For illegal parking, radio frequency identification devices, antennas and acousto-optic alarm devices are installed in the areas. When the radio frequency identification device monitors that the stay time of the vehicles in the areas exceeds the preset maximum time, the acousto-optic alarm is triggered, and a message is pushed to a park administrator. And when the radio frequency identification device monitors that a vehicle enters, the audible and visual alarm is triggered, the message pushing module is started, and a message is pushed to a park administrator.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the data processing module is mainly used to decrypt the read information data in the RFID tag, and then send the decrypted data to the authentication module.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the sound and light alarm module starts the sound and light alarm device when the user data and the vehicle data are unsuccessfully matched or when it is monitored that vehicles illegally enter or park in some designated areas in the park. Meanwhile, related information is pushed to the park management personnel (the pushing modes are various, namely WeChat, short message, telephone, computer or other terminals and the like), so that the management personnel can process the information as soon as possible.
As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 6, the system background database is used for storing the entered vehicle information and the vehicle information, the related data generated by the system operation, and the like.
The invention discloses a park (residential quarter, school district, industrial park or other closed field) non-motor vehicle (electric bicycle, balance car, bicycle, tricycle, electric tricycle, old mobility scooter, old wheelchair and other non-motor type vehicles) management system based on RFID electronic identification, which mainly comprises a radio frequency identification device, a vehicle information registration and card issuing device, an antenna, a two-dimensional code scanning device and/or an entrance guard card radio frequency identification device and/or a fingerprint identification device and/or a voice identification device and/or an iris identification device and/or other devices capable of acquiring biological characteristics for identity identification, an acousto-optic alarm device and a corresponding background management system. The background management system mainly comprises an information acquisition module, an identity authentication and data processing module, a vehicle management module, a message pushing module and a background database.
The invention utilizes the technical characteristics of RFID high-precision identification, high-accuracy acquisition and high sensitivity, a passive RFID electronic tag is arranged on the non-motor vehicle, the RFID electronic tag is used as a vehicle information carrier, data on the RFID electronic tag of each non-motor vehicle is acquired or written when the non-motor vehicle passes through an entrance guard or other areas provided with radio frequency identification readers, and a background management system is combined to realize effective access management, park management and the like of the non-motor vehicle in the park.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and variations can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and variations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. A campus non-motor vehicle management system based on radio frequency identification technology, comprising: the system comprises an RFID electronic tag identification device, an RFID electronic tag card issuing device, a driving personnel information acquisition device, an audible and visual alarm device and a corresponding background management system; the background management system comprises: the system comprises a vehicle information registration and card issuing module, an information acquisition module, an identity verification and data processing module, a vehicle management module and a background database;
the vehicle information registration and card issuing module is used for inputting vehicle information and personal information of a vehicle owner;
the information acquisition module is used for controlling the RFID electronic tag identification device and the vehicle driver information acquisition device so as to acquire information of RFID electronic tags installed on vehicles passing through a park entrance guard and verification information shown by the vehicle drivers at the park entrance guard, and acquiring RFID electronic tag data of non-motor vehicles in a designated area in the park, and the information acquisition module can send the acquired data to the identity verification and data processing module and the vehicle management module;
the RFID electronic tag is arranged on the vehicle, and writes information of a vehicle owner and information of the vehicle in issuing, when the vehicle enters or exits the entrance guard, the radio frequency identification device at the entrance guard collects the information in the RFID electronic tag on the vehicle and is used for comparing and verifying the information with information of a driver;
the identity authentication and data processing module is used for analyzing the information acquired by the information acquisition module, comparing the analyzed information with vehicle information and vehicle owner information which are pre-recorded with system data, and controlling an entrance guard or a gate to be opened and released if the matching is successful;
the vehicle management module is used for managing illegal parking of vehicles in the park, and when the radio frequency identification device monitors that the vehicles enter an area where the vehicles are forbidden to be parked, the vehicle management module triggers sound and light alarm and pushes a message to a park administrator;
the RFID electronic tag card issuing device is arranged at a place designated by a community management department, is equipment for performing RFID electronic tag card writing operation, and writes vehicle information into the RFID electronic tag.

The system according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle information collecting device comprises a two-dimensional code scanning device, an entrance guard card radio frequency identification device, a fingerprint identification device, a voice identification device and/or an iris identification device.

The park non-motor vehicle management system based on radio frequency identification technology according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle information registration and issuing module is used for inputting vehicle information and personal information of a vehicle owner, and issuing an RFID electronic tag for being installed on a vehicle and a two-dimensional code for verifying personal information of the vehicle owner and/or an RFID access card and/or a fingerprint and/or other biometric information of the vehicle owner.

The park non-motor vehicle management system based on the radio frequency identification technology according to claim 1, wherein the information acquisition module is used for acquiring information of RFID electronic tags of passing vehicles at park entrance guards, two-dimensional code information shown by the driving personnel, RFID entrance guard cards, information of fingerprints, voice information and/or iris information at the park entrance guards; RFID tag data is collected for non-motor vehicles in some designated area of the campus.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the authentication and data processing module, in case of unsuccessful match:
the information of the vehicle driver is not identified, the information of the vehicle driver is identified, the entrance guard or the gate is not opened, the identity authentication is prompted, and if the information is not authenticated after overtime, the acousto-optic alarm module is controlled to start to trigger alarm;
if the vehicle information is not recognized and only the information of the vehicle driver is recognized, only a narrow pedestrian passageway, a gate or an entrance guard is opened.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the vehicle management module is configured to distinguish vehicles entering a designated area of the campus based on the type of vehicle registered.
7. The system for managing non-motor vehicles on campus based on RFID technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein the back-office management system further comprises: and the message pushing module is used for pushing the related information to the park management personnel.

The system according to claim 1, wherein the RFID tag identification device comprises a RFID reader and an antenna, the antenna is connected to the RFID reader through a feeder, and the RFID reader transmits the acquired data of the RFID tag to the information acquisition module of the system through a wired network or a wireless network.
9. The park non-motor vehicle management system based on radio frequency identification technology according to claim 2,
the fingerprint identification device transmits the acquired fingerprint information of the vehicle driver to an information acquisition module of the system through a wired network or a wireless network; the two-dimension code recognition device transmits the collected two-dimension code information displayed by the vehicle-driving personnel to an information collection module of the system through a wired network or a wireless network; the voice recognition device transmits the collected voice information of the vehicle driver to an information collection module of the system through a wired network or a wireless network; the radio frequency entrance guard card identification device transmits the acquired entrance guard card information shown by the driver into an information acquisition module of the system through a wired network or a wireless network; the iris recognition device transmits the acquired iris information of the pedestrian to an information acquisition module of the system through a wired network or a wireless network.
