1. A urine public toilet suitable for a bus station is characterized by comprising a closed toilet main body, wherein the toilet main body is an assembled steel structure prefabricated in industrialization and is integrated with a bus station facility after being fixedly connected with a foundation on site; the negative pressure ventilation urinal, the cooling ventilation equipment, the self-cleaning spraying equipment and the bacteriostatic self-cleaning floor containing the photocatalyst catalyst are arranged in the toilet main body, and the negative pressure ventilation urinal is arranged on the wall of the toilet main body; the cooling and ventilating device comprises a ventilator, the ventilator is arranged at the top of the toilet main body, and an air outlet of the ventilator is communicated with the outside of the toilet main body; the self-cleaning spraying equipment can spray photocatalyst coating on the wall of the toilet main body, and the photocatalyst coating decomposes and purifies the dirt in the toilet main body by virtue of a photocatalytic function; the bacteriostatic self-cleaning floor is paved at the bottom of the toilet main body, and the bacteriostatic self-cleaning floor also utilizes the photocatalysis function of the photocatalyst catalyst to decompose and purify the dirt in the toilet main body.

The urinate public lavatory applicable to the bus station as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lavatory body is further provided with one or a combination of more than two of a small inductive hand washing sink, a built-in inductive hand sanitizer storage device, a paper extraction box, an integrated light emitting mirror cabinet, a stainless steel clothes hook, an embedded garbage can and an embedded plastic garbage bag.

The urinating public toilet applicable to bus stops as claimed in claim 1, wherein the negative pressure ventilation urinal can be replaced by an integrated degradable PHA film waterless urinal which can meet the requirements of urinating and defecating in emergency simultaneously, the PHA film waterless urinal can classify the defecating and defecating, automatically pack and store, and is externally provided with a sealed storage container, and compost degradation and harmless incineration treatment can be carried out by regularly using transportation vehicles for concentrated extraction, secondary pollution is not generated, and meanwhile, certain downstream product income can be created.

The urine public toilet suitable for the bus station as claimed in claim 1, wherein an equipment room for placing electromechanical equipment is further arranged in the toilet main body, the ventilator is installed at the top position of the equipment room, and the negative pressure ventilation urinal is installed on the outer side wall of the equipment room close to the inside of the toilet main body; the self-exhaust facility of the negative pressure ventilation urinal pumps cold air in the toilet main body to the equipment room, and carries out cooling and heat dissipation on electromechanical equipment in the equipment room; the ventilator then forces the air inside the equipment room out of the toilet body.

The urinating public toilet applicable to bus stops as claimed in claim 1, wherein the urinating public toilet further comprises a front door panel code-scanning access control system, a door-opening button and an emergency escape button; the front door panel code scanning access control system is combined with a door opening button and an emergency escape button, the whole processes of independent payment use and safe leaving of a urine public toilet of a user are completely realized, and unmanned management of sectional timing and time limit warning is realized through a background program and a client small program.

The urinating public toilet applicable to bus stations as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an intelligent automatic control system, wherein all internal functions of the urinating public toilet realize intelligent automatic control of physical environment inside the urinating public toilet through a plurality of temperature, humidity and air molecule sensors; the intelligent automatic control system can transfer the work of the negative pressure ventilation urinal, the cooling ventilation equipment and the self-cleaning spraying equipment, and the safe, clean and odorless use experience of a user is ensured.

An intelligent operation and maintenance urine public toilet system, which comprises a plurality of urine public toilets as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9 and a property operation and maintenance management system, wherein the property operation and maintenance management system can collect and integrate data generated by a plurality of urine public toilets and then dispatch property management personnel through rational planning and task allocation.
