件127发光,而位于第一行子像素的第二薄膜晶体管T12此时也导通,使得第一行子像素的发光器件 127与第二行子像素的发光器件127并联,两者发出相同亮度的光,从而无需将当前行结束显示的子像素作为暗线处理,不仅能够提升显示面板100的显示效果,同时也无需单独设置电源低压信号VSS的信号走线,使得电源低压信号走线可以保持整面设计,优化子像素驱动电路结构的同时,还可以减少相应的生产制程,提高生产效率。
在所述阈值电压存储阶段t2内,初始化控制信号Spre保持高电位,直至同一数据信号线13全部行子像素驱动电路的全部信号写入完成,即进入插黑区域Blanking,此时初始化控制信号Spre转变为低电位。
在所述探测阶段,第一行子像素驱动电路的所述第一控制信号WR、第二控制信号RD、第二发光控制信号XEM以及扫描信号Scan均为高电位,第一发光控制信号EM和初始化控制信号Spre为低电位,对应的第一薄膜晶体管 T11关断,第二薄膜晶体管T12、第三薄膜晶体管T13和第五薄膜晶体管T15 均导通,第一开关管SW1关断,第二开关管SW2导通,侦测电路上的模数转换器ADC通过第三薄膜晶体管T13侦测第二节点S的电位,并计算得到当前行第四薄膜晶体管T14的阈值电压Vth,完成对驱动单元123的第四薄膜晶体管T14的阈值电压Vth的探测。进入下一帧后,第一控制信号WR和第二控制信号RD转变为高电位,对应的第五薄膜晶体管T15和第三薄膜晶体管T13导通,通过外部补偿提升数据信号Data的电位,进而在数据信号Data通过第五薄膜晶体管T5输入至第一节点G,提高第一节点G的电位,提高流经第二节点S的电流,实现第一行子像素驱动电路内部电流补偿,从而抵消第四薄膜晶体管T14阈值电压Vth的影响,保证发光器件127发光亮度的均一化。
在本揭示实施例中,所述发光器件127为有机发光二极管(organic lightemitting diode,OLED),子像素驱动电路所采用的驱动方式为主动矩阵驱动方式。当然,在一些实施例中,所述发光器件127也可以是微发光二极管(micro light emitting diode,Micro LED),可以取得与本揭示实施例相同的技术效果,此处不做限制。
本揭示实施例的有益效果:本揭示实施例在显示面板子像素驱动电路中的发光器件与第二节点之间增设第一发光控制单元,在对第二节点的电位进行侦测时,通过第一发光控制信号控制第一发光控制单元关闭,使得发光器件不会因为第二节点电位抬升而异常发光,因此无需为每个子像素驱动电路设置单独的电源低压信号走线,同时又在节点与连接于同一数据信号线上的相邻一行子像素的子像素驱动电路的第三节点之间增设第二发光控制单元,使当前行的发光器件与相邻一行子像素的发光器件并联,在对第二节点的电位进行侦测时,当前行的发光器件发出与相邻行发光器件相同的光,无需将当前行子像素做暗线处理,消除了暗线的影响,并提升显示面板的显示效果。
本揭示实施例还提供一种显示终端,包括如上述实施例所提供的显示面板,并且能够实现与上述实施例提供的显示面板相同的技术效果,此处不再赘述。
综上所述,虽然本揭示以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本揭示,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本揭示的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本揭示的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为基准。

Claims (9)

1.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括衬底基板、设置于所述衬底基板上并且阵列排布的多个子像素和连接所述子像素的数据信号线,所述子像素包括子像素驱动电路和发光器件,所述子像素驱动电路包括数据信号输入单元、存储单元、驱动单元、侦测单元、第一发光控制单元和第二发光控制单元;
所述数据信号输入单元接入数据信号和第一控制信号,并与所述驱动单元耦接于第一节点;
所述驱动单元接入电源高压信号,并与所述第一发光控制单元和所述侦测单元耦接于第二节点;
所述第一发光控制单元接入第一发光控制信号,并与所述发光器件和所述第二发光控制单元耦接于第三节点;以及
所述第二发光控制单元接入第二发光控制信号,并与连接于同一数据信号线上的相邻一行子像素的子像素驱动电路的第三节点电性连接;
同一所述子像素对应的所述第一发光控制信号和所述第二发光控制信号的电位相反,对当前行所述子像素的所述子像素驱动电路进行侦测的过程中,在当前行所述子像素对应的所述第二发光控制信号为高电位时,相邻一行所述子像素对应的所述第一发光控制信号也为高电位。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述第一发光控制单元包括第一薄膜晶体管,所述第一薄膜晶体管的栅极接入所述第一发光控制信号,所述第一薄膜晶体管的第一端与所述第二节点电性连接,所述第一薄膜晶体管的第二端与所述第三节点电性连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述第二发光控制单元包括第二薄膜晶体管,所述第二薄膜晶体管的栅极接入第二发光控制信号,所述第二薄膜晶体管的第一端与所述第三节点电性连接,所述第二薄膜晶体管的第二端与连接于同一数据信号线上的相邻一行子像素的子像素驱动电路的节点电性连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述子像素驱动电路的时序包括复位阶段、阈值电压存储阶段和探测阶段,所述子像素驱动电路的时序还包括插黑区域,所述插黑区域与所述阈值电压存储阶段部分重叠,所述探测阶段位于所述插黑区域内。
5.如权利要求4所述的显示面板,其特征在于,侦测单元接入第二控制信号,在所述复位阶段,所述第一控制信号、所述第二控制信号和所述第二发光控制信号均为高电位,所述第一发光控制信号为低电位;
在所述阈值电压存储阶段,所述第一控制信号和所述第二发光控制信号均为高电位,所述第二控制信号为低电位,直至进入插黑区域后转变为高电位;以及
在所述探测阶段,所述第一控制信号、所述第二控制信号和所述第二发光控制信号均为高电位。
6.如权利要求5所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述侦测单元包括第三薄膜晶体管,所述显示面板还包括外部侦测单元,所述第三薄膜晶体管的栅极接入所述第二控制信号,所述第三薄膜晶体管的第一端与所述第二节点电性连接,所述第三薄膜晶体管的第二端与所述外部侦测单元连接。
7.如权利要求6所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述外部侦测单元包括侦测信号线、初始化电路和侦测电路,侦测信号线与所述初始化电路和侦测电路耦接于第四节点,所述初始化电路接入初始化控制信号,所述侦测电路接入扫描信号。
8.如权利要求7所述的显示面板,其特征在于,在所述复位阶段,所述初始化控制信号为高电位,所述扫描信号为低电位;
在所述阈值电压存储阶段,所述初始化控制信号为高电位,直至进入插黑区域后转变为低电位,所述扫描信号为低电位;以及
在所述探测阶段,所述初始化控制信号为低电位,所述扫描信号由低电位转变为高电位。
9.一种显示终端,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至8任一项所述的显示面板。
