An asphalt stirring device comprises a first stirring tank (1), a first stirring motor (2) and a speed reducer (3), wherein a stirring cavity is arranged inside the first stirring tank (1), the first stirring motor (2) and the speed reducer (3) are both positioned at the top end of the first stirring tank (1), the top end of the speed reducer (3) is installed at the bottom output end of the first stirring motor (2), a first stirring shaft is further arranged at the bottom output end of the speed reducer (3), a first stirring paddle is arranged on the first stirring shaft, and the first stirring paddle is positioned inside the stirring cavity; the gas mixing device is characterized by comprising a gas tank (4), an annular fire tube (5), a gas tube (6), a plurality of fire tube spray heads (7), a screw conveyor (8), a second stirring tank (9), a second stirring motor (10), an additive feed box (11), a left connecting plate, a right connecting plate (12) and support legs (13), wherein the gas tank (4) is positioned at the bottom end of the first stirring tank (1), the annular fire tube (5) is installed on the inner wall of the bottom end of a stirring cavity, the output end of the gas tube (6) penetrates through the outer wall of the left side of the first stirring tank (1) and extends into the stirring cavity to be communicated with the annular fire tube (5), the input end of the gas tube (6) is communicated with the inside of the gas tank (4), a gas valve is arranged on the gas tube (6), the plurality of fire tube spray heads (7) are all communicated and arranged at the output end of the top of the annular fire tube (5), the screw conveyor (8) is positioned at the right side, and the input end of the screw conveyor (8) passes through the outer wall of the right side of the first stirring tank (1) and extends into the stirring cavity, the top end of the screw conveyor (8) is provided with a feeding hole, the additive bin (11) is arranged at the top end of the screw conveyor (8), the outlet of the bottom end of the additive bin (11) is communicated with the feeding hole of the screw conveyor (8), the left connecting plate and the right connecting plate (12) are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the additive bin (11), the right end of the left connecting plate is connected with the outer wall of the left side of the additive bin (11), the left end of the right connecting plate (12) is connected with the outer wall of the right side of the additive bin (11), the top ends of the supporting legs (13) are respectively connected with the bottom ends of the left connecting plate and the right connecting plate (12), the bottom ends of the supporting legs (13) are connected with the top end of the screw conveyor (8), the, the left end of a second stirring tank (9) is connected with the right end of the gas tank (4), a working cavity is arranged inside the second stirring tank (9), a second stirring motor (10) is installed on the right side of the second stirring tank (9), a second stirring shaft is arranged at the left output end of the second stirring motor (10), a second stirring paddle is arranged on the second stirring shaft, the second stirring paddle is located in the working cavity, a discharge pipe is further arranged at the left bottom end of the second stirring tank (9), and a valve is arranged on the discharge pipe; still include multiunit scraper blade (14), install respectively in the stirring intracavity of first agitator tank (1) and the work intracavity of second agitator tank (9) scraper blade (14) to the one end of scraper blade (14) respectively with the end-to-end connection of first stirring rake and second stirring rake, and another terminal surface of scraper blade (14) stirs intracavity wall and work intracavity wall respectively and is parallel.

The asphalt stirring device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a centrifugal fan (15), a dust removal body (16), a dust removal cloth bag (17), an ash hopper (18), a smoke extraction pipe (19), a smoke extraction pipe (20) and an ash storage box (21), wherein a dust removal cavity is arranged inside the dust removal body (16), the top end and the bottom end of the dust removal body (16) are respectively provided with a smoke outlet and a smoke inlet, the smoke outlet and the smoke inlet are both communicated with the dust removal cavity, the bottom end of the centrifugal fan (15) is connected with the top end of the dust removal body (16), the input end of the centrifugal fan (15) is communicated with the dust removal cavity, the input end of the ash hopper (18) is communicated with the smoke inlet, the left end of the ash hopper (18) is provided with a smoke inlet branch, the smoke inlet branch is communicated with the dust removal cavity, the input end of the smoke extraction pipe (19) passes through the outer wall on the left side of the first stirring tank (1) and extends into the stirring cavity to be communicated with the stirring cavity, the output end of the smoke exhaust pipe (19) is communicated with the smoke inlet branch, a smoke exhaust machine is arranged on the smoke exhaust pipe (19), a dust removal cloth bag (17) is installed in a dust removal cavity, the input end of the smoke exhaust pipe (20) is communicated with the output end of the centrifugal fan (15), the output end of the smoke exhaust pipe (20) is communicated with the outside, the ash storage box (21) is vertically positioned at the bottom of the ash bucket (18), supporting legs (13) are further arranged below the dust removal body (16), and the top ends of the supporting legs (13) are connected with the outer side wall of the ash bucket (18).

An asphalt stirring apparatus as defined in claim 2, further comprising a metal jacket (22) and a hot oil conduit (23), wherein said first stirring tank (1) and said second stirring tank (9) are cylindrical, said metal jacket (22) is disposed outside said first stirring tank (1) and said second stirring tank (9), respectively, and said metal jacket (22) forms a chamber with the outside walls of said first stirring tank (1) and said second stirring tank (9), respectively, and said hot oil conduit (23) is spirally mounted inside said chamber.

An asphalt mixing device according to claim 3, further comprising a thermocouple (24), a sensor (25), a pressure gauge (26) and an alarm (27), wherein the thermocouple (24) is installed on the outer wall of the left side of the first mixing tank (1), the input end of the thermocouple (24) extends into the mixing chamber through the outer wall of the first mixing tank (1), the sensor (25) is electrically connected with the thermocouple (24) and the gas valve respectively, the pressure gauge (26) is installed at the left end of the gas tank (4), and the pressure gauge (26) is electrically connected with the alarm (27).

The asphalt stirring device according to claim 4, further comprising weighing sensors (28) and a display screen (29), wherein the weighing sensors (28) are installed at the left end and the right end of the additive tank (11), the bottom end of the display screen (29) is connected with the top end of the right connecting plate (12) at the right side of the additive tank (11), and the weighing sensors (28) are electrically connected with the display screen (29).
6. An asphalt mixing apparatus according to claim 5, further comprising a speed-adjusting lever (30), wherein said speed-adjusting lever (30) is installed at the top end of said first mixing tank (1), and said speed-adjusting lever (30) is electrically connected to said first mixing motor (2).
7. An asphalt mixing apparatus according to claim 6, further comprising protective covers (31), said protective covers (31) being mounted on the first mixing motor (2), the second mixing motor (10) and the driving motor of the screw conveyor (8), respectively.
8. An asphalt mixing device according to claim 7, further comprising a service escalator (32) and a service platform (33), wherein the service escalator (32) and the service platform (33) are both installed at the left side of the first mixing tank (1).

An asphalt mixing apparatus according to claim 8, further comprising a thermal insulation layer (34), wherein the top end of the thermal insulation layer (34) is connected with the bottom end of the first mixing tank (1), and the bottom end of the thermal insulation layer (34) is connected with the top end of the gas tank (4).
