Abstract

本发明涉及超疏水材料技术领域,具体涉及一种低定量超疏水滤纸及其制备方法。其能够提高涂层与纸张之间的结合强度和有效结合能力,使其能够长期有效的发挥过滤功能,制备方法简便易行、绿色环保、操作简单、无需昂贵的仪器设备,易于实现产业化。本发明所述超疏水滤纸是在改性滤纸表面上构建20‑200nm改性纳米二氧化硅和20‑50μm微晶纤维素微纳涂层和疏水层,其中所述纸表面的水接触角大于150°,水滴在纸张表面的滚动角小于10°。

低定量超疏水滤纸及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及超疏水材料技术领域,具体涉及一种低定量超疏水滤纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
纸是日常生活中常见的和不可缺少的物质。纸纤维因其含有亲水性基团,具有良好的亲水性。对纸的表面进行改性,赋予纸张表面超疏水性能,在纸表面形成近似于仿生的荷叶效应,可以提高纸的使用性能,使其具有疏水性和自清洁效应,从而扩大其使用范围。
常用的方法是在纸表面涂布一层石蜡或沥青等防水物质,然而这些纸表面与水的接触角通常小于120°,此方法很难应用于滤纸。在实际中,由于过滤只对水和油敏感,长时间使用后,过滤纸的过滤结构容易破坏,而且,我们发现,滤纸在过滤的同时其自洁性差,容易产生自身细菌,因此疏水和疏油双重性能的过滤纸成为首选。
从之前的研究中我们可以得知,材料表面的超疏水特性主要归因于表面粗糙的微/纳米粗糙结构以及表面的低表面能。在这一理论的基础上,许多方法通过在材料表面构造适当的粗糙结构并赋予其低表面能,从而制备出超疏水表面,例如:等离子刻蚀法、相分离法、层层自组装法、平版印刷法、化学气相沉淀法、溶液浸泡法以及溶胶-凝胶法。在这些方法中,溶液浸泡法由于其在材料表面构建微/纳结构的高效率以及简单易操作而广泛用于制备各超疏水材料表面,但是如果只是经过浸渍或喷涂添加药水或颗粒成分,很容易导致其不均匀、易脱落、使用周期短。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种低定量超疏水滤纸及其制备方法,其能够提高涂层与纸张之间的结合强度和有效结合能力,使其能够长期有效的发挥过滤功能。
为解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种低定量超疏水滤纸,其特征在于:包括改性滤纸和涂敷于其表面的涂层;
所述涂层包括微晶纤维素/改性纳米二氧化硅混合层和疏水膜层;
两个涂层质量比为3~5:1,涂层定量3~5g/m2
所述的微晶纤维素长度20-50μm;改性二氧化硅的粒径20-200nm。
低定量超疏水滤纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将滤纸用乙醇超声清洗3次,在30~60℃条件下干燥10~30min,备用;
2)将步骤1)处理的滤纸浸渍于75℃的浓度为65%氯化锌溶液中1~3min,取出后用乙醇超声清洗3次,在30℃~60℃条件下干燥10~30min,备用;
3)微纳结构涂料配制:微晶纤维素配制浓度为5%溶液,在100-200r/min搅拌速度下添加2%改性二氧化硅溶液,两者体积比3:1,混合液再经超声处理20~40min;
4)微纳结构层涂布:以辊式涂布方式将微纳结构涂料涂覆于纸页表面,涂布辊速比1.2~1.3,线压力20-30kN/m,控制涂布量3-4g/m2
5)干燥:将步骤4)所得滤纸先进行红外干燥,再经蒸汽式烘缸干燥;
6)疏水层涂布:以膜转移方式将硬脂酸乳液涂覆于步骤5)滤纸表面,控制膜转移辊线压力20-35kN/m,定量1-2g/m2
7)干燥:将步骤6)所得滤纸进行干燥,温度40-60℃,时间20~40min。所述的步骤3)中的改性二氧化硅的制备方法为:以95%乙醇为溶剂配制成10%的溶液,添加氨水,控制搅拌速度200-300r/min,温度40~50℃,再添加质量比为4:2:1的3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷,二氧化硅、氨水、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷,反应20-40min。
所述的步骤6)中硬脂酸乳液的配制:在装有搅拌器、温度计的500mL三口烧瓶中加入硬脂酸颗粒,搅拌升温至70±5℃,待其熔融后分批加入总量10%的Span-80和10%的Tween-80,继续搅拌60-80min,冷却至室温备用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点如下:
