In one embodiment, the temperature monitoring assembly comprises: the first temperature monitor 801 and the second temperature monitor 802 are connected to the inside of the tank body 1, the first temperature monitor 801 is located in the middle section of the inside of the tank body 1, the second temperature monitor 802 is located in the lower layer of the tank body 1 where the tank bottom turbine stirring blade 303 is located, and the first temperature monitor 801 and the second temperature monitor 802 are made of thermal resistance materials;
in this embodiment, the temperature monitoring assembly monitors the specific temperature of the asphalt in the tank and confirms the temperature of the asphalt.
In specific implementation, the first temperature monitor 801 is configured to monitor the temperature of the whole asphalt in the tank, confirm that the asphalt has a temperature decrease or a temperature too high condition, if so, determine whether to cool or heat according to the temperature condition, the second temperature monitor 802 is configured to monitor the temperature of the asphalt at the lower layer of the tank body 1 where the turbine stirring blade 303 is located at the bottom of the tank, and determine whether the asphalt meets the construction standard by using the temperature monitored by the second temperature monitor 802 when a small amount of asphalt is needed, if not, only heat the asphalt at the part to a temperature meeting the standard, the first temperature monitor 801 and the second temperature monitor 802 adopt the internal temperature of the thermal resistor material to change the resistance value of the thermal resistor, the temperature monitoring component detects the internal temperature change condition by using the resistance value as the monitor, and the thermal resistor material is not easy to damage while saving the cost.
To sum up:
in a specific implementation process, after asphalt is input from a feed inlet, a spiral stirring blade and a tank bottom turbine stirring blade are driven by a rotary motor to rotate for stirring, whether asphalt needs to be heated or not is determined under the monitoring of a temperature monitoring component, if the asphalt needs to be heated, electromagnetic heating coils distributed on the spiral stirring blade and the tank bottom turbine stirring blade work for heating, if the asphalt needs to be cooled, nitrogen is released for cooling the asphalt, asphalt smoke generated by the asphalt is conveyed from a gas pipeline to a filtering device by a fan for reaction with an organic solvent in the device by applying suction force, after the filtering effect is achieved, a discharge pipeline is discharged, and in the smoke discharging process, the air pressure monitor monitors the air pressure condition in a tank in real time to determine whether the tank is subjected to pressurization operation or depressurization operation, if the air pressure needs to be pressurized, the nitrogen is conveyed into the tank by the air pressure pipeline, if the air pressure needs to be depressurized, the driving of a centrifugal fan is increased, the smoke in the tank is forcedly discharged to keep air pressure balance, and finally the asphalt is conveyed to the outside by applying pressure by a conveying pump through the conveying pipeline.

Claims (4)
1. An environmentally friendly asphalt sealed storage tank, comprising: the device comprises a tank body, a heating component for preventing asphalt in the tank body from solidifying, a stirring device for stirring asphalt, a conveying component for conveying asphalt, a smoke treatment component for treating toxic smoke generated during heating, an air pressure balancing component for balancing air pressure inside and outside the tank body and a temperature monitoring component,
the tank body is connected with the stirring device;
the tank body is connected with a conveying assembly, an air pressure balancing assembly, a smoke treatment assembly and a temperature monitoring assembly;
the stirring device is connected with a heating component;
the tank body comprises: the feeding port is in a sealed normally closed state and is used for placing asphalt, the discharging port is connected with the conveying assembly, the upper part outside the tank body is respectively connected with the first gas pipeline and the first gas pipeline to provide a path for the flow of gas, the inside of the tank body is connected with the first temperature monitor and the second temperature monitor, and the tank body is connected with the stirring device;
the stirring device comprises: the rotary motor, the spiral stirring blade and the tank bottom turbine stirring blade are fixed on the tank body, the rotary centers of the spiral stirring blade and the tank bottom turbine stirring blade are positioned at the center point of the tank body, the tank bottom turbine stirring blade is positioned below the spiral stirring blade, and the blade lengths of the spiral stirring blade and the tank bottom turbine stirring blade are respectively kept at a certain distance from the inner wall of the tank body;
the heating assembly is divided into an integral heating assembly and a local heating assembly, the integral heating assembly is distributed on the surface layer of a spiral stirring blade in the stirring device, the local heating assembly is distributed on the surface layer of a tank bottom turbine stirring blade in the stirring device, and the surface layer is an inner layer with a preset distance from the spiral stirring She Waice;
the delivery assembly includes: the conveying pipeline and the conveying pump machine are respectively connected with the discharge port and the conveying pump machine.

The environmentally friendly asphalt sealed storage tank of claim 1 wherein said air pressure balancing assembly comprises: the gas cylinder, air pressure monitor, check valve, pneumatic pipeline, wherein, air pressure monitor connect in jar outside top of body, and link to each other with the fan, pneumatic pipeline divide into first pneumatic pipeline and second pneumatic pipeline, first pneumatic pipeline one end is connected in jar outside top of body, for pneumatic pipeline provides the route for the flow of gas, the check valve links to each other with the one end of first pneumatic pipeline and second pneumatic pipeline respectively, the gas cylinder links to each other with the other end that second pneumatic pipeline is connected.
4. The environmentally friendly asphalt sealed storage tank of claim 1 wherein said temperature monitoring assembly comprises: the first temperature monitor and the second temperature monitor are connected inside the tank body, the first temperature monitor is located in the middle section inside the tank body, the second temperature monitor is located in the lower layer of the tank body where the stirring blade of the tank bottom turbine is located, and the first temperature monitor and the second temperature monitor are made of thermal resistance materials.
