after judging whether the departure license plate number of the vehicle is consistent with the registered license plate number of the vehicle user in the system or not, if the departure license plate number of the vehicle is consistent with the registered license plate number of the vehicle user in the system, the departure license plate number of the vehicle is consistent with the registered license plate number of the vehicle user in the system
Pushing the selected entrance license plate number meeting preset similar conditions with the exit license plate number to an intelligent terminal of the vehicle user, and selecting the entrance license plate number by the vehicle user;
and inquiring vehicle admission records according to the admission license plate number selected by the vehicle user, and forming a charging result by combining the departure time.

pushing the screened admission license plate number to an intelligent terminal of the vehicle user, and selecting the admission license plate number by the vehicle user;

when the obtaining of the entrance license plate number of the vehicle fails or the entrance license plate number is inconsistent with the departure license plate number, inquiring entrance information of all vehicles from a parking management platform, screening the entrance license plate number and related entrance records meeting preset similar conditions with the departure license plate number, and judging whether a vehicle user is a system registration user or not;
when the vehicle user is a system registered user, judging whether the number plate of the vehicle on the departure is consistent with the registered number plate of the vehicle user in the system;
if the departure license plate number of the vehicle is consistent with the registered license plate number of the vehicle user in the system, pushing the screened departure license plate number meeting the preset similar conditions with the departure license plate number to an intelligent terminal of the vehicle user, and selecting the departure license plate number by the vehicle user;
and inquiring vehicle admission records according to the admission license plate number selected by the vehicle user, and forming a charging result by combining the departure time.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining whether the vehicle user is a registered user of the system is further followed by:
when the vehicle user is a system unregistered user, pushing the selected admission license plate number meeting preset similar conditions with the departure license plate number to an intelligent terminal of the vehicle user, and selecting the admission license plate number by the vehicle user;
and inquiring vehicle admission records according to the admission license plate number selected by the vehicle user, and forming a charging result by combining the departure time.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises:
when a charging result cannot be formed, the departure license plate number is pushed to an intelligent terminal of the vehicle user, and the vehicle user corrects and confirms the departure license plate number;
and inquiring the vehicle entry record according to the departure license plate number corrected and confirmed by the vehicle user, and forming a charging result by combining the departure time.
4. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the step of inquiring the vehicle admission record according to the modified and confirmed departure license plate number of the vehicle user and forming the charging result by combining the departure time comprises:
when the charging result is failed to be formed, inquiring the entrance information of all vehicles from the parking management platform, and screening the entrance license plate numbers and the relevant entrance records, wherein the entrance license plate numbers and the relevant entrance records meet the preset similar conditions with the exit license plate numbers corrected and confirmed by the vehicle users;
pushing the screened admission license plate number to an intelligent terminal of the vehicle user, and selecting the admission license plate number by the vehicle user;
and inquiring vehicle admission records according to the admission license plate number selected by the vehicle user, and forming a charging result by combining the departure time.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
after the charging result is failed to be formed, receiving a help seeking request sent by the vehicle user through an intelligent terminal;
sending the help-seeking request to a system background for exception handling;
and receiving a processing result fed back by the system background, and feeding back the processing result to the intelligent terminal of the vehicle user.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining whether the vehicle user is a system registered user comprises:
prompting the vehicle user to scan the two-dimensional code at the exit of the parking lot through an intelligent terminal, and establishing communication connection with a system;
prompting the vehicle user to log in a system terminal application or public number, and acquiring a login account of the vehicle user;
and judging whether the login account of the vehicle user is registered in the system, if so, judging that the vehicle user is a system registered user.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when a vehicle is detected to enter or exit a parking lot, the entrance/exit information of the vehicle is obtained and uploaded to a parking management platform, and the entrance/exit information at least comprises the entrance/exit time of the vehicle, a vehicle picture and a license plate number.

An intelligent parking system, comprising: a memory, a processor, and an intelligent parking system departure charging program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the intelligent parking system departure charging program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the intelligent parking system departure charging method according to any one of claims 1-7.

A computer storage medium, wherein the computer readable storage medium has stored thereon an intelligent parking system departure charging program, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the intelligent parking system departure charging method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
