Description

Water heating stove
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of heating equipment, in particular to a water heater.
Background
In the strip steel pickling process, the pickling solution needs to be heated by using circulating hot water so as to maintain the pickling solution within a certain temperature range, and in the prior art, a steam boiler is usually adopted to generate steam to heat the circulating hot water. However, the steam boiler belongs to a pressure vessel, and has a certain potential safety hazard, and the operating regulations are extremely strict, so that the learning cost of operators is increased. In addition, the heat efficiency of a common steam boiler is not high, and energy waste is caused to a certain extent.
It is seen that improvements and enhancements to the prior art are needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a water heater, which aims to solve the technical problem that a steam boiler is not easy to operate when being used for heating circulating water in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a hot water furnace comprises a shell, a burner, a hot water tank arranged in the shell, and a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe which are connected with the hot water tank, wherein a steam pipe is arranged at the top of the hot water tank and extends upwards out of the shell; the shell is also provided with a heat exchanger, an exhaust fan and an induced draft fan; an inlet pipeline of the exhaust fan is communicated with the top of the inner cavity of the shell, and an outlet pipeline of the exhaust fan is connected to the inlet end of the first channel of the heat exchanger; the outlet end of the first channel of the heat exchanger is connected with a first exhaust pipeline; the inlet end of a second channel of the heat exchanger is communicated with the atmosphere, the outlet end of the second channel of the heat exchanger is connected to an induced draft fan through a second exhaust pipeline, and an outlet pipeline of the induced draft fan is connected to the combustor.
In the hot water boiler, the combustor is connected with two groups of combustion nozzles, and the two groups of combustion nozzles are respectively positioned on two sides of the hot water tank.
In the hot water furnace, the water outlet pipe is connected to the lower part of the tank body.
In the hot water furnace, the side wall of the hot water tank is made of refractory materials.
In the hot water furnace, the heat exchanger is a tube type heat exchanger.
Has the advantages that:
compared with a steam boiler in the prior art, the water heater provided by the invention is a normal-pressure device, so that potential safety hazards are reduced, and the operation difficulty is reduced. The hot water tank is heated by burning natural gas, so that the large hot water treatment capacity can be met. Through setting up the heat exchanger, carry out recycle to the waste gas after the burning waste heat that carries, reach energy-conserving purpose.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a water heater according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
The present invention provides a water heater, which is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and effects of the present invention clearer and clearer. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a water heater. The drawings are only for explaining the structural principle of the water heater and are not to scale with the actual product. Not all of the cross-sectional views are shown in the drawings.
A water heater comprises a shell 1, a burner (not shown in the figure), a hot water tank 2 arranged in the shell, and a water inlet pipe 21 and a water outlet pipe 22 connected with the hot water tank, wherein a steam pipe 23 is arranged at the top of the hot water tank, and the steam pipe extends out of the shell upwards; the shell is also provided with a heat exchanger 4, an exhaust fan 5 and an induced draft fan 6; an inlet pipeline 51 of the exhaust fan is communicated with the top of the inner cavity of the shell, and an outlet pipeline 52 of the exhaust fan is connected to the inlet end of the first channel of the heat exchanger 4; the outlet end of the first channel of the heat exchanger is connected with a first exhaust pipeline 412; the inlet end of the second channel of the heat exchanger is communicated with the atmosphere, the outlet end of the second channel of the heat exchanger is connected to an induced draft fan 6 through a second exhaust pipeline 422, and an outlet pipeline 62 of the induced draft fan is connected to the burner; the burner is used for burning natural gas. Since the burner itself is prior art, the specific structure of the burner is not shown in the drawings, only a schematic view of the burner tip 3 thereof is shown.
In practical application, the casing 1 is usually made of a heat insulating material, so that the heat in the casing is prevented from being dissipated to the surrounding environment through the casing, and a heat insulating layer can be arranged outside the casing to achieve the purpose of heat insulation.
Furthermore, the combustor is connected with two groups of combustion nozzles 3, and the two groups of combustion nozzles are respectively positioned on two sides of the hot water tank. The arrangement can ensure that the hot water tank is heated more uniformly in normal operation.
Preferably, the outlet pipe 22 is connected to the lower portion of the tank body, so that the hot water in the hot water tank can be smoothly pumped out in normal operation.
Preferably, the side wall of the hot water tank 2 is made of refractory material, so that the side wall of the hot water tank can bear high temperature and has long service life.
Preferably, the heat exchanger 4 is a shell and tube heat exchanger.
The following brief description is made on the working principle: when in use, the water inlet pipe of the water heater is connected with a hot water circulating system (not shown in the figure) so that the water in the hot water tank has a certain liquid level; the combustor is connected with an external natural gas pipeline and is ignited; the induced draft fan and the exhaust fan are started, waste gas generated after natural gas in the shell is combusted has certain waste heat, the waste gas is pumped to the heat exchanger by the exhaust fan to be in air heat exchange, then the waste gas is discharged to downstream equipment (not shown in the figure) from a first exhaust pipeline of the heat exchanger, and the air is pumped to the combustor by the induced draft fan after being heated in the heat exchanger to be used as combustion-supporting air, so that the combustion effect of the natural gas is improved. The water in the hot water tank is heated to a predetermined temperature range and then discharged to a downstream device (not shown in the figure) through a drain pipe. In practical applications, the hot water tank is usually in a state of water intake and water discharge, so that the hot water circulation system is in dynamic balance. When the hot water in the hot water tank generates a small amount of steam even if the temperature of the hot water is too high, the steam directly passes through the steam pipe to feed downstream equipment, in other words, the state in the hot water tank is always maintained in normal operation, namely: the water heater is an atmospheric device, not a pressure vessel.
Through the analysis, the water heater provided by the invention mainly has the following advantages: (1) compared with the steam boiler in the prior art, the water heating boiler is a normal-pressure device, so that the potential safety hazard is reduced, and the operation difficulty is reduced. (2) The hot water tank is heated by burning natural gas, so that the large hot water treatment capacity can be met. (3) Through setting up the heat exchanger, carry out recycle to the waste gas after the burning waste heat that carries, reach energy-conserving purpose.
It should be understood that equivalents and modifications of the technical solution and inventive concept thereof may occur to those skilled in the art, and all such modifications and alterations should fall within the protective scope of the present invention.
