The input unit 72 and the display unit 73 may be configured in the same manner as the input/output unit 55 described above.
The user terminal device 70 can be specifically a mobile phone such as a smartphone, an information terminal such as a tablet, a personal computer, or the like. Further, a desktop personal computer installed at home or the like, a fixed-line telephone installed at home or the like, or the like can be used.
(Credit evaluation method)
Next, a credit evaluation method executed by the credit evaluation server 30 of the operation management system 1 will be described. Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram for explaining a credit evaluation method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The credit evaluation method according to the present embodiment will be described by taking, as an example, a case where a car sharing service is used as a service. In this example, a case will be described where the user U2 of a third person different from the user U1 rents the vehicle 50 after the user U1 rents the vehicle 50 and returns it. In the following description, transmission or reception of information is performed via the network 10, but description thereof is omitted for each time.
As shown in fig. 7, the user U1 having the user terminal device 70a rents a predetermined vehicle 50 by the car sharing service. At this time, the user terminal device 70a associates the user identification information of the user U1 with the vehicle identification information of the vehicle 50, and transmits the information to, for example, the operation management server 20. The operation management server 20 is, for example, a server of a provider of the automobile sharing service. Here, when the user U1 delays the delivery timing of the vehicle 50 or does not send a delayed contact to the operation management server, information indicating that there is a usage violating the usage rule of the service is added to the delay-related information.
While the user U1 is using the service of the rented vehicle 50, the communication unit 53 of the vehicle 50 periodically transmits the vehicle identification information and various information to the data server 40. In the present embodiment, the various information is, for example, information related to the traveling of the vehicle 50 and the driving of the user, and specifically, usage condition information such as the driving behavior, the presence or absence and frequency of the distracted driving, the presence or absence and frequency of the terminal operation, and the presence or absence and degree of the road rage driving of the vehicle 50. The communication unit 53 may supply the vehicle information of the vehicle 50 to the data server 40. The data server 40 associates various information supplied from the vehicle 50 with the vehicle identification information, and stores in the database 44a of the storage section 44. The data server 40 associates the usage information with the user identification information of the user U1 and supplies the usage information to the credit evaluation server 30.
When the user U1 ends the use of the service of the vehicle 50, the user U1 moves the vehicle 50 to a predetermined return position and returns it according to a predetermined use rule of the car sharing service. When the user U1 returns the vehicle 50 at a place other than the predetermined return position, information indicating that there is a usage violating the usage rule of the service is added to the return position information. When the return time of the user U1 returning the vehicle 50 is delayed from the predetermined return time, information indicating that there is a usage violating the usage rule of the service is added to the delay-related information. If the usage rule of the service includes a rule that fuel is about the same as that at the time of rental of the vehicle 50, if the remaining fuel amount is equal to or less than a predetermined ratio with respect to the remaining fuel amount at the time of rental, information indicating that there is a usage violating the usage rule of the service is added to the remaining fuel amount information.
After the return of the vehicle 50, the communication unit 53 transmits various information such as the interior information, the exterior information, the remaining fuel amount information, the return position information, and the delay related information, which are measured or captured by the sensor group 56 at the time of return, to the operation management server 20 as the structure state information.
Thereafter, the vehicle 50 is delivered to the user U2 by a predetermined method. The user U2 delivered with the vehicle 50 evaluates the state of the vehicle 50 at an appropriate timing by using a service application of the car sharing service in the user terminal device 70 b. Thus, the evaluation of the user U1 who used the vehicle 50 the previous time is performed. The user terminal device 70b transmits the inputted information on the evaluation of the user U1 to the operation management server 20 as third person evaluation information. The operation management server 20 associates the structure state information and the third person evaluation information supplied from the vehicle 50 and the user terminal device 70b with the user identification information of the user U1, and transmits them to the credit evaluation server 30. Further, the structure state information and the third person evaluation information may be associated with the vehicle identification information and transmitted to the credit evaluation server 30. The third person who performs evaluation may be, in addition to the user U2 to be used next, a manager who manages the vehicle 50, a tester who performs examination of the vehicle 50, a worker who performs cleaning or washing of the vehicle 50, or the like.
