The embodiment of the invention provides a control method of an air conditioner.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of an air conditioner according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the control method of the air conditioner includes the following steps:
step S10, detecting a current first running current of the air conditioner, and acquiring a preset current upper limit;
at present, most of air conditioner energy-saving modes reduce the running frequency of a compressor by increasing the set temperature (the set temperature is changed to 27 degrees or 26 degrees by default after the key is pressed) and reducing the temperature difference between the actual temperature and the set temperature of a room, thereby achieving the aim of saving energy. However, this energy saving control method has certain problems: when the indoor load is very high (for example, the indoor environment temperature is 35 ℃), even if the energy-saving mode is set, the operation frequency of the compressor is still very high because the difference between the indoor actual temperature and the set temperature is still large, so that the purpose of energy saving cannot be achieved, and the energy-saving effect is poor. Therefore, the embodiment provides a control method of an air conditioner, which obtains the operating current and the preset current upper limit of the air conditioner, and makes the operating current of the air conditioner be less than or equal to the preset current upper limit by reducing the operating frequency of the air conditioner, so that the operating power consumption and the heat generation of the air conditioner can be accurately, directly and effectively reduced, the energy saving effect of the air conditioner is improved, the energy efficiency and the operating reliability of the whole air conditioner are improved, and the influence on a power grid and other electrical appliances during the power consumption peak is reduced.
The control method of the air conditioner of the embodiment is mainly applied to the air conditioner, namely the air conditioner controls the running condition of the air conditioner; the control method of the air conditioner according to the present embodiment may be applied to a certain control device (or terminal, device) that controls the air conditioner, but the control device may be a single device or an abstract function device composed of a plurality of different physical devices. For convenience of explanation, the present embodiment will be described by taking an example in which the air conditioner controls itself. For the air conditioner, including the components of a general air conditioner, as can be seen from fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of the air conditioner of this embodiment; the air conditioner comprises a compressor 1, a four-way valve 2, an outdoor heat exchanger 3, an outdoor heat exchanger temperature sensing bulb 4, a throttle valve 5, an indoor unit 6, a gas-liquid separator 7, a control mainboard 8 and a current detection device 9. In the cooling mode, the refrigerant is discharged from the compressor 1, passes through the four-way valve 2, the outdoor heat exchanger 3, the throttle valve 5, the indoor unit 6, the four-way valve 2, and the gas-liquid separator 7 in this order, and then returns to the compressor 1. The control main board 8 may be regarded as a control center of the air conditioner, and is connected to the throttle valve 5 to control the opening degree of the throttle valve 5. In addition, the control main board 8 is also respectively connected with the outdoor heat exchanger temperature sensing bulb 4 and the current detection device 9; the outdoor heat exchanger temperature sensing bulb 4 is arranged at the outdoor heat exchanger 3, and the control main board 8 can obtain (detect) the temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger 3 through the outdoor heat exchanger temperature sensing bulb 4; the current detection device 9 may be disposed in a circuit of the air conditioner (the current detection device 9 in fig. 3 is disposed between the four-way valve 2 and the outdoor heat exchanger 3, and may be disposed at other positions, of course), and the control main board 8 may obtain (detect) the current operating current of the air conditioner through the current detection device 9. Of course, the air conditioner may be provided with other components according to actual needs, and the above examples do not limit the present embodiment.
In this embodiment, after the air conditioner is started, if the air conditioner is to operate in the energy saving mode, the current operating current of the air conditioner may be detected by the current detection device, and for convenience of description, the detected operating current may be referred to as a first operating current; and obtaining a preset current upper limit. The higher the operating current of the air conditioner is, the higher the energy consumption of the air conditioner is, so the preset current upper limit may be preset according to actual needs to represent the maximum allowable current of the air conditioner in the energy saving mode, and the operating current of the air conditioner is limited by the preset current upper limit.
And step S20, the first operation current is larger than the preset current upper limit, and the operation frequency of the air conditioner is reduced, so that the second operation current of the air conditioner after the operation frequency is reduced is smaller than or equal to the preset current upper limit.
