Abstract
The invention discloses a front suspension bracket assembly of an engine, which comprises a left bracket component and a right bracket component which are arranged in a split manner, wherein the left bracket component comprises a first horizontal plate and a first vertical plate which are vertically connected, a first reinforcing plate is arranged between the first horizontal plate and the first vertical plate, and two first through grooves are formed in the first horizontal plate; the first vertical plate is provided with a first U-shaped notch which divides the first vertical plate into a first upper part and a first lower part, the first upper part is provided with a first hanging hole, and the first lower part is provided with a second hanging hole; the right bracket component comprises a second horizontal plate and a second vertical plate which are vertically connected, a second reinforcing plate is arranged between the second horizontal plate and the second vertical plate, and two second through grooves are formed in the second horizontal plate; and a third hanging hole and a fourth hanging hole are respectively formed in the second vertical plate corresponding to the first hanging hole and the second hanging hole. The invention has simple structure, lower manufacturing cost, cost saving, convenient disassembly and assembly and improved production efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of motorcycles, in particular to a front suspension bracket assembly of an engine.
Background
As is well known, important components of a motorcycle, particularly a boiling engine (CGT engine) which has been recently developed, are widely used in motorcycles because of their high energy efficiency, and the CGT engine needs to be mounted on a stand for inspection through a suspension bracket structure including a front suspension bracket assembly and a rear suspension bracket assembly for mounting a front end and a rear end of the CGT, respectively.