The credit evaluation server 30 calculates the credit rating of the user who uses the service of the vehicle 50 based on the supplied usage state information, the structure state information, and the third person evaluation information, and evaluates the credit of the user. Hereinafter, a specific example of the method for evaluating the credit will be described. Fig. 8 is a table showing an example of evaluation scores for each user based on the above-described usage information, structure state information, and third person evaluation information. The data of the table shown in fig. 8 is stored in the storage unit 34 of the credit evaluation server 30.
When the slave countsWhen the credit information of the credit transaction related to the user U1 is transmitted to the credit evaluation server 30 from the server 40 or a server (not shown) of various financial institutions, the credit information related to the user U1 in the credit information database 34b is updated by the credit information control unit 32. Credit score x of credit information0To a credit rating based on credit information related to a credit transaction known in the art, such as a credit card. In the example shown in fig. 8, a credit score x of a user U1 whose user identification information is UID1 is shown0In the case of "80". The highest point and the lowest point in each evaluation score can be set arbitrarily.
When the usage information on the user U1 is transmitted from the data server 40 to the credit evaluation server 30, the credit information control unit 32 updates the usage information on the user U1 in the credit information database 34 a. Specifically, when, for example, driving behavior information is input to the credit evaluation server 30 as one of the use situation information, the driving behavior score x in the credit information database 34a1Is updated. Driving behavior score x1The score is based on the driving behavior of the vehicle 50 such as the acceleration/deceleration and the number of lane changes.
Similarly, the driving distraction score x based on the driving distraction information is calculated based on the updated use situation information on the user U1 of the user identification information UID12Terminal operation score x based on operation information of terminal device3Road rage driving score x based on road rage driving information4And (6) updating. As a distraction score x2The frequency or number of times of the east seive during driving, for example, can be used. As a terminal operation score x3For example, the total operation time of the terminal operation during the travel of the vehicle 50, the number of times of movement of the terminal device of the user U1 by the visual line, or the like can be employed. As a road rage driving score x4The score calculated from the degree of increase or decrease in the distance from another vehicle traveling ahead, which is measured by the sensor group 56, and the magnitude of the acceleration or deceleration of the vehicle 50, and the like can be used.
When the structure state information and the third person evaluation information are transmitted from the operation management server 20 to the credit evaluation server 30, the credit control unit 32 updates the structure state information and the third person evaluation information related to the user U1 in the credit information database 34 a. Specifically, when, for example, in-vehicle information and out-vehicle information (hereinafter, in-vehicle/outside-vehicle information) are input to the credit evaluation server 30 as one of the structural object state information, the in-vehicle/outside-vehicle score x in the credit information database 34a is given5And (6) updating. As in-car score x5For example, a score calculated from the amount of newly scattered garbage, the area of newly attached dirt on the exterior, and the like based on the state of the interior and exterior of the vehicle, which is detected by the sensor group 56 of the vehicle 50 before and after the user U1 gets on the vehicle 50, can be used. Further, the processing may be performed for each of the input of the interior information and the input of the exterior information.
Similarly, the fuel residual score x based on the fuel residual information is calculated based on the updated structure state information about the user U1 of the user identification information UID16Returning position score x based on returning position information7Delay correlation score x based on delay correlation information8And (6) updating. Then, the third person rating score x is given based on the updated third person rating information on the user U1 of the user identification information UID19And (6) updating. As fuel remaining score x6For example, the remaining amount ratio of the fuel of the vehicle 50 or the like can be adopted. As a return location score x7For example, the distance between the actual return position where the user returns the vehicle 50 and the return position based on the usage rule of the service, or the like can be employed. As a delayed association score x8For example, at least one piece of information selected from a delay time at a predetermined time when the user returns the vehicle 50 and a value for classifying the presence or absence of contact related to the delay can be used. As third person rating score x9The evaluation score of the third person evaluating the user U1 can be used. In this case, the composition may further includeEvaluation score x of the third person by using various evaluation scores of the third person who performs evaluation9And (6) performing calculation. The evaluation score is not limited to the evaluation score x described above0~x9Other various evaluation scores may be used as necessary.