In this embodiment, when the air conditioner obtains the first operating current and the preset upper current limit, the air conditioner may compare the first operating current and the preset upper current limit. If the first operating current is less than or equal to the preset current, the first operating current can be considered to meet the energy-saving requirement, and at the moment, the air conditioner can keep the current operating frequency of the air conditioner to operate. If the first operating current is greater than the preset current, the first operating current can be considered to not meet the energy-saving requirement, namely the current energy consumption is too high, at the moment, the air conditioner adjusts the operating frequency, the operating frequency of the air conditioner is reduced, and when the operating frequency of the air conditioner is reduced, the operating current of the air conditioner is often reduced along with the reduction of the operating frequency of the air conditioner, namely the operating current of the air conditioner is reduced by reducing the operating frequency of the air conditioner; the operation current of the air conditioner can be detected again after the operation frequency is reduced, and for convenience of explanation, the operation current after the operation frequency is reduced can be called as a second operation current; in this embodiment, the operating current of the air conditioner is reduced by reducing the operating frequency of the air conditioner, and when the second operating current of the air conditioner after the operating frequency is reduced is less than or equal to the preset upper current limit, it may be considered that the second operating current meets the energy saving requirement, and at this time, the air conditioner may operate at the current operating frequency, otherwise, if the second operating current after the operating frequency is reduced is greater than the preset upper current limit, the operating frequency may be continuously reduced until the operating current is less than or equal to the preset upper current limit.
Further, whether the air conditioner is to be operated in the energy saving mode according to the present embodiment may be determined according to whether an energy saving instruction is received. Specifically, before step S10, the method further includes:
receiving an energy-saving instruction, and entering an energy-saving mode according to the energy-saving instruction;
when the air conditioner is started to operate, if an energy-saving instruction sent by a user through an air conditioner remote controller or a mobile terminal is received, the air conditioner can enter an energy-saving mode according to the energy-saving instruction;
step S10 includes:
and detecting the current first running current of the air conditioner in the energy-saving mode, and acquiring a preset current upper limit.
The air conditioner can detect the current first running current and acquire the upper limit of the preset current when being in the energy-saving mode.
It should be noted that the preset upper current limit in this embodiment may be set to a plurality of different values, different preset upper current limits correspond to different energy saving effects, and the smaller the preset upper current limit is, the better the energy saving effect is; of course, if the preset upper current limit is too small, the cooling (or heating) effect of the air conditioner may be reduced. When the air conditioner runs, the preset upper current limit required by the control process can be selected according to the setting of a user. For example, in the process of entering the energy saving mode according to the energy saving command, the energy saving mode includes a first mode and a second mode, where the first mode corresponds to the first upper current limit, and the second mode corresponds to the second upper current limit; when the air conditioner remote controller or the energy-saving instruction sent by the mobile terminal is received, the air conditioner determines which energy-saving mode (the first mode or the second mode) to enter according to the energy-saving instruction, and enters the energy-saving mode to obtain the current first operating current of the air conditioner and the current upper limit corresponding to the energy-saving mode.
Still further, the method for controlling an air conditioner of the present embodiment further includes:
and receiving an exit instruction in the energy-saving mode, exiting the energy-saving mode, and controlling the air conditioner to run at a preset frequency.
When the air conditioner is in the energy-saving mode, if an exit instruction sent by a user through an air conditioner remote controller or a mobile terminal is received, the air conditioner can exit the current energy-saving mode according to the exit instruction and operate at a preset frequency. The preset frequency may be a rated frequency of the air conditioner, or a frequency corresponding to a temperature set by a user. The air conditioner is controlled to run at a preset frequency, so that the air conditioner is recovered to a normal working state.
The method comprises the steps of detecting a current first operating current of the air conditioner and obtaining a preset current upper limit; and the first operating current is greater than the preset current upper limit, and the operating frequency of the air conditioner is reduced, so that the second operating current of the air conditioner after the operating frequency is reduced is less than or equal to the preset current upper limit. Through the mode, the operating current and the preset current upper limit of the air conditioner are obtained, the operating current of the air conditioner is smaller than or equal to the preset current upper limit through the mode of reducing the operating frequency of the air conditioner, the operating power consumption of the air conditioner can be accurately, directly and effectively reduced, the heating is achieved, the energy-saving effect of the air conditioner is improved, the improvement of the energy efficiency and the operation reliability of the whole machine is facilitated, and the influence on a power grid and other electrical appliances during power utilization peak is reduced.
