Abstract
保温通气阀,有上下开口的筒状阀体,活门组件在内从上至下设置,活门组件的阀轴沿着阀体内中线方向设置,两端固定在阀体内壁。两个活门通过各自对应的双轴弹簧合页设置在阀轴两侧,两个活门上下表面均设有保温层,边缘有密封条,阀体内外壁也有保温层。阀体上部与阀座固定。阀座上扣设有气孔的阀盖,阀座和阀盖间有锁紧装置。本保温通气阀结构合理、紧凑,安装在自动进排气阀井井口,是一种能够满足自动通气功能并且减少自动进排气阀井内热量散失的保温通气阀成套设备。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及应用于输水管道自动进排气井井口自动进排气机械设备领域,特别涉及保温通气阀,在自动进排气井井口起到保温和自动进排气功能。
背景技术
长距离调水或市政供排水管道上一般均要设置自动进排气阀,在管道充排水或者运行期间,均可能发生进排气阀大量进排气。自动进排气阀一般安装在自动进排气阀井内,通过管道与输水管相连接。当自动进排气阀(空气阀)进排气时,气体经过自动进排气阀井的通气口和进排气阀进出管道。
在寒冷地区的冬季,通常采用普通带孔井盖的自动进排气阀井,由于空气对流作用散热很快,自动进排气阀井内的温度往往低于0℃。自动进排气阀内的水体容易冻结,发生冰冻危害,可能发生自动进排气阀冻裂导致大量跑水的事故,甚至威胁整个输水管道的安全。
目前,工程上实际采用的保温措施往往是在带孔的铸铁井盖下面,再设置两块分开的半圆木板,两木板中间留有一定的间隙。铸铁井盖的孔洞和木板的间隙作为进排气的通道使用。当进排气量较大时,铸铁井盖的孔洞和两木板的间隙均较大,保温效果大大降低。多个类似工程的冰冻事故也证明其性能较差,难以满足工程实际需要。
发明内容
本发明要解决温度较低时候自动进排气阀井内热量散失较多,容易冻裂自动进排气阀造成跑水事故的问题,而提供保温通气阀,结构合理、紧凑,安装在自动进排气阀井井口,是一种能够满足自动通气功能并且减少自动进排气阀井内热量散失的设备。
采用的技术方案是:
保温通气阀,包括阀体和至少一组活门组件。
其技术要点在于:
阀体为上下开口的筒状件,活门组件设置在阀体内。
活门组件包括左活门、右活门和阀轴。
阀轴沿着阀体内中线方向设置,两端固定在阀体内壁。
左活门内侧通过左双轴弹簧合页设置在阀轴左侧。
右活门内侧通过右双轴弹簧合页设置在阀轴右侧。
左活门上表面设有左上保温层,左活门下表面设有左下保温层。
右活门上表面设有右上保温层,右活门下表面设有右下保温层。
左活门外边缘设有左密封条,右活门外边缘设有右密封条,左密封条和右密封条对应阀体内壁的内保温层。阀体外壁还有外保温层。
当活门组件为多组,在阀体内从上至下依次设置。
阀体可为上下开口的圆筒形状。阀轴为长方体条形,沿着阀体内直径方向设置。
左活门可为半圆板形,右活门可为半圆板形,左活门半圆形外边缘和右活门半圆形外边缘位置与阀体内壁对应。
阀体上部与阀座固定。阀座上扣设阀盖,阀盖开设多个气孔。
阀座和阀盖之间设置多个锁紧装置,锁紧装置可为暗锁。
其优点在于:
本保温通气阀结构合理、紧凑,安装在自动进排气阀井井口,是一种能够满足自动通气功能并且减少自动进排气阀井内热量散失的保温通气阀成套设备。

具体实施方式
保温通气阀,包括阀体1和至少一组活门组件。
阀体1为上下开口的圆筒形状,内部从上至下设有两组活门组件。
每组活门组件均包括左活门2、右活门3和阀轴4。
阀轴4为长方体条形,沿着阀体1内直径方向(中线方向)设置,两端固定在阀体1内壁。
左活门2为半圆板形,直边内侧面通过左双轴弹簧合页5设置在阀轴4左侧面。
右活门3为半圆板形,直边内侧面通过右双轴弹簧合页6设置在阀轴4右侧面。
两个活门由两个双轴弹簧合页背靠阀轴4安装。
双轴弹簧合页固定部固定在阀轴4上,活动部固定在对应的活门上。
每个活门受外力时可沿各自对应的双轴弹簧合页两个轴转动。
左活门2上表面设有左上保温层7,左活门2下表面设有左下保温层8。
右活门3上表面设有右上保温层9,右活门3下表面设有右下保温层10。
左活门2半圆形外边缘设有左密封条11,右活门3半圆形外边缘设有右密封条12,左密封条11和右密封条12对应阀体1内壁的内保温层13。阀体1外壁还有外保温层14。
