Abstract

The invention discloses a rectification residue closed conveying device which comprises a stirring device and a second pumping unit; the stirring device is provided with a diluent injection device and a closed stirring kettle; the second pumping unit is provided with a liquefied residue delivery pump. The invention also discloses a method for conveying the rectification residues by using the closed device. By adding the diluent, the rectification residue is stirred and liquefied, the purpose of liquid-state closed conveying of the rectification residue is realized, meanwhile, the energy consumption in the closed conveying process of the rectification residue is reduced, the cost is reduced, and the service life of equipment is prolonged.

Technical Field

Background
In the industrial production process of organic chemistry, a useful product or an intermediate product is obtained by a rectification separation technology, and simultaneously, residue or residual liquid is generated in a tower kettle, wherein the residue or residual liquid often contains more impurities and toxic and harmful substances, and the residue or residual liquid is often called as rectification residue in the dangerous waste management of China. With the development of the organic chemical industry and the improvement of the refinement rate, the generation amount of the rectification residues is continuously increased. Most of the rectification residues are viscous tar-like liquid or solid, the components are complex, main pollutants in the residues can be generally divided into benzene series, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, halogenated compounds, heavy metals and other types, the residues mostly have inflammability, corrosivity and high toxicity, and the residues belong to dangerous wastes and can cause environmental pollution if the residues cannot be effectively utilized and disposed.
The rectification residue which has high viscosity and is easy to solidify and can not be recycled is treated by high-temperature incineration. The rectification residue is discharged from the bottom of the kettle, cooled and solidified and then sent into the incinerator for incineration in a solid state mode, so that the incineration is incomplete, a large amount of harmful gas is discharged, and the rectification residue needs to be conveyed to the incinerator in a liquid state mode. In order to prevent that high temperature rectification residue from solidifying because of the cooling in transportation process, need constantly heat rectification residue pipeline and rectification residue storage device, this operation need additionally set up heating device on storing and conveyor, has the problem that the energy consumption is many, equipment is complicated, and the rectification residue is in the corruption that the heating state can accelerate equipment all the time simultaneously, shortens conveyor's life.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a rectification residue airtight conveying device, which reduces energy consumption during the rectification residue airtight conveying process, reduces cost, prolongs equipment service life, and simultaneously realizes airtight conveying of liquid rectification residues to prevent pollution of volatile gas in the rectification residues to the environment.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a method for hermetically conveying the rectification residues, which reduces the viscosity of the rectification residues by adding a diluent and stirring and liquefying so as to realize the purpose of hermetically conveying the liquid rectification residues.
The first technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a closed conveying device for rectification residues comprises a stirring device and a second pumping unit; the stirring device is provided with a diluent injection device and a closed stirring kettle; the second pumping unit is provided with a liquefied residue delivery pump.

The rectification residue discharged in production is measured according to the rotating speed of a spiral material conveying pump and then is hermetically conveyed to a closed stirring kettle 4 from the top of the tank; meanwhile, the wash oil is metered by a metering device on the diluent injection device 3 and then injected into the closed stirring kettle 4; the volume ratio of the washing oil to the rectification residue is 1: 3; under the action of the washing oil, the rectification residues are stirred and liquefied in a closed stirring kettle 4 to form a liquid material with the mobility and the kinematic viscosity of less than or equal to 1000mm2(ii) liquefied residue per second; the liquefied residue is pumped from the closed stirring kettle 4 to the incineration device by a liquefied residue delivery pump 6. The process utilizes the principle that materials are similar and mutually soluble, selects a diluent to reduce the viscosity of the rectification residues, dilutes and liquefies the rectification residues, realizes the liquid closed conveying of the rectification residues, prevents the pollution of volatile gases in the rectification residues to the environment, reduces the energy consumption in the closed conveying process of the rectification residues, reduces the cost and prolongs the service life of equipment.
