本发明公开了一种复合保温水管的制造方法,包括以下步骤:(1):选取所需尺寸的金属薄管,并按称取气凝胶复合粉体、基材纤维和热熔胶;(2):将热熔胶加热并均匀涂抹在金属薄管的外壁上;(3):将基材纤维均匀缠绕或覆盖在热熔胶上;(4):将气凝胶复合粉体热喷涂到基材纤维上,制成一层气凝胶毡复合纤维;(5)重复步骤(2)‑(4),在最外层的气凝胶毡复合纤维上粘贴橡胶保护层,即完成一种复合保温水管的制造。本发明的一种复合保温水管的制造方法,在轻薄的金属薄管外侧复合多层气凝胶复合毡纤维,使水管具有极佳的保温性能和较好的力学强度,其热导系数低于0.015W/m.K,同时,其重量降低了80%以上。

本发明涉及管件制造领域,具体是一种复合保温水管的制造方法。
背景技术
在日常生活中,水管作为供水用具,在生活中扮演了重要的角色。水管给水系统在建筑生活等领域得到广泛使用,然而现有技术中的水管的保温性能较差,在冬天的寒冷天气中,水管极易冻住,致使居民用水不便。更重要的一点是在供暖系统中,由于水管没有保温的功能,导致供暖过程中,热量大量从水管流失,造成资源的极大浪费。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种复合保温水管的制造方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种复合保温水管的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1):选取所需尺寸的金属薄管,并按重量份配比称取气凝胶复合粉体25-85份、基材纤维55-121份和热熔胶22-58份;
(2):将热熔胶加热并均匀涂抹在金属薄管的外壁上;
(3):将称取的基材纤维均匀缠绕或覆盖在热熔胶上;
(4):将气凝胶复合粉体热喷涂到基材纤维上,使复合粉体嵌入基材纤维上的小孔和空隙中,制成一层气凝胶毡复合纤维;
(5)重复步骤(2)-(4),直到制成5-10层气凝胶毡复合纤维后,在最外层的气凝胶毡复合纤维上再次涂抹热熔胶,并在热熔胶上粘贴橡胶保护层,即完成一种复合保温水管的制造。
优选地,所述金属薄管(1)使用304号不锈钢、316L号不锈钢或317L号不锈钢;所述金属薄管(1)厚度不超过1mm。
优选地,所述气凝胶复合粉体包括二氧化硅气凝胶、膨胀珍珠岩、纳米孔金属有机化合物、发泡高分子树脂、发泡酚醛树脂和活性炭;
所述基材纤维包括碳纤维、聚酯纤维、氨纶、丙纶、尼龙和聚乙烯。
本发明的一种复合保温水管的制造方法,在轻薄的金属薄管外侧复合多层气凝胶复合毡纤维,使水管具有极佳的保温性能和较好的力学强度,其热导系数低于0.015W/m.K,同时,其重量降低了80%以上。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
制造一批复合保温水管,包括以下步骤:
(1):选取所需尺寸的金属薄管,并按重量份配比称取气凝胶复合粉体25份、基材纤维121份和热熔胶22份;
所述气凝胶复合粉体包括二氧化硅气凝胶、发泡酚醛树脂和活性炭;
所述基材纤维为聚酯纤维。
(2):将热熔胶加热并均匀涂抹在金属薄管的外壁上;
(3):将称取的基材纤维均匀缠绕或覆盖在热熔胶上;
(4):将气凝胶复合粉体热喷涂到基材纤维上,使复合粉体嵌入基材纤维上的小孔和空隙中,制成一层气凝胶毡复合纤维;
(5)重复步骤(2)-(4),直到制成5层气凝胶毡复合纤维后,在最外层的气凝胶毡复合纤维上再次涂抹热熔胶,并在热熔胶上粘贴橡胶保护层,即完成一种复合保温水管的制造。
经此步骤制造的复合保温水管,具有极佳的保温性能和较好的力学强度,其热导系数为0.015W/m.K,同时,较之普通钢管,其重量降低了80%。
实施例2
制造一批复合保温水管,包括以下步骤:
(1):选取所需尺寸的金属薄管,并按重量份配比称取气凝胶复合粉体85份、基材纤维55份和热熔胶22份;
所述气凝胶复合粉体包括二氧化硅气凝胶、膨胀珍珠岩、纳米孔金属有机化合物和发泡高分子树脂;
所述基材纤维为碳纤维。
(2):将热熔胶加热并均匀涂抹在金属薄管的外壁上;
(3):将称取的基材纤维均匀缠绕或覆盖在热熔胶上;
(4):将气凝胶复合粉体热喷涂到基材纤维上,使复合粉体嵌入基材纤维上的小孔和空隙中,制成一层气凝胶毡复合纤维;
(5)重复步骤(2)-(4),直到制成10层气凝胶毡复合纤维后,在最外层的气凝胶毡复合纤维上再次涂抹热熔胶,并在热熔胶上粘贴橡胶保护层,即完成一种复合保温水管的制造。
经此步骤制造的复合保温水管,具有极佳的保温性能和较好的力学强度,其热导系数为0.011W/m.K,同时,较之普通钢管,其重量降低了89%。

Claims (3)

1.一种复合保温水管的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1):选取所需尺寸的金属薄管,并按重量份配比称取气凝胶复合粉体25-85份、基材纤维55-121份和热熔胶22-58份;
(2):将热熔胶加热并均匀涂抹在金属薄管的外壁上;
(3):将称取的基材纤维均匀缠绕或覆盖在热熔胶上;
(4):将气凝胶复合粉体热喷涂到基材纤维上,使复合粉体嵌入基材纤维上的小孔和空隙中,制成一层气凝胶毡复合纤维;
(5)重复步骤(2)-(4),直到制成5-10层气凝胶毡复合纤维后,在最外层的气凝胶毡复合纤维上再次涂抹热熔胶,并在热熔胶上粘贴橡胶保护层,即完成一种复合保温水管的制造。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合保温水管的制造方法,其特征在于,所述金属薄管(1)使用304号不锈钢、316L号不锈钢或317L号不锈钢;所述金属薄管(1)厚度不超过1mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合保温水管的制造方法,其特征在于,所述气凝胶复合粉体包括二氧化硅气凝胶、膨胀珍珠岩、纳米孔金属有机化合物、发泡高分子树脂、发泡酚醛树脂和活性炭;
所述基材纤维包括碳纤维、聚酯纤维、氨纶、丙纶、尼龙和聚乙烯。
