1. A cutting and supporting dual-purpose mechanical device for treating tunnel surrounding rocks is characterized by comprising a mobile jacking system and a cutting and supporting system;
the mobile jacking system comprises a travelling mechanism (1), a hydraulic jacking mechanism (2) and a controller (6), wherein the travelling mechanism (1) comprises a frame with wheels at the bottom, the controller (6) is fixedly installed on the frame, a motor which can be electrically connected with the controller (6) is installed on the side edge of the controller (6), the hydraulic jacking mechanism (2) comprises a continuous jacking jack and a telescopic amplitude-variable oblique arm (10), the continuous jacking jack is movably connected to the frame through a rotary table (11), the rotary table (11) is electrically connected with the motor, one end of the telescopic amplitude-variable oblique arm (10) is fixedly connected to the frame, the other end of the telescopic amplitude-variable oblique arm is slidably connected with the side wall of the continuous jacking jack, and the top end of the continuous jacking jack is movably connected with a supporting basin seat;
the cutting support system comprises a cutting mechanism (5) and a supporting mechanism (4), wherein the cutting mechanism (5) comprises a cutting cutter disc (21), a hydraulic motor (23) and a telescopic oil cylinder (22) which are detachably connected from top to bottom in sequence; the supporting mechanism (4) comprises a sleeve spring (19) and a support fixedly connected to the upper portion of the sleeve spring (19), a telescopic oil cylinder (22) and the sleeve spring (19) are fixedly connected to a supporting basin seat, and a hydraulic motor (23) is electrically connected with the controller (6).
2. The cutting and supporting mechanical apparatus for treating tunnel surrounding rock according to claim 1, wherein the support is provided in a plurality and is uniformly arranged with the cutting cutter disc (21) as a center.

The cutting and supporting mechanical equipment for disposing of tunnel surrounding rock as claimed in claim 1, wherein the support is provided with a plurality of block blocks and elastic rubber supporting blocks (20), and the elastic rubber supporting blocks (20) and the block blocks are arranged alternately.
4. A cutting and supporting mechanical apparatus for treating tunnel surrounding rock according to claim 3, wherein the elastic rubber supporting block (20) is internally provided with a pressure box and a strain gauge.

The cutting and supporting dual-purpose mechanical equipment for treating tunnel surrounding rocks as claimed in claim 1, wherein a sleeve (9) is arranged on the outer side of the continuous jacking jack, the sleeve (9) is hinged on the frame through a turntable (11), and a sliding groove is arranged on the side wall of the sleeve (9) connected with the telescopic variable-amplitude inclined arm (10).

7. The cutting and supporting mechanical equipment for disposing of tunnel surrounding rock as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the traveling mechanism (1) further comprises a ground jack (8) at the bottom of the frame and a hook (7) at the front and rear sides of the frame.
8. A cutting and supporting mechanical apparatus for the disposal of tunnel surrounding rock according to claim 1, characterized in that said cutting cutterhead (21) is connected to a hydraulic motor (23) through driving rollers.
9. The method for treating the tunnel surrounding rock by using the cutting and supporting dual-purpose mechanical equipment for treating the tunnel surrounding rock as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: lifting the continuous pushing jack to a proper height according to the position of the surrounding rock to be treated, controlling the motor by using the controller (6) under the support of the telescopic variable-amplitude inclined arm (10), driving the rotary disc (11) to rotate by the motor to drive the continuous pushing jack to incline, and adjusting the inclination angle of the continuous pushing jack to enable the supporting basin seat to be close to the surrounding rock;
s2: when supporting the surrounding rock, adjusting the position of a sleeve spring (19) on the supporting basin seat to enable the support to be close to the surrounding rock, adjusting the height and the inclination angle of the supporting basin seat according to the shape of the surface of the surrounding rock to enable the support to be attached to the surface of the surrounding rock, and thus supporting the surrounding rock;
when cutting dangerous rocks, the height and the inclination angle of the support basin seat are adjusted to enable the cutting mechanism (5) to be close to the dangerous rocks, according to the position and the surface shape of the dangerous rocks, the valve of the telescopic oil cylinder (22) is adjusted to enable the telescopic oil cylinder (22) to extend out, when the cutting cutter disc (21) exceeds the support and reaches the surface of the dangerous rocks needing to be cut, the valve of the telescopic oil cylinder (22) is closed, the hydraulic motor (23) is controlled through the controller (6), the hydraulic motor (23) drives the cutting cutter disc (21) to be tightly attached to the rock surface to rotate to cut and loosen the dangerous rocks, and after the cutting of the dangerous rocks is completed, the cutting mechanism (5.