The front suspension bracket assembly of the engine comprises a left bracket component and a right bracket component which are arranged in a split mode, wherein the left bracket component and the right bracket component are symmetrically arranged; the first vertical plate is provided with a first U-shaped notch, the first U-shaped notch divides the first vertical plate into a first upper part and a first lower part, the first upper part is provided with a first hanging hole for mounting a front part of the CGT engine, and the first lower part is provided with a second hanging hole for mounting the front part of the CGT engine; the right bracket component comprises a second horizontal plate and a second vertical plate which are vertically connected, a second reinforcing plate is arranged between the second horizontal plate and the second vertical plate, and two second through grooves for allowing bolts to penetrate through and be matched with nuts to be connected to the rack are formed in the second horizontal plate; the second vertical plate is provided with a second U-shaped notch, the second U-shaped notch divides the second vertical plate into a second upper portion and a second lower portion, a third hanging hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the first hanging hole, of the second upper portion, and a fourth hanging hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the second hanging hole, of the second lower portion.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an engine front suspension bracket assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a left bracket assembly 100 and a right bracket assembly 200 that are separately arranged, the left bracket assembly 100 and the right bracket assembly 200 are symmetrically arranged, the left bracket assembly 100 includes a first horizontal plate 110 and a first vertical plate 120 that are vertically connected, a first reinforcing plate 130 is disposed between the first horizontal plate 110 and the first vertical plate 120, and two first through grooves 111 are disposed on the first horizontal plate 110 for bolts to pass through and cooperate with nuts to connect to a stand; the first vertical plate 120 is provided with a first U-shaped notch 121, the first U-shaped notch 121 divides the first vertical plate 120 into a first upper part 122 and a first lower part 123, the first upper part 122 is provided with a first hanging hole 124 for mounting the front part of the CGT engine, and the first lower part 123 is provided with a second hanging hole 125 for mounting the front part of the CGT engine; the right bracket assembly 200 comprises a second horizontal plate 210 and a second vertical plate 220 which are vertically connected, a second reinforcing plate 230 is arranged between the second horizontal plate 210 and the second vertical plate 220, and two second through grooves 211 for allowing bolts to pass through and be matched with nuts to be connected to the rack are arranged on the second horizontal plate 210; the second vertical plate 220 is provided with a second U-shaped notch 221, the second U-shaped notch 221 divides the second vertical plate 220 into a second upper portion 222 and a second lower portion 223, a third hanging hole 224 is provided on the second upper portion 222 at a position corresponding to the first hanging hole 124, and a fourth hanging hole 225 is provided on the second lower portion 223 at a position corresponding to the second hanging hole 125. Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention is provided with the left bracket component 100 and the right bracket component 200 in a split manner, before the GCT engine is installed, the original rear suspension bracket assembly is positioned and installed on the rack, then the bolts respectively pass through the first through groove 111 and the second through groove 211 to be matched with the nuts, so that the left and right stand assemblies 100 and 200 are symmetrically arranged and mounted on the stand, because the left bracket assembly 100 and the right bracket assembly 200 are of split structures, the distance between the left bracket assembly 100 and the right bracket assembly 200 can be adjusted according to the size of the front part of the GCT engine, so that after each front attachment hole of the GCT engine is aligned with a corresponding attachment hole on the left and right bracket assemblies 100 and 200, and (4) a stud is used for penetrating and positioning, and finally the nut is tightened to fix the GCT engine on the rack for detection. The embodiment of the invention has the advantages of simple structure, lower manufacturing cost, cost saving, convenient assembly and disassembly and production efficiency improvement.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first vertical plate 120 and the second vertical plate 220 have the same structure, and the first horizontal plate 110 and the second horizontal plate 210 have the same structure. By the arrangement, the types of the profiles required for producing the left bracket assembly 100 and the right bracket assembly 200 can be reduced, the processing processes are approximately the same, and the only difference is that the left side wall of the first vertical plate 120 is welded and connected with the first horizontal plate 110 to produce the left bracket assembly 100; the right bracket assembly 200 can be manufactured by welding and connecting the right side wall of the first vertical plate 120 and the first horizontal plate 110, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost.
Further, the first reinforcing plate 130 has the same structure as the second reinforcing plate 230. With this arrangement, only one profile is required for the production of the first reinforcing plate and the second reinforcing plate 230, reducing the cost required for developing multiple profiles.
Further, the first through groove 111 and the second through groove 211 are each a waist-shaped groove hole. The arrangement is convenient for adjusting the positions of the left bracket assembly 100 and the right bracket assembly 200 on the rack, so that the distance between the left bracket assembly 100 and the right bracket assembly 200 is adjusted to adapt to the mounting dimension of the front parts of different GCT engines. Specifically, a T-shaped groove is formed in the rack, and a bolt penetrates through the waist-shaped groove hole through the T-shaped groove to be matched with a nut, so that the left support assembly 100 and the right support assembly 200 are connected to the rack.
Further, the first reinforcing plate 130 is a right-angled triangular plate, and two right-angled sides of the right-angled triangular plate are welded and fixed to the first horizontal plate 110 and the first vertical plate 120, respectively. The triangular structure is most stable, the connection strength is high, and the first reinforcing plate 130 is set to be the right-angled triangular plate, so that on the basis of meeting the strength requirement, the material consumption and the cost of raw materials can be reduced, and meanwhile, the weight of the embodiment of the invention can also be reduced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the left bracket assembly 100 and the right bracket assembly 200 are made of cast steel. The cast steel is not easy to corrode and rust, has long service life and high strength, and meets the use requirements.

2. The engine front suspension bracket assembly of claim 1, characterized in that the first vertical plate (120) and the second vertical plate (220) are identical in structure, and the first horizontal plate (110) and the second horizontal plate (210) are identical in structure.
3. The engine front suspension bracket assembly of claim 2, characterized in that the first reinforcement plate (130) and the second reinforcement plate (230) are identical in structure.
4. The engine front suspension bracket assembly according to claim 3, characterized in that the first through slot (111) and the second through slot (211) are both kidney slot holes.

The engine front suspension bracket assembly according to claim 3, characterized in that the first reinforcing plate (130) is a right-angled triangular plate, and two edges of the right-angled triangular plate are welded and fixed on the first horizontal plate (110) and the first vertical plate (120), respectively.
