70-90% of modal fiber;

step two, spinning: blending the modified modal fibers and the modal fibers according to the formula of the first step to obtain blended yarns;
step three, weaving: weaving the blended yarns obtained in the step two and spandex fibers according to different fabric styles to obtain fabrics;
step four, pretreatment of cloth boiling or bleaching: performing cloth boiling treatment on the fabrics with non-bright color requirements, and performing bleaching treatment on the fabrics with bright color requirements;
step five, salt-free and alkali-free dyeing of reactive dye: selecting reactive dye to dye the fabric pretreated in the fourth step, wherein salt and alkali are not added in the dyeing process of the dye, and the pH value of the dye solution is controlled; adding a non-ionic refining agent or a penetrating agent before dyeing, dyeing at low temperature, adding a dye, keeping the temperature for a certain time, slowly heating, boiling alkali, adjusting acid, and taking out of a cylinder;
step six, shaping: and (3) setting the dyed fabric at a certain temperature to obtain the modal knitted fabric with the self-formed heterochromatic effect.

20 percent of modified modal fiber
80% of modal fiber.
