The embodiment of the invention provides a meter reading data abnormity intelligent diagnosis system which comprises an abnormity data intelligent monitoring module, an abnormity data automatic judging module, an abnormity data statistical analysis module and a display module, wherein the abnormity data intelligent monitoring module is used for monitoring the abnormity data of a meter reading data; the abnormal data intelligent monitoring module is used for collecting abnormal data of automatic meter reading failure of any type of metering device on the distribution network side; the data automatic judging module is used for detecting, analyzing abnormity, intelligently diagnosing meter reading data and judging according to a unified standard rule; the abnormal data statistical analysis module is used for performing statistical analysis on the abnormal data; the display module is used for exporting the generated report and can dynamically configure various index abnormal data. By establishing the meter reading data abnormity intelligent diagnosis system for the metering reflux library and the marketing reflux library, meter reading data is monitored, analyzed abnormally and diagnosed intelligently, the manual analysis time of data analysis personnel is shortened, and the analysis accuracy is improved.

Background
In a marketing system of a power grid company, a metering system database of a provincial company is not in a prefecture, so that the power grid company of the prefecture needs to return data of some base tables to the prefecture for some applications, and needs to perform abnormity diagnosis and analysis on the meter reading data.

the abnormal data intelligent monitoring module 1 is used for collecting abnormal data of automatic meter reading failure of any type of metering device on the distribution network side; and automatically updates the data. Any type of metering device on the distribution network side comprises a negative control terminal, a distribution transformer terminal, a concentrator and an electric energy meter. The power distribution system can be one of a negative control terminal, a distribution transformer terminal, a concentrator and an electric energy meter.
The abnormal data automatic judgment module 2 is used for detecting, analyzing and intelligently diagnosing the meter reading data and judging according to a unified standard rule; firstly, an abnormal data automatic judging module detects the collected data, judges according to a unified standard rule, analyzes the abnormality and intelligently diagnoses the abnormality.
The abnormal data statistical analysis module 3 is used for performing statistical analysis on abnormal data; the accuracy of analyzing abnormal data is improved.
The display module 4 is used for exporting a generated report and can dynamically configure various index abnormal data.
Furthermore, the abnormal data automatic judgment module 2 is also used for establishing a reasonable rule base and an abnormal base through the basic file, the table code and the load data of the reflux database; firstly, a rule base is established through the basic files of the metering reflow library and the basic files of the marketing reflow library, and the automatic data judgment module judges according to a unified standard rule.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the abnormal data automatic determination module 2 is further configured to determine abnormal data and an abnormal reason through determination; the abnormal reasons comprise offline, task invalidation and incorrect communication parameters.
Firstly, checking whether the field equipment is automatically stopped by a user or not through the exported abnormal data of the table, if so, checking whether a terminal is online, and if not, judging that the reason of the automatic meter reading failure is the automatic stop of the user;
further, whether the terminal is on-line or not is checked, and if the terminal is on-line, whether the task parameters of the terminal are correct or not is further checked; if the checking terminal is not on-line, dispatching a terminal off-line fault work order, and judging the failure reason is terminal off-line;
if the task parameters of the checking terminal are correct, checking whether the file communication parameters of the measuring points are correct; if the task parameters of the checking terminal are incorrect, the task is issued, and the failure reason is judged to be the acquisition task missing; if the communication parameters of the measurement point file are correct, further judging whether the month freezing data acquired by the system is correct, and if the month freezing data acquired by the system are correct, judging that the system is in a problem;
on the other hand, if the file communication parameters of the measuring points are incorrect, the user files are corrected to send correct parameters, and the reason is judged to be that the files are incorrect; if the system has incorrect moon-recovering frozen data, the system judges that the field equipment has faults, and the failure reason is that the moon-recovering frozen data are mistakenly recovered.
Furthermore, the abnormal data intelligent monitoring module 1, the metering device of any type of the distribution network side includes a negative control terminal, a distribution transformer terminal, a concentrator and an electric energy meter, and can be one of the negative control terminal, the distribution transformer terminal, the concentrator and the electric energy meter.
Further, the abnormal data intelligent monitoring module 1 is also used for automatically updating data at set time intervals. Can be set to 1 hour/time; 2 hours per time; 3 hours per time; 4 hours per time; 5 hours/time, and the like, and the time for updating the data is set as required.