1)本发明将滤纸先经过氯化锌溶液浸渍处理,活化纤维增加表面羟基,增强与微晶纤维素和纳米二氧化硅的结合;对普通二氧化硅进行改性,使3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷与二氧化硅发生缩聚反应,在二氧化硅形成新的氨基,有利于与纤维素羟基的结合,微晶纤维素/纳米二氧化硅通过氢键与纤维素结合,够成微纳结构层,结合更为牢固,且无需胶黏剂;
2)本发明硬脂酸具有粒径小、粘度低、含量高的优点,因而稳定性好、乳化剂乳化效率高且用量少、生产成本低,使用中易于分散,适用于高速涂布工艺。
3)本发明的纸表面的水接触角大于150°,水滴在纸张表面的滚动角小于10°,超疏水性质稳定,表面涂层透明度高,油水分离效率高;长时间放置或保存,超疏水性质无变化,在油水分离、有机无机溶剂分离等具有十分广泛的应用前景;
4)本发明制备方法简便易行、绿色环保、操作简单、无需昂贵的仪器设备,易于实现产业化。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种低定量超疏水滤纸,包括改性滤纸和涂敷于其表面的涂层;所述涂层包括微晶纤维素/改性纳米二氧化硅混合层和疏水膜层;两个涂层质量比为3:1,涂层定量3g/m2
上述低定量超疏水滤纸的制备方法为:
1)将滤纸用乙醇超声清洗3次,在60℃条件下干燥30min干燥,备用;
2)将步骤1)处理的滤纸浸渍于75℃的浓度为65%氯化锌溶液3min中,取出用乙醇超声清洗3次,在60℃条件下干燥30min干燥,备用;
3)微纳结构涂层配制:20μm微晶纤维素配制浓度为5%溶液,在100r/min搅拌速度下,添加2%改性二氧化硅溶液,两者体积比3:1,混合液再经超声处理20min;
所述改性二氧化硅的制备方法为:二氧化硅粒径20nm,以95%乙醇为溶剂配制成10%的溶液,添加氨水,控制搅拌速度300r/min,温度50℃,再添加3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷,二氧化硅、氨水、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷的质量比为4:2:1,反应40min;
4)微纳结构层涂布:以辊式涂布方式将微纳结构涂料涂覆于滤纸表面,涂布辊速比1.2,线压力30kN/m,控制涂布量4g/m2
5)干燥:将步骤4)所得滤纸先进行红外干燥,再经蒸汽式烘缸干燥;
6)疏水涂料配制:硬脂酸乳液的配制,在装有搅拌器、温度计的500mL三口烧瓶中加入硬脂酸颗粒,搅拌升温至70℃,待其熔融后分批加入总量10%的Span-80和10%的Tween-80,反应70min,冷却至室温;
7)疏水层涂布:以膜转移方式将硬脂酸乳液涂覆于步骤5)滤纸表面,控制膜转移辊线压力35kN/m,定量2g/m2
8)干燥:将步骤7)所得滤纸进行红外干燥,温度60℃,时间40min。
本实施例制得的滤纸通过SEM观察成纸表面结构如图1;微纳涂层结构如图2。
实施例2
一种低定量超疏水滤纸,包括改性滤纸和涂敷于其表面的涂层;所述涂层包括微晶纤维素/改性纳米二氧化硅混合层和疏水膜层;两个涂层质量比为5:1,涂层定量5g/m2
上述低定量超疏水滤纸的制备方法为:
1)将滤纸用乙醇超声清洗3次,在30℃条件下干燥10min干燥,备用;
2)将步骤1)处理的滤纸浸渍于75℃的浓度为65%氯化锌溶液3min中,取出用乙醇超声清洗3次,在30℃条件下干燥10min干燥,备用;
3)微纳结构涂层配制:50μm微晶纤维素配制浓度为5%溶液,在150r/min搅拌速度下,添加2%改性二氧化硅溶液,两者体积比3:1,混合液再经超声处理20min;
所述改性二氧化硅的制备方法为:二氧化硅粒径200nm,以95%乙醇为溶剂配制成10%的溶液,添加氨水,控制搅拌速度300r/min,温度50℃,再添加3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷,二氧化硅、氨水、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷的质量比为4:2:1,反应40min;
4)微纳结构层涂布:以辊式涂布方式将微纳结构涂料涂覆于滤纸表面,涂布辊速比1.3,线压力20kN/m,控制涂布量3g/m2
5)干燥:将步骤4)所得滤纸先进行红外干燥,再经蒸汽式烘缸干燥;
6)疏水涂料配制:硬脂酸乳液的配制,在装有搅拌器、温度计的500mL三口烧瓶中加入硬脂酸颗粒,搅拌升温至75℃,待其熔融后分批加入总量10%的Span-80和Tween-80,反应70min,冷却至室温;
