The upper knife mechanism 31 and the paper pressing mechanism 33 are connected to the adjusting shaft 373 mounted on the two adjusting wall plates 37 through linkage members, respectively, that is, the upper knife mechanism 31 and the paper pressing mechanism 33 are integrated between the two adjusting wall plates 37. Meanwhile, arc-shaped angle adjusting elongated slots 372 are arranged on the two adjusting wall plates 37, and two axial ends of an adjusting shaft 373 are mounted in the arc-shaped angle adjusting elongated slots 372 through adjusting pieces 374 and can slide in the arc-shaped angle adjusting elongated slots 372 in a reciprocating manner. When the paper roll sizes (thicknesses) required to be rolled by the rolling equipment are not consistent, the cutting angles of the paper roll are inevitably different. Therefore, the cutting and paper pressing angles of the upper cutter mechanism 31 and the paper pressing mechanism 33 can be changed in a linkage manner by adjusting the position of the adjusting shaft in the arc-shaped angle adjusting long groove 372; in this case, since the pitch at the time of cutting is also changed due to the non-uniform thickness of the roll, it is necessary to adjust the driving strokes of the first driving source 35 and the third driving source 3323 by the stroke adjusting mechanism 40 while adjusting the cutting and platen angles. The mode is convenient to adjust, simple in adjusting structure and free of complex operation processes, cutting of the cutting device for the winding drums with different thicknesses can be achieved, and therefore production cost caused by complex operation processes in the prior art is reduced. And the adjustment time is shortened, and the processing efficiency of the winding equipment can be indirectly improved.
The clutch mechanism 86 includes a positioning component which can be fixed on the auxiliary swing arm 82 and can reciprocate towards the main driving rotating shaft 41 of the turntable 42 and urge the auxiliary swing arm 82 to link with the main driving rotating shaft 41; the positioning assembly comprises a positioning disc 87 fixedly arranged on the main driving rotating shaft 41 and a cylinder 88 correspondingly arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the positioning disc 87 and fixedly arranged on the auxiliary swing arm 82, a positioning pin 881 moving towards the outer peripheral surface of the positioning disc 87 in a reciprocating manner is arranged at the output end of the cylinder 88, and a plurality of positioning grooves 871 matched with the positioning pin 881 are uniformly distributed on the outer peripheral surface of the positioning disc 88. The positioning plate 88 is fixedly connected to the main driving shaft 41 of the turntable 42, and when the auxiliary swing arm 82 needs to rotate along with the main driving shaft 41, the cylinder 88 drives the positioning pin 881 thereof to make the positioning pin 881 fall into the positioning groove 871 of the positioning plate 87. The interlocking of the auxiliary swing arm 82 with the main drive rotation shaft 41 is achieved. When the positioning pin 881 of the air cylinder 88 disengages from the positioning groove 871, the auxiliary swing arm 82 loses its linkage relationship with the main driving shaft 41.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the upper blade member 312 includes an upper blade mounting seat 3121 fixed to the upper swing arm 311 and an upper blade 3122 fixed to the upper blade mounting seat 3121, and an arc notch 31211 is opened at one end of the upper blade mounting seat 3121 facing the upper swing arm 311. The labeling device 6 of the embodiment of the invention comprises a labeling output frame 61 capable of reciprocating and lifting towards the labeling station 423 of the turntable 42 and a labeling press roller assembly 62 which is positioned on one side of the labeling output frame 61 and can be adjacent to the rolling air inflation shaft 43 which runs to the labeling station 423 on the turntable 42. The labeling press roller assembly 62 comprises a labeling press roller supporting arm 621, a labeling press roller swinging arm 622 hinged with the labeling press roller supporting arm 621 and a labeling press roller 623 arranged on the labeling press roller swinging arm 622, wherein the labeling press roller supporting arm 621 is provided with a swinging cylinder 624 which is linked with the labeling press roller swinging arm 622 to drive the labeling press roller swinging arm 622 to swing; the labeling output frame 61 is provided with a conveying belt 611 for outputting the labeling, the machine frame 1 is provided with a guide rail 11 at the positions of the labeling output frame 61 and the labeling press roller supporting arm 621, the labeling output frame 61 and the labeling press roller supporting arm 621 are respectively provided with a guide groove matched with the guide rail 11, and the labeling output frame 61 and the labeling press roller supporting arm 621 are respectively driven to lift through a lifting cylinder 63. When the winding of the winding air-expanding shaft 43 is completed and labeling is required, the labeling press roller supporting arm 621 of the labeling press roller assembly 62 is lifted to the winding air-expanding shaft 43 through the lifting cylinder 63 to enable the labeling press roller 623 on the labeling press roller assembly to approach the winding air-expanding shaft 43, then the swing cylinder 624 drives the labeling press roller swing arm 622 to enable the labeling press roller 623 to perform abutting positioning on the paper roll on the winding air-expanding shaft 43, then the lifting cylinder 63 drives the labeling output frame 61 to enable the labeling output frame 61 to approach the winding air-expanding shaft 43, and the conveying belt 611 on the labeling output frame outputs the labeling to label the paper roll.