左上保温层7、左下保温层8、右上保温层9、右下保温层10、内保温层13和外保温层14可均为保温泡沫板。
阀体1上部外固定边15穿过外保温层14与外侧的圆柱体形阀座16内壁固定。
阀座16上扣设圆柱体形阀盖17,阀盖17圆周开设一圈多个气孔18。
阀座16和阀盖17之间沿着圆周设置多个锁紧装置19,阀盖17位于锁紧装置19内侧。
锁紧装置19为暗锁,包括锁套20和锁杆21,锁套20横向设置在阀座16内,锁杆21螺纹连接在锁套20内,当锁杆21伸入阀盖17的锁孔22,就锁住阀盖17。当锁杆21退出阀盖17的锁孔22,就可以打开阀盖17。
阀座16固装在自动进排气井井口顶部,阀盖17与阀座16装配后有锁紧装置19控制开启。
两个活门可为塑料板,阀体1金属材质,阀座16和阀盖17可为混凝土材质。
工作原理:
当受到来自井内进排风装置向上的风压时,两个活门沿各自对应的双轴弹簧合页的上轴向上转动打开。如图2所示,阀体1内向气孔18外排风。
当受到来自井内进排风装置向下的风压时,两个活门沿各自对应的双轴弹簧合页的下轴向下转动打开,如图3所示,从气孔18向阀体1内进风。
上述两个过程分别达到进排风的作用。
当无上下风压时,两个活门均呈水平状态,封闭住阀体1。两个活门上下表面和阀体1内外表面均粘贴保温泡沫板,活门的边缘装有密封条,活门在水平状态时密封条与阀体1内壁内保温层13接触,隔绝上下腔空气流通、避免空气对流,起到了保温作用。
本发明具有设计合理,结构紧凑,保温效果好,开启灵活等优点。
Claims (7)
1.保温通气阀,包括阀体(1)和至少一组活门组件,其特征在于:
阀体(1)为上下开口的筒状件,活门组件设置在阀体(1)内;
活门组件包括左活门(2)、右活门(3)和阀轴(4);
阀轴(4)沿着阀体(1)内中线方向设置,两端固定在阀体(1)内壁;
左活门(2)内侧通过左双轴弹簧合页(5)设置在阀轴(4)左侧;
右活门(3)内侧通过右双轴弹簧合页(6)设置在阀轴(4)右侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温通气阀,其特征在于:
左活门(2)上表面设有左上保温层(7),左活门(2)下表面设有左下保温层(8);
右活门(3)上表面设有右上保温层(9),右活门(3)下表面设有右下保温层(10);
左活门(2)外边缘设有左密封条(11),右活门(3)外边缘设有右密封条(12),左密封条(11)和右密封条(12)对应阀体(1)内壁的内保温层(13);阀体(1)外壁还有外保温层(14)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的保温通气阀,其特征在于:
左上保温层(7)、左下保温层(8)、右上保温层(9)、右下保温层(10)、内保温层(13)和外保温层(14)均为保温泡沫。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保温通气阀,其特征在于:
当活门组件为多组,在阀体(1)内从上至下依次设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的保温通气阀,其特征在于:
阀体(1)为上下开口的圆筒形状;阀轴(4)为长方体条形,沿着阀体(1)内直径方向设置;
左活门(2)为半圆板形,右活门(3)为半圆板形,左活门(2)半圆形外边缘和右活门(3)半圆形外边缘位置与阀体(1)内壁对应。
6.根据权利要求1所述的保温通气阀,其特征在于:
阀体(1)上部与阀座(16)固定;
阀座(16)上扣设阀盖(17),阀盖(17)开设多个气孔(18);
阀座(16)和阀盖(17)之间设置多个锁紧装置(19)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的保温通气阀,其特征在于:
阀盖(17)位于锁紧装置(19)内侧;锁紧装置(19)包括锁套(20)和锁杆(21),锁套(20)横向设置在阀座(16)内,锁杆(21)螺纹连接在锁套(20)内,对应阀盖(17)的锁孔(22)。