7)疏水层涂布:以膜转移方式将硬脂酸乳液涂覆于步骤5)滤纸表面,控制膜转移辊线压力20kN/m,定量1g/m2
8)干燥:将步骤7)所得滤纸进行红外干燥,温度40℃,时间20min。
本实施例制得的滤纸通过SEM观察成纸表面结构如图1;微纳涂层结构如图2。
实施例3
一种低定量超疏水滤纸,包括改性滤纸和涂敷于其表面的涂层;所述涂层包括微晶纤维素/改性纳米二氧化硅混合层和疏水膜层;两个涂层质量比为4:1,涂层定量4g/m2
上述低定量超疏水滤纸的制备方法为:
1)将滤纸用乙醇超声清洗3次,在45℃条件下干燥20min干燥,备用;
2)将步骤1)处理的滤纸浸渍于75℃的浓度为65%氯化锌溶液2min中,取出用乙醇超声清洗3次,在45℃条件下干燥20min干燥,备用;
3)微纳结构涂层配制:40μm微晶纤维素配制浓度为5%溶液,在200r/min搅拌速度下,添加2%改性二氧化硅溶液,两者体积比1:3,混合液再经超声处理30min;
所述改性二氧化硅的制备方法为:二氧化硅粒径100nm,以95%乙醇为溶剂配制成10%的溶液,添加氨水,控制搅拌速度300r/min,温度50℃,再添加3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷,二氧化硅、氨水、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷的质量比为4:2:1,反应40min;
4)微纳结构层涂布:以辊式涂布方式将微纳结构涂料涂覆于滤纸表面,涂布辊速比1.2,线压力25kN/m,控制涂布量3g/m2
5)干燥:将步骤4)所得滤纸先进行红外干燥,再经蒸汽式烘缸干燥;
6)疏水涂料配制:硬脂酸乳液的配制,在装有搅拌器、温度计的500mL三口烧瓶中加入硬脂酸颗粒,搅拌升温至65℃,待其熔融后分批加入总量10%的Span-80和Tween-80,反应70min,冷却至室温;
7)疏水层涂布:以膜转移方式将硬脂酸乳液涂覆于步骤5)滤纸表面,控制膜转移辊线压力30kN/m,定量1.5g/m2
8)干燥:将步骤7)所得滤纸进行红外干燥,温度50℃,时间30min。
本实施例制得的滤纸通过SEM观察成纸表面结构如图1;微纳涂层结构如图2。
具体实施方式1至3产品的疏水效果与按照ASTM D968-05测试方法测试的效果如表1:

由表1可以看出,本发明所制备的超疏水滤纸具有很好的疏水效果,水在其表面的接触角均大于150°,滚动角小于10°;且经本发明所制备的超疏水滤纸在经过ASTM D968-05测试方法后,水在其表面的接触角仍能达到150°以上,滚动角仍小于10°,表明疏水层及微晶纳米涂层与纸张纤维结合较强,表现出了耐久且较强的疏水效果。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施例,并非用于限定本发明的保护范围,应当指出,对本技术领域的普通技术人员在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,对其进行若干改进与润饰,均应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (2)

1.低定量超疏水滤纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述低定量超疏水滤纸,包括改性滤纸和涂敷于其表面的涂层;所述涂层包括微晶纤维素/改性纳米二氧化硅混合层和疏水膜层;两个涂层质量比为3~5:1,涂层定量3~5g/m2;所述的微晶纤维素长度20-50μm;改性二氧化硅的粒径20-200nm;
包括以下步骤:
1)将滤纸用乙醇超声清洗3次,在30~60℃条件下干燥10~30min,备用;
2)将步骤1)处理的滤纸浸渍于75℃的浓度为65%氯化锌溶液中1~3min,取出后用乙醇超声清洗3次,在30℃~60℃条件下干燥10~30min,备用;
3)微纳结构涂料配制:微晶纤维素配制浓度为5%溶液,在100-200r/min搅拌速度下添加2%改性二氧化硅溶液,两者体积比3:1,混合液再经超声处理20~40min;
4)微纳结构层涂布:以辊式涂布方式将微纳结构涂料涂覆于纸页表面,涂布辊速比1.2~1.3,线压力20-30kN/m,控制涂布量3-4g/m2
5)干燥:将步骤4)所得滤纸先进行红外干燥,再经蒸汽式烘缸干燥;
6)疏水层涂布:以膜转移方式将硬脂酸乳液涂覆于步骤5)滤纸表面,控制膜转移辊线压力20-35kN/m,定量1-2g/m2
7)干燥:将步骤6)所得滤纸进行干燥,温度40-60℃,时间20~40min;