Based on the above first embodiment of the control method of the air conditioner, a second embodiment of the control method of the air conditioner of the present invention is proposed.
In this embodiment, the step S20 includes:
the first running current is larger than the preset current upper limit, the running frequency of the air conditioner is reduced at preset amplitude every preset time, and the second running current of the air conditioner is detected after the running frequency is reduced every time;
in this embodiment, when the air conditioner obtains the first operating current and the preset upper current limit, the air conditioner may compare the first operating current and the preset upper current limit. If the first operating current is greater than the preset current, the first operating current can be considered to not meet the energy-saving requirement, that is, the current energy consumption is too high, at this time, the air conditioner adjusts the operating frequency, and reduces the operating frequency of the air conditioner, so that the second operating current after the operating frequency is reduced is less than or equal to the preset current upper limit. When the operating frequency of the air conditioner is reduced, the method can adopt a periodic reduction mode, so that the phenomenon that the frequency reduction amplitude is too large and seriously deviates from the current set working condition or generates other abnormalities is avoided. Specifically, a preset time and a preset amplitude may be preset, and then the operating frequency of the air conditioner is reduced by the preset amplitude every other preset time, for example, the preset time is 2 minutes, the preset amplitude is 6Hz, and the frequency is reduced by 6Hz every 2 minutes. And a second operation current of the air conditioner is detected after each reduction of the operation frequency.
And the second operation current is less than or equal to the preset current upper limit, and the current operation frequency is kept.
In this embodiment, after the operation frequency is reduced for a certain time, if the second operation current of the air conditioner is less than or equal to the preset upper current limit, it may be considered that the energy saving requirement is met, and at this time, the operation frequency may be stopped to be reduced, that is, the current operation frequency is maintained.
Through the above manner, in the embodiment, when the operating frequency of the air conditioner is reduced, a periodic reduction manner may be adopted, so that the condition that the frequency is reduced by too large amplitude and seriously deviates from the current set working condition or generates other abnormalities is avoided.
A third embodiment of the control method of an air conditioner of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment of the control method of an air conditioner described above.
In this embodiment, the step S20 includes:
the first operating current is larger than the preset current upper limit, and a preset frequency upper limit corresponding to the preset current upper limit is obtained;
in this embodiment, when the air conditioner obtains the first operating current and the preset upper current limit, the air conditioner may compare the first operating current and the preset upper current limit. The operating frequency and the operating current of the air conditioner often have a corresponding relationship, and the operating frequency of the air conditioner is determined, and then the corresponding operating current can be obtained through corresponding conversion.
And reducing the operating frequency of the air conditioner to the preset upper frequency limit.
In this embodiment, when the preset upper frequency limit corresponding to the preset upper current limit is obtained, the operating frequency of the air conditioner may be directly reduced to the preset upper frequency limit, so that the operating current of the air conditioner is reduced to the preset upper current limit, and the second operating current of the air conditioner after the operating frequency is reduced is less than or equal to the preset upper current limit.
Through the above manner, the present embodiment can first obtain the preset frequency upper limit corresponding to the preset current upper limit, and then directly reduce the operating frequency of the air conditioner to the preset frequency upper limit, so that the operating current of the air conditioner is also reduced to the preset current upper limit, and the speed of energy saving control is increased.
Further, after the step of reducing the operating frequency of the air conditioner to the preset upper frequency limit, the method further includes:
and reducing the operating frequency of the air conditioner again so that the third operating current of the air conditioner after reducing the operating frequency again is less than or equal to the upper limit of the preset current.
