The invention discloses a household garbage treatment system and a household garbage treatment method. Technical Field

Background
The reduction, resource utilization and harmlessness of the domestic waste treatment are basic principles required to be followed by the solid waste treatment. At present, the treatment modes of the household garbage mainly comprise sanitary landfill, incineration, composting, pyrolysis and other methods. The method for mixing and collecting garbage is adopted in most towns in China at present, and the garbage components are different due to different economic development, technical level, regional natural conditions and social environment of each region. The developed coastal area has high organic content and water content; developed inland cities have high organic matter content, more recoverable matters and low water content; remote, western lag areas and economically undeveloped areas have more inorganic matters and high ash content. In landfills, the absence of pre-sorting can result in contamination of groundwater and soil with harmful or difficult to degrade materials; when the incineration is adopted, the energy consumption of incineration can be increased if the separation of heat value substances is not reduced; when the compost is used for treating garbage, heavy metal substances can pollute soil. According to the household garbage treatment system provided by the embodiment of the invention, firstly, household garbage to be treated is dried through the drying device, most of moisture in the household garbage is removed, and the dried household garbage enters the pyrolysis device for pyrolysis treatment to obtain pyrolysis solid products and pyrolysis oil gas. Wherein, the pyrolysis solid product mainly comprises biochar and bulk materials which can not be pyrolyzed in the garbage. Subsequently, sorting the pyrolysis solid product by a post-sorting vibrating screen to respectively obtain the undersize biochar and the oversize bulk material. The obtained biochar can be used as a soil conditioner or a fertilizer making way or can be sold after treatment, and large substances which cannot be pyrolyzed on a screen can be further recycled and sold for the second time after being treated by heavy metal sorting and the like. Therefore, the household garbage treatment system can avoid the problems of large land utilization area, high early-stage investment cost, high later-stage labor cost and the like caused by the traditional garbage pre-sorting process by performing post-sorting after garbage pyrolysis, realizes the resource utilization of products and the aims of high efficiency, cleanness and energy conservation, and has good economic benefit and environmental protection benefit.

In one aspect of the invention, a household garbage disposal system is provided. According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the household garbage disposal system includes: a drying device 100, a pyrolysis device 200, and a post-sorting device 300.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the drying device 100 has a household garbage inlet, a first high temperature medium inlet, a dried household garbage outlet, and a dried tail gas outlet. The drying device 100 is adapted to dry the household garbage to be treated so as to remove most of the moisture in the household garbage to be treated. In some embodiments, the drying device 100 is a drum structure, which can rotate and has a spiral structure inside. According to a specific example of the present invention, the drying apparatus 100 may be a rotary kiln type dryer.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the drying process may be performed at 200 to 300 ℃, for example, 200 ℃, 250 ℃, 300 ℃. Specifically, the drying treatment may be performed by directly heating the material with a high-temperature medium (e.g., hot air). The high-temperature medium adopted in the drying treatment can be hot air obtained by burning pyrolysis oil gas obtained by pyrolysis of the subsequent household garbage or hot air output by a subsequent pyrolysis device.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the pyrolysis apparatus 200 has a dry household garbage inlet, a second high temperature medium inlet, a pyrolysis solid product outlet, a pyrolysis oil gas outlet, and a second high temperature medium outlet, and the pyrolysis apparatus 200 is connected to the drying apparatus 100, specifically, the dry household garbage inlet is connected to the dry household garbage outlet, and the second high temperature medium outlet is connected to the first high temperature medium inlet. The pyrolysis device 200 is adapted to perform pyrolysis treatment on the dry household garbage to obtain pyrolysis oil gas (a mixture of pyrolysis gas and gaseous tar).
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the pyrolysis treatment may be performed at 500 to 600 ℃, for example, 500 ℃, 550 ℃, 600 ℃, and the like. Specifically, the pyrolysis treatment may be performed by directly heating the material with a high-temperature medium (e.g., hot air). In some embodiments, the pyrolysis apparatus 200 is a drum-type structure, which can rotate and has a spiral structure inside.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the dried domestic waste outlet of the drying device 100 and the dried domestic waste inlet of the pyrolysis device 200 may be connected by a closed type conveying device, such as a screw conveyor or the like.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the post-sorting vibrating screen 300 has a pyrolysis solid product inlet, an oversize outlet, and an undersize outlet, the post-sorting vibrating screen 300 is connected to the pyrolysis apparatus 200, and the pyrolysis solid product inlet is connected to the pyrolysis solid product outlet. The post-sorting vibrating screen 300 is suitable for screening solid products obtained by pyrolysis of domestic garbage to respectively obtain undersize biochar and oversize bulk substances. The obtained biochar can be used as a soil conditioner or a fertilizer making way or can be sold after treatment, and large substances which cannot be pyrolyzed on a screen can be further recycled and sold for the second time after being treated by heavy metal sorting and the like.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the rear sorting vibrating screen 300 is provided with screen holes with the aperture size of 50-70 mm, and the aperture size is preferably 60 mm. Therefore, the sorting effect of the post-sorting vibrating screen on the pyrolysis solid product is better.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the household garbage disposal system of the present invention further comprises: the first heating apparatus 400. The first heat supply device 400 has a pyrolysis oil gas inlet, a high-temperature medium outlet and a combustion tail gas outlet, the first heat supply device 400 is connected with the drying device 100 and the pyrolysis device 200, the pyrolysis oil gas inlet is connected with the pyrolysis oil gas outlet, and the high-temperature medium outlet is connected with the first high-temperature medium inlet.