In the credit evaluation server 30, the credit calculation unit 33 calculates the evaluation score x based on the above-mentioned evaluation score0~x9Various evaluation scores x as representativei(i is 0, …, N; N is a positive integer), and an operation is performed based on an evaluation function that is a predetermined function set for each type of service. That is, when the service provided by the vehicle 50 is the vehicle sharing service as in the present embodiment, the credit calculation unit 33 is based on the evaluation function f in the vehicle sharing service1Then, the following formula (1) is calculated to calculate the credit of the user.
User's credit ═ f1(x0,x1,…,xN)…(1)
When the service provided by the vehicle 50 is a service other than the car sharing service, for example, a car pool service, a car rental service, a stay-type vehicle rental service, an automatic-traveling vehicle rental service, or the like, the evaluation function f is set in advance for each type of the servicej(j is a natural number). The credit calculation unit 33 scores x for various evaluations0~xnAccording to an evaluation function f defined in correspondence with the type of servicejThe following formula (2) is performed to calculate the credit of the user.
User's credit ═ fj(x0,x1,…,xN)…(2)
Next, a specific example of the evaluation function for calculating the credit rating of the user will be described. The following expression (3) represents, for example, an evaluation function f represented by expression (1) based on the automobile sharing service1An example of (a). FIG. 9 shows an evaluation score x for the following expression (3)0~x9For each class of service ofAn exemplary table of (1). The data of the table shown in fig. 9 is stored in the storage unit 34 of the credit evaluation server 30.
User's credit ═ f1(x0,x1,…,xi,…x9)=Σi=0~9Ai·xi…(3)
In addition, sigmai=0~9Are Ai and xiThe sum of i-0 to i-9 in (a).
In the car sharing service of the present embodiment, the evaluation function f is used1When the formula (3) is used, the weighting coefficients a1 to a9 can be applied to the important evaluation score xiAnd the evaluation score x is set to a higher value and to a lower importanceiBut to a lower value, etc.
In the car sharing service, the evaluation function f is set by the formula (3) in which the above weighting coefficient is set1And the credit rating of the user U1 can be calculated. That is, the credit calculation unit 33 calculates the evaluation score x for each evaluation score shown in fig. 80~x9The calculation of the credit rating for the user U1 who uses the service of the vehicle 50 is performed based on the expression (3) using the weighting coefficient shown in fig. 9. Thus, the credit evaluation server 30 evaluates the credit of the user U1 who uses the car sharing service.
In addition, when a case other than the car sharing service, for example, a car pool service is taken as an example, the function f is evaluatedjWhen equation (3) is set, for example, the weighting coefficients of the inside/outside vehicle score, the remaining fuel amount score, and the return position score can all be set to 0. Thus, since the weighting coefficient suitable for the car pool service can be set in equation (3), the evaluation function f suitable for the car pool service can be setj. In addition, with respect to other services, by setting the weighting coefficients in the same manner, a more appropriate evaluation function f can be setj. Therefore, the evaluation of the user U1 can be performed more appropriately according to the type of service.
The credit of the user U1 calculated as above is associated with the user identification information UID1, and is stored in the credit information database 34a in the credit evaluation server 30. The credit rating of the user U1 stored in the credit rating information database 34a of the credit rating server 30 may be read out in response to a request signal from a terminal, a server, or the like of various business entities. Thus, the credit degree of the user U1 required by each business entity can be used for checking the reduction of the insurance fee such as car insurance, the judgment of the availability of the loan contract, the reduction of the purchase amount of the vehicle, the reduction of the rental fee, the reduction of the share fee, the reduction of the rental fee, and the like. Further, depending on the credit rating of the predetermined user U1, various business entities can also provide additional services such as the type, limitation, and release of services available to the user U1, the estimation of the usage cost of the services, and the provision of coupons related to the services.

Further, two of the servers may be configured by a single server, and may be configured separately from the other server.
Although the above-described embodiment has been described by taking as an example the case where the vehicle 50 is used as a structure having a communication function, the present invention is not necessarily limited to the vehicle 50, and various structures such as an electric appliance and a room in a residence may be used as a structure having a communication function. In the case of using these structures, information on evaluation items based on indices suitable for each structure can be used as credit evaluation information on the structure.