In practice, although the corresponding relationship between the operating frequency and the operating current is preset, due to the influence of the operating condition or environmental factors, the corresponding relationship between the set operating frequency and the set operating current may deviate from the corresponding relationship between the actual operating frequency and the set operating current, so that when the operating frequency of the air conditioner is reduced to the preset upper frequency limit, the operating current of the air conditioner is still greater than the preset upper current limit. In this embodiment, when the operating frequency of the air conditioner is reduced to the preset upper frequency limit, the second operating current of the air conditioner after the operating frequency is reduced may be detected, and if the second operating current is greater than the preset upper current limit, the operating frequency of the air conditioner may be reduced again, so that the third operating current of the air conditioner after the operating frequency is reduced again is less than or equal to the preset upper current limit.
In this way, after the operating frequency of the air conditioner is reduced to the preset upper frequency limit, if the operating current of the air conditioner is still greater than the preset upper current limit, the operating frequency of the air conditioner can be reduced again, so that the operating current after the frequency reduction of the air conditioner is performed again is less than or equal to the preset upper current limit, the operating power consumption and the heat generation of the air conditioner are effectively reduced, and the energy-saving effect of the air conditioner is ensured.
A fourth embodiment of the control method of an air conditioner of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment of the control method of an air conditioner described above.
In this embodiment, after step S20, the method further includes:
acquiring a preset lower current limit, wherein the preset lower current limit is smaller than the preset upper current limit;
considering that the low operation current of the air conditioner will affect the cooling (or heating) capability of the air conditioner, the embodiment may also preset a preset upper current limit and ensure that the operation current of the air conditioner is greater than or equal to the preset upper current limit. Specifically, a preset lower current limit may be obtained, where the preset lower current limit is smaller than a preset upper current limit, for example, the preset upper current limit is 8A, and the preset upper current limit is 5A.
And the second running current is smaller than the preset current lower limit, and the running frequency of the air conditioner is increased, so that the fourth running current of the air conditioner after the frequency is increased is larger than or equal to the preset current lower limit and smaller than or equal to the preset current upper limit.
In this embodiment, after the operating frequency of the air conditioner is reduced so that the second operating current of the air conditioner is less than or equal to the preset upper current limit, the second operating current may be compared with the preset lower current limit. If the second operating current is greater than or equal to the preset current lower limit, it indicates that the cooling (or heating) capacity of the air conditioner is not reduced too much while the energy saving effect of the air conditioner can be realized, and at this time, the air conditioner can keep the current operating frequency to operate. If the second operating current is smaller than the preset current lower limit, it indicates that the cooling (or heating) capacity of the air conditioner is excessively reduced to achieve the energy saving effect, and at this time, the air conditioner will increase the operating frequency, so that the fourth operating current after the operating frequency of the air conditioner is increased is greater than or equal to the preset current lower limit and is less than or equal to the preset current upper limit, that is, the air conditioner simultaneously meets the energy saving requirement and the cooling (heating) requirement.
It should be noted that the preset lower current limit may also be set to a plurality of different values, different preset lower current limits correspond to different refrigeration (heating) effects, and the larger the preset lower current limit is, the better the refrigeration (heating) effect is; when the air conditioner enters the energy saving mode, the preset lower current limit corresponding to the energy saving mode may be determined according to which energy saving mode (the first mode or the second mode) is specifically entered. In addition, multiple energy-saving modes can be set, and different energy-saving modes correspond to one group of preset upper current limit and preset lower current limit. For example, the energy saving mode includes a first mode and a second mode, wherein the first mode corresponds to a first upper current limit and a first lower current limit, and the second mode corresponds to a second upper current limit and a second lower current limit; when the air conditioner remote controller or the energy-saving instruction sent by the mobile terminal is received, the air conditioner determines which energy-saving mode (the first mode or the second mode) is to be specifically entered according to the energy-saving instruction, and enters the energy-saving mode, and then adjusts the operating frequency of the air conditioner, so that the operating current after the frequency adjustment is between the upper current limit and the lower current limit corresponding to the energy-saving mode.
Through the above manner, in the embodiment, while the energy saving control is performed, the operation frequency of the air conditioner can be increased to enable the operation current of the air conditioner to be greater than or equal to the preset current lower limit, so that the cooling (or heating) capacity of the air conditioner is not excessively reduced while the energy saving effect is achieved, and the energy saving requirement and the cooling (or heating) requirement are simultaneously met as much as possible.
