Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preparing a rubber floor mat by using waste rubber as a raw material, which effectively solves the problem of recycling the waste rubber. The waste rubber is crushed into rubber particles by a mechanical mode; and (3) blending the rubber particles and the environment-friendly water gel, and heating and pressurizing to prepare the rubber floor mat. According to the invention, the environment-friendly water gel with good bonding performance prepared based on waste plastics is blended with the rubber particles, and the plastic particles in the environment-friendly water gel are filled in gaps of the rubber particles and melt at high temperature, so that the rubber particles are firmly bonded together, and the strength of the rubber floor mat can be greatly improved. The adhesive is prepared from the waste rubber and the waste plastic as raw materials, is low in cost, and water replaces the traditional organic solvent to prepare the adhesive, so that the harm to human bodies and the environment is reduced, the adhesive has a wide market prospect, is used for manufacturing rubber floor mats, saves resources, protects the environment, and improves the economic value of the waste rubber and the waste plastic.
Description
The technical field is as follows:
the invention relates to a preparation method of an environment-friendly water gel based on waste plastics, and also relates to the recycling of waste rubber by taking the waste rubber as a raw material and carrying out physical crushing, blending with the environment-friendly water gel and heating and pressurizing molding.
Background art:
the plastic products and the rubber products are widely applied to the public life, and the improper treatment of the plastic products and the rubber products after use can cause great environmental pollution and resource waste, so that the problem that the waste of resources can be avoided and the environment can be protected from being polluted is a problem that the waste is difficult to be treated and must be treated and solved, and the difficulties and the existing problems of developing waste rubber recycling and utilizing channels and reducing garbage discharge become important. In the modern society, the treatment and recycling of waste materials has been developed into a hot emerging industry, referred to as the environmental protection industry, in which the treatment of waste plastics and waste rubber is an important task in the environmental protection industry.
The rubber of the waste tire is processed into rubber powder, and the rubber powder is directly or after being modified and recycled, so that the most promising mode for treating the waste tire and recycling rubber resources is realized, wherein the waste rubber used as a ground decoration material has certain elasticity, can improve the skid resistance, has good attractiveness and comfort, and can be widely used as a good high-molecular environment-friendly material for replacing the existing cement ground at home and abroad. Rubber as a thermosetting material cannot be directly cast into a desired product shape by heating as in a plastic product of a thermoplastic material, and is relatively difficult to handle, and studies using waste rubber as a base material and waste plastic as an adhesive have been reported, for example, in chinese patent (application No. 201410177521.4), waste rubber tires are crushed into rubber particles, the rubber particles and plastic films are alternately covered with the rubber particles and the plastic films are melted under a high temperature condition, and the rubber particles are bonded into a whole. However, in this technique, a plastic film is used as an adhesive, and the rubber particles are bonded together by melting at a high temperature, but the rubber particles are not uniformly dispersed and cannot penetrate around each rubber particle, so that the strength of the rubber mat is limited.
